We are looking for a Remote Assistant Project Manager to cover work outside Paris business hours while working daytime locally.

What you'll do:

• Assigning and coordinating project contributors (3D artists, designers, QC specialists)
• Tracking deadlines and project stages
• Maintaining clear communication between all project participants
• Supporting the Project Manager with daily operational tasks

What you'll need:

• Strong written and spoken English is mandatory
• French language proficiency is a strong plus, but not required
• Experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles
• Ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and work independently
• Fast learner, flexible, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of 3D production or digital content workflows is a plus

Working hours:

• Monday–Friday
• 18:00–01:00 Paris time – This is a daytime / early evening schedule in Latin America (for example: 12:00–19:00 in Colombia, 11:00–18:00 in Mexico, 12:00–19:00 in Peru)

Other conditions

• Fully remote; freelance contract cooperation
• Fixed monthly compensation: €600
