Description of Role

We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in airline Revenue Management, proven leadership and communication skills, passion for process improvement and change management leveraging the power of new technologies, to help Airnguru customers accelerate the adoption of Airnguru solutions and maximize user satisfaction.

The job starts with a thorough on-boarding and training on Airnguru solutions (remote), followed by an on-site assignment of 3 to 6 months at the headquarters of one of our customers in the Middle East (housing and transportation will be provided). This first assignment involves leading a plan and proposing, coordinating, and executing actions aimed at maximizing the system adoption and user satisfaction, directly helping airline pricing analysts and managers solve business challenges with the use of Airnguru solutions, intensively pursuing data analysis and the use of SQL for strategy configuration in the system, remote interaction with Airnguru Product and Tech teams, and other related tasks. After successful completion of this assignment the candidate will be allocated to other strategic consulting projects in Revenue Management, with remote or on-site assignments.

  • Lead regular meetings with airline's designated executives to review priorities and general progress

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Architecture: Audit and map current operational systems and workflow logic to redesign Heyraise’s operational core. Optimize integrations and connections between platforms such as Slack, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Stripe, Descript, and others. Architect scalable, low-dependency solutions that enhance leverage and flexibility.
  • Content Workflow Automation: Design an AI-powered content pipeline that processes recorded calls to identify key topics, extract valuable clips, and prepare social media-ready assets through integrated transcription, tagging, batch creation, and organized folder structures.
  • Finance Systems Development: Create a comprehensive finance dashboard that provides real-time revenue tracking, cash flow insights, and scenario forecasting by aggregating data from Stripe, CRM activity, project management tools, and billing systems. Empower proactive business financial decision-making.
  • CRM & Capital Raise Infrastructure: Develop modular marketing automation sequences supporting investment offerings within GoHighLevel or alternative platforms if recommended. Build nurture campaigns, webinar workflows, calendar integrations, and SMS/email timing automations designed for scalable reuse.
  • Productization Strategy: Ensure all internal automation and system solutions are designed for reusability and potential packaging as client-facing products. Collaborate to document and refine workflows for external market adoption.

Required Skills and Experience

We are seeking a passionate Automation & AI Engineer with a deep enthusiasm for designing innovative automation and AI-driven systems. Masters degrees in computer science or decades of experience working in IT systems is not required.
