About the role

Warm leads only. No cold calls. You will respond to web form inquiries fast, book site visits, guide clients from first call to final review, and keep every step on schedule. Two active projects per week on average. Superintendent runs the site and subcontractors perform the work. You own the client experience and the follow up.


Responsibilities

  1. Respond to new web form leads within one minute during business hours and within five minutes after hours
  2. Call first then text then email. Leave a short voicemail and set a callback task
  3. Qualify needs using our checklist and log details in GoHighLevel
  4. Book site visits with two time options and a two hour arrival window. Send confirmation and the prep guide
  5. Keep the pipeline accurate in GoHighLevel. Move every deal to the right stage after each touch
  6. Follow up on proposals Day 1 Day 3 Day 7 and Day 14 until deposit or disqualification
  7. After signature run onboarding with the client and superintendent. Confirm finish and color access pets parking and neighbor notices
  8. Send daily client updates by four in the afternoon on workdays with what was done the plan for tomorrow and a photo link
  9. Manage change order messaging with photos price and time impact and send for e signature before work continues
  10. Schedule the final walk within forty eight hours of last coat. Deliver the care guide and warranty. Request the review link
  11. Coordinate with accounts receivable on deposits progress invoices and final payment status
  12. Report weekly on speed to lead set rate show rate close rate on time updates and review rate

Requirements

  1. Phone first communicator who handles live calls with a calm tone and clear language
  2. Experience in home services construction or client service roles with scheduling and follow up ownership
  3. CRM discipline. GoHighLevel experience preferred
  4. Strong writing for texts and emails and the ability to explain scope and next steps simply
  5. Comfortable coordinating with a superintendent and subcontractors
  6. Organized and reliable. Can manage two active projects and a steady follow up queue without missing deadlines
  7. Available seven to five with same day callbacks for late submissions until seven
  8. Authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation for occasional site visits when needed

Success metrics

  1. Speed to lead under one minute during business hours and under five minutes after hours
  2. Set rate at seventy percent on qualified leads
  3. Show rate at eighty percent
  4. Close rate at thirty five percent on shown appointments
  5. Daily client update on time rate at ninety five percent
  6. Five star review rate at forty percent or better

Nice to have

  1. Stucco or exterior trades knowledge
  2. Bilingual English and Spanish
  3. Experience with digital signatures and photo logging apps

Schedule and location

Standard hours seven to five with same day callbacks until seven. Office based with occasional field visits to job sites as needed.


Compensation

Competitive base plus appointment and revenue incentives. Final package based on experience and results. We will align on a plan during the interview.
