Weâre hiring a full-stack data and analytics engineer to build and own the data foundation that will power our daily GTM operations: revenue analytics, product usage telemetry, CRM data quality, attribution, funnel performance, and forecasting.
This is not a typical business analyst position. You will architect the pipelines, models, and automations that ensure our GTM teams have reliable, real-time insights into how customers discover, adopt, and expand with Stedi and our products. You will work closely with Sales, GTM Ops, Product, and Finance, executing data and analytics engineering workstreams, and conducting hands-on analysis to build the source-of-truth data for our GTM operations.
Build and maintain GTM data pipelines: Own ingestion, transformation, and syncing of CRM data (HubSpot), product-usage telemetry, billing data, and third-party enrichment data in Redshift to support GTM analytics workstreams.
Develop core GTM & revenue data models: Improve operational efficiency through standardization of datasets for Sales, GTM Ops, Finance, and the executive team, while establishing common metric definitions across revenue, customer segments, and more.
Ship dashboards, alerts, and decision-making tools: Improve telemetry into business performance by building dashboards to track things like sales funnel performance and pipeline quality. Better inform GTM leadership through automation of weekly/monthly reporting and establishing a revenue forecast.
Investigate trends and build models to support sales. Accelerate sales effectiveness through implementation of alerting for critical events (e.g. pipeline drops, usage contractions, stuck deals, missed lifecycle transitions), conducting key analyses (e.g. pipeline velocity, win rates, segmentation performance), and development of GTM models (e.g. ICP scoring, account prioritization, churn risk).
Own the GTM analytics roadmap: Work with GTM leadership to maintain a backlog of GTM analytics engineering work. Proactively identify the next set of capabilities the GTM org needs (forecasting, routing logic, new usage signals, etc).

Day to day, you'll manage relationships with dozens of trial sites across LatAm and US markets, follow up with patients, keep our CRM accurate, and be trained to review medical records alongside our Medical Director. The work is phone-heavy, email-heavy, and detail-heavy.
Over time, we want you to do more than execute â we want you to spot what's broken and help fix it. If you notice a follow-up workflow that could be automated, or a site engagement pattern that should become a playbook, we want you to raise it and help build it.
Most weeks, the majority of your time is outbound communication:
Calling and emailing clinical trial sites to make sure patient referrals are being followed up on
Tracking referral statuses across our portal and CRM - this means real-time data entry, not batch updates at the end of the week
Supporting patients directly as they move through enrollment
Flagging sites that aren't engaging and working with the team on how to re-engage them
Helping onboard new sites to the HealthMatch platform
Some weeks will also include:
Working with our Medical Director on medical record reviews (you'll be trained on this)
Building or refining parts of our site engagement playbook based on what you're learning in real conversations
Jumping into other company needs as they come up - we're a small team and the edges of everyone's role are blurry
You must be fluent in both Spanish and English. This is non-negotiable - you'll be working across US and LatAm markets daily.
You're great on the phone. Not in a scripted, call-center way. You build trust quickly with site coordinators and patients, you're comfortable with follow-up that feels repetitive, and you understand that strong relationships are what make the repetition bearable. The better your relationships get, the more the job opens up.
You're organized under volume. You'll be managing dozens of site relationships simultaneously. Dropping a follow-up means a patient might not get into a trial. You need a system, whether that's meticulous CRM hygiene, your own tracking spreadsheet, or something else, and the discipline to maintain it.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience. We're less concerned about where and more concerned that you've worked in a fast-paced, accountable environment before. Experience at a clinical research site or a background in health/science is a plus, it'll shorten your ramp, but it's not required.
You're resourceful. When something is inefficient, you'd rather figure out a fix than complain about it. That might mean building yourself a dashboard, learning a new tool, or making a clear case to our product team about what needs to change. We don't expect you to write code, but we do expect you to think like someone who hates waste.
We're being direct because we'd rather you opt out now than burn out in three months.
Some weeks are 80% phone and email follow-up with limited variety. Working with sites that don't want to engage is genuinely frustrating â you'll need persistence and thick skin. The role requires strong attention to detail during work that can feel monotonous. And as a startup with fewer than 20 people, you'll regularly be asked to help with things that aren't in this job description.
We're looking for someone who sees the line between their follow-up call and a patient getting access to a trial, and uses that connection to push through the hard days.

The Data Analyst is a core member of our Analytics team, responsible for answering real business questions using marketing and media data. Youâll report to the Director of Analytics and work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our measurement is accurate, thoughtful and actionable.
This role is closest to the data and weâre taking an all-inclusive approach to help clients effectively navigate the complexities of measuring television. Who you are:
An agency-trained analyst: 2â5 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics or a related quantitative field, ideally supporting campaign measurement.
Strong academic foundation: 3.5 GPA or equivalent academic performance in a quantitative field such as business, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, marketing or similar.
Data-literate: You interpret performance data, identify trends, and connect insights back to defined KPIs to inform decisions.
Strong in Excel: Comfortable using formulas, pivots tables and structured analysis to organize, validate and analyze large datasets.
Experienced with BI or data tools: Youâve worked in platforms like Domo, Databricks, SQL or similar environments to explore and troubleshoot data.

Engineers in this position are expected to work proactively, identifying and resolving issues early, while integrating testing into their development process (âshift-leftâ mindset).
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, and GraphQL.
- Develop responsive and dynamic front-end experiences using Angular (18+) and TypeScript.
- Practice âshift-leftâ testing: developers fully own the quality of their code, integrating testing throughout the development process.
- Migrate monolith to microservices on AWS.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for all development work â no separate QA dependency.
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Participate in design and code reviews, leading technical discussions and planning sessions.
- Help reduce technical debt, improve performance, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience with C# and .NET for backend development.
- Proficiency in Angular (18+) and TypeScript for frontend development. You are If you have experience with React and want to learn Angular, you are very welcome.
- Proven experience writing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests.
- Experience with GraphQL APIs and data-driven architecture.
- Prociency working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and fix issues early.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).

Overview

Familiarity with A/B testing, web analytics, and responsive design
