📋 Descripción General
Buscan un/a Marketing Assistant hands-on para apoyar a una organización B2B enfocada en consultoría y SaaS para la industria de la construcción. El rol es 100% de ejecución, orientado a campañas, manejo de CRM, generación de leads y resultados medibles en canales digitales.
📋 Responsabilidades Principales
• Ejecutar marketing diario en social media, email y outreach directo.
• Programar y publicar contenido en LinkedIn, Instagram y Facebook.
• Diseñar visuales simples en Canva.
• Reutilizar contenido largo en posts cortos y reels.
• Interactuar con audiencias (comentarios, reacciones, DMs).
• Crear y gestionar listas de leads según ICP.
• Ejecutar campañas de outreach por LinkedIn, email y messenger.
• Mantener seguimiento y secuencias consistentes.
• Registrar actividad de leads en el CRM.
• Crear campañas de email marketing y nurture sequences.
• Mantener data del CRM limpia (stages, tags, segmentación).
• Apoyar automatizaciones de CRM y marketing.
• Trackear métricas (engagement, leads, demos, conversiones).
• Preparar reportes simples semanales o mensuales.
• Usar AI tools para drafts con revisión humana obligatoria.

🎯 Requisitos
• 2+ años de experiencia en marketing digital B2B o lead generation.
• Manejo de LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experiencia en construcción/trades o B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experiencia con productos por suscripción.
• Manejo de social media, email campaigns y outbound outreach.
• Experiencia con Zoho CRM / Zoho Marketing Automation / Zoho One.
• Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad de trabajar independiente.
• Comunicación profesional escrita y verbal.
• Uso responsable de AI tools en workflows de marketing.

Job functions
- Website Optimization: Manage WordPress + Elementor pages. Troubleshoot layout issues, fix broken links, and perform monthly site audits.
- Automation Engineering: Build and maintain complex workflows in ActiveCampaign, n8n, and Zapier (handling webhooks, JSON payloads, and API calls).
- SEO Implementation: execute our SEO playbook (schema, alt text, internal linking) to improve rankings.

Qualifications and requirements
- English Proficiency: Near-native reading/writing proficiency is non-negotiable.
- Web Stack: Strong experience with WordPress & Elementor (Comfortable editing CSS, HTML, and light PHP).
- Automation: Proven experience with ActiveCampaign and n8n (understanding conditional logic and API endpoints).
- Availability: Must be able to overlap 5–7 hours with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).
- Reliability: You must own your projects. We look for a "low ego, high responsibility" mindset.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate with strong Shopify expertise to help us manage, optimize, and scale our online store. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable inside Shopify and its ecosystem, with both technical and content skills and has some experience with either/both: TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central.

Job functions
- Manage and edit Shopify sections, products, collections, and pages.
- Build and optimize landing pages using Shopify theme editor and third-party apps (e.g., GemPages, PageFly).
- Set up products with complete details (pricing, variants, images, SEO, etc.) including metafields and metaobjects.
