• Someone who knows how to grow accounts organically (not just post pretty things)

If you love talking to a camera and turning ideas into content that actually gets engagement… this is your lane.

🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and grow our Instagram organically
• Be the on-camera personality for reels, stories, and posts
• Create content that feels real, relatable, and scroll-stopping
• Stay ahead of IG trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
• Work closely with our team to execute content ideas that align with our brand and results
• Make sure everything we post looks, sounds, and feels on brand

✅ YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU:

• Have proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically
• Have content where YOU are on camera (Reels, videos, stories)
• Understand hooks, retention, and why people actually stop scrolling
• Are confident, charismatic, and comfortable speaking on camera
• Have strong English communication skills (B2/C1)
• Can work remotely and independently
