OpenLoop is looking for an QA Lead to join our team in Lima, Peru.

Responsabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive regression, integration, and E2E test plans for our event-driven, asynchronous suite of applications.
- Collaborate with product engineers to assess and improve testability and resiliency of the system.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members and evaluate their performance as they execute your testing program
- Continuously improve QA processes and best practices.
- Our Stack: Typescript, React, GraphQL, APIGW, SQS, Step Functions, Lambda, Cognito, Eventbridge, Dynamo, AppSync, Next.js, CDK
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably with a history of managing other engineers.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS architecture and patterns, particularly in the asynchronous, serverless, and event-driven realms.
- 1+ year of CDK/Terraform/Pulumi experience
- Proven experience in creating automated integration and E2E testing suites for large applications.
- Experience in testing event-driven, asynchronous, and distributed applications.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and scripting languages, preferably using TypeScript
