Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions.
In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reformârapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation. â¨
Evio has advancedâ¯analytics and contracting capabilities at scale, and a suite of digital tools, to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing âflywheelâ where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an âOnly Evio can do that,â mindset and prioritization.
Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture. We believe we have created a very special place to work and encourage candidates to observe and ask us about our culture and decide for themselves.
Evio's Values
- Empathy â The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit.
- Diversity â We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights â one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all.
- Adventure â We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity.
- Relentless â Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other.
- Transparency â Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate.
- Excellence â We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard.

Who we are:
MasterClass is the platform where the worldâs best come together so anyone, anywhere, can access and be inspired by their knowledge and stories. We put you in the room with the creators, thinkers, makers and leaders who have changed the world, so that you can change yours.
MasterClass Executive is our selective, cohort-based program for senior professionals learning to lead in the AI era, taught by world-class operators and academics in collaboration with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and OpenAI. Admission is competitive: applications are reviewed individually, and spots in each cohort are limited.
Â
About the Role:
We're hiring an Admissions Advisor as a temporary, full-time employee to support our next enrollment cycle. You'll spend most of your day on the phone and in the inbox with applicants and admitted candidates â answering questions about the program experience, helping them weigh the value of enrolling, and guiding them from admission to enrollment ahead of cohort deadlines. This is a high-volume, goal-driven role during our busiest enrollment windows. The ideal candidate is a natural on the phone â consultative, warm, and credible with senior professionals â and genuinely fluent in both AI and the business-education landscape. You know what programs like ours cost, what the alternatives promise, and how to have an honest conversation about fit and value.

- Guide admitted candidates from decision to enrollment with timely phone and email follow-up through each enrollment window, identifying and removing blockers before deadlines
- Run point on employer-sponsorship communications: respond to sponsorship inquiries, provide candidates with materials to secure company support (manager emails, ROI summaries, program overviews), and flag multi-enrollee company interest to our partnerships team
- Manage your pipeline with clean notes and reliable follow-through; meet daily and weekly contact and response-time goals
- Log the questions, objections, and sponsorship themes you hear and share them weekly with the admissions and marketing teams to sharpen FAQs, call guides, and email copy
- Provide surge coverage during peak moments: post-webinar follow-up, enrollment-deadline outreach, and inbox support

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Weâre a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agreesâ our employee NPS is in the high 80s.
About The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to secure meetings with top prospective companies and individuals. You'll work closely with one paired Account Executive to generate meetings from their target account list. We encourage account development through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, attending conferences and field marketing events, and any sales activity that would contribute to expanding the Tremendous brand. You will be the first line of engagement with prospective customers and will have an impact on Tremendousâ revenue growth and future success.
What You'll Do
- Work primarily to bring in new deals through Outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, as well as members of our Marketing and Customer Success teams, to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business.
- Use Outreach, LinkedIn, your own network, and other prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts and craft targeted messaging.
- Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition. Work to understand their goals and challenges to better understand how we can help.
- 2-3 years of prior sales experience, ideally in a similar outbound or SDR role.
- Clever and creative problem solving. We're small and emphasize output and iteration over a sales handbook set in stone.
- Independence. We all work together to solve tough problems here at Tremendous, but taking pride in experimenting and finding your own answers is the best way to learn.
- Collaboration. When our SDRs uncover new trends and tactics that work to set meetings, they share them with their teammates so everyone can benefit.
- Ability to thrive with a well-set quota. We want our goals to be fair and achievable. You should find these goals alongside your team and with your manager and use them as a benchmark for success.
- Ambition. Ambition isn't a dirty word at Tremendous. We're a team of achievers collaborating on a fast-growing product and that means personal growth in both role and responsibility as well as tons of personal upside for you.
- You'll work at a company growing quickly yet sustainably. Weâre profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead. Thatâs good news for your career growth.
- Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $65,000 - $70,000 plus commission.
- Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.
- Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas.
- Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook.
This role is remote-first and you can work wherever you want in the Americas. That said, we have a preference for SDRs based in the Austin or New York areas. There may be opportunities to train and collaborate together in person throughout the year.
