The Agrifood System Transformation for Youth Employment (ASTYE) Uganda program
ASTYE is a 5-year transformative initiative designed to enable dignified and fulfilling work opportunities primarily for financially disadvantaged young women, refugees, and vulnerable groups by addressing structural barriers in Uganda's Agrifood system. Aligned with Ugandaâs Vision 2040, the National Development Plan and Government of Uganda Agriculture Value Chain Development Strategy, the program will contribute to national efforts toward poverty alleviation, economic growth, as well food and nutrition security. Additionally, ASTYE is part of the Mastercard Foundationâs Young Africa Works strategy in Uganda, which aims to empower 4.3 million young Ugandans, particularly young women, by addressing structural barriers to employment and providing them with the skills and resources to succeed.
Specifically, GOAL will implement component one to reach 500,000 financially disadvantaged young people, with 400,000 transiting into work and 320,000 securing dignified and fulfilling work. As the program is young women-centric, 80% of the total outreach target will be young women within Uganda's agrifood ecosystem. Furthermore, 3% of the total youth in work target will be refugees, and another 3% will be people with disabilities.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Carrier Messaging Compliance Lead who is passionate about protecting customers, strengthening trust, and building scalable compliance practices that enable safe, responsible growth.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our Carrier Operations team through complex fraud, abuse, and regulatory challenges while developing the processes, guardrails, and education that keep our platform secure and compliant. You will serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, audits, and carrier-related requirements. You will also be partnering cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, and external partners to translate evolving industry regulations into clear policies and operational best practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Guide our Carrier Operations team in solving some of our more complex customer, fraud, and abuse-related activities by working across the organization to develop guidelines, best practices, and training to protect EZ Texting and EZ Textingâs customers by thwarting would-be fraudsters and providing customer education.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the broader carrier compliance function by handling escalated customer complaints or requests and other associated duties as assigned.
Responsible for remaining up-to-date on industry standards and trends, including regulatory requirements, practices & changes to federal laws and carrier policy (e.g., TCPA, CTIA, Carrier requirements) to assess impact on the companyâs policies and practices.
Regularly conducts independent review and assessment of the customer and prospects requests, use cases and sending practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop processes, automation, and guardrails others will follow to ensure business continuity and ease of use for compliant customers.
Maintain working effective relationships with cross functional partners.
Manage the inventory of our Short Codes to protect and efficiently control our operational costs.
Review and submit Short Code programs, working cross functionally with our internal Onboarding team and external partners for approval
Field incoming audits with immediate acknowledgement, coaching the customer directly back into compliance, and fulfill the RCA and response back to our aggregator.

Requirements:
Bachelors or higher-education degree
5+ years in a role focused on fraud or abuse detection and mitigation
3+ years in a customer-facing role
2+ year of experience working directly within the SMS/MMS industry.
Understanding of SMS and MMS related technologies, including short code provisioning, number porting, aggregator rules, application provider processes, differences in carrier regulations, SMS deliverability concepts and best practices.

As a SOC Analyst (Level 2), you are the escalation point for complex investigations and active incidents. Youâll take ownership of high-severity alerts, lead technical triage through containment, and coordinate with Incident Response, Cloud/Platform, Identity, and Engineering teams. Weâre hiring a full-stack data and analytics engineer to build and own the data foundation that will power our daily GTM operations: revenue analytics, product usage telemetry, CRM data quality, attribution, funnel performance, and forecasting.
This is not a typical business analyst position. Base Salary
Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation range for this role is expected to be as follows:
$120,000-$130,000

NASA Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operational systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. The BSA will gather and analyze data in support business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. This position will generate, and compile reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to system issues. It will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investment.
