✨ Where do we hire from? Find out if we're hiring in your location from hiring at TestGorilla

Hi there, I'm Mehak, interim Head of Marketing at TestGorilla. We’re excited to share more about the Sr. Demand Generation Manager role and our team.

About the role

As our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, along with the lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that turn that spend into revenue. This isn't just a role, it's your chance to make a real difference by proving, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline. You'll directly contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales.

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.

  • Owning the demand generation number across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels, while testing and developing emerging acquisition opportunities such as advertising on ChatGPT and other AI-native platforms. Setting the channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure required to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets.

  • Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL, dashboards, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing, so channel investment decisions are backed by evidence rather than platform screenshots.

  • Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running rapid A/B tests to lift conversion with proper statistical rigor.

  • Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay) so paid-sourced leads convert, and feeding that data back into targeting and ICP decisions.

  • Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion by campaign, and presenting performance and recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership in clear, business-first language.

  • Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes, and turning successful tests into repeatable, automated systems rather than one-off wins.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote-only environment.

  • Has proven experience in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS strongly preferred), and a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC and ROAS.

    • We typically expect 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing to have developed the core skills necessary for this position. But it may be more or less than that, according to your career journey so far.

  • Has deep expertise across the Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.

  • Working knowledge and hands-on expertise of Clay, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and GA suite.

  • Has a solid grasp of funnel and unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis) and comfort with experimentation design, including significance, sample sizing, and reading results honestly.

  • Has hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build real growth workflows, from lead scoring to automation logic, not just surface-level use.

  • Has an ownership mentality: treats this budget like their own P&L, ships the workflow, dashboard, and test themselves, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration as pipeline needs shift.

We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply.

Bonus skills

While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience managing an agency or freelancers alongside in-house execution.

  • Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-led GTM.

  • Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders on performance and budget.

  • Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation programs alongside paid channels.

  • Has strong working SQL, fluency in GA4 and at least one BI tool

What’s in it for you?

Please note: Some specifics, particularly around leave, may vary depending on your country of residence. This will be discussed during the hiring process.

  • Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world

  • Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay (€65,650-€84,500 per annum) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)

We're Canada's largest fintech, trusted by over 3 million clients with more than $100 billion in assets. We move fast, we own our work, and we care deeply about the people using our products. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work.

About the team

The AI Systems team is focused on building Wealthsimple's first-party AI tools and platforms. We design, develop, and operate the systems that bring AI capabilities directly into the hands of our teams and clients - from intelligent assistants and workflow automation to internal productivity tools powered by large language models.

We're looking for software developers who are excited about building production-grade AI systems end-to-end: from frontend interfaces to backend services, infrastructure to deployment. This isn't a research role - it's a hands-on engineering role where you'll ship real products, collaborate with stakeholders across the company, and continuously evolve our AI platform as the technology and our needs grow.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design, build, and operate first-party AI tools and platforms that serve internal teams and Wealthsimple clients.

  • Develop full-stack features across React frontends and Golang backend services, delivering complete, production-ready systems.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven features and translate them into working software.

  • Build and maintain containerized microservices, ensuring our AI platforms are reliable, scalable, and easy to deploy.

  • Integrate large language models and other AI capabilities into our tools through well-designed APIs and service layers.

  • Contribute to platform architecture decisions, helping shape how AI systems are built and operated at Wealthsimple.

  • Iterate quickly on new features and prototypes, balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability.

  • Establish patterns and best practices for AI system development that other teams can adopt.

Our technologies:

  • React for frontend development

  • Golang for backend services

  • Container-based architecture (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • AWS infrastructure

  • PostgreSQL and Redis for data persistence and caching

  • LLM APIs and AI/ML tooling

  • Datadog, Sentry, and Mixpanel for monitoring and observability

  • AI-assisted development workflow

What you bring:

  • Experience building and shipping production software as a full-stack or backend-focused developer.

  • Strong proficiency in Golang and React, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on both.

  • Hands-on experience with containerized architectures (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployment patterns.

  • Interest in or experience with AI/ML systems, LLM integrations, or building AI-powered products.

  • Ability to work across the full stack - from crafting user interfaces to designing APIs and backend services.

  • A product-oriented mindset: you care about the end-user experience and work with stakeholders to deliver features that solve real problems.

  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and technology evolve quickly.

Nice-to-have's:

  • Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, or productivity software.

  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.

  • Background in building event-driven or streaming architectures.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Background in financial services or regulated industries.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer
  • Pave Bank
  • Kuala Lumpur
senior engineer reliability devops

The Role

Pave Bank is building the future of programmable banking — combining traditional banking with digital assets under a single, regulated platform. We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure our core systems are highly available, scalable, and performant as we grow.

As an SRE at Pave Bank, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Security and Operations teams to build robust infrastructure, automate operations, and maintain reliability across all services. Your work will directly impact the safety, performance, and scalability of our banking platform, helping our customers trust Pave Bank with their finances.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems and services.

  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC), deployment pipelines, and automation to support continuous delivery, scalability, and disaster recovery.

  • Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortems to ensure lessons learned are applied.

  • Implement and enforce operational best practices: observability, logging, metrics, alerting, capacity planning, failover strategies, and backups.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure infrastructure meets reliability, compliance, and security standards.

  • Support service scaling, database operations, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), networking, and microservices orchestration.

  • Document operational runbooks, on-call procedures, and system architecture to support maintenance, knowledge sharing, and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Strong programming or scripting skills (Go, Python, Bash, or similar) for automation, tooling, and operational tasks.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent).

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or similar).

  • Experience with either FluxCD or ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery.

  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and reliability patterns.

  • Experience setting up monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, distributed tracing).

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to incidents under pressure.

  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies, database management, and secure operations.

Other Skills

  • Ownership mindset: proactive, responsible, and committed to system reliability.

  • Strong communication skills — able to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and passion for fintech and programmable banking systems.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in fintech, banking, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with compliance, security, and data protection best practices.

  • Experience with high-availability, high-throughput systems, or financial infrastructure.

  • Exposure to blockchain or crypto systems integrated with banking.

  • Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost and performance under rapid growth.

Why Pave Bank?

  • Work alongside a founding team from Monzo and BigPay, bringing top-tier fintech expertise.

  • Tackle real-world reliability challenges in a regulated, fast-growing fintech environment.

  • Learn from and collaborate with experienced engineers while developing your SRE career.

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity with room for growth.

  • Be part of a well-funded startup shaping the future of programmable banking.

  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with an ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
  • Interest in operating roles and using data to drive real-world outcomes, not just reporting
  • Degree in finance, math, engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company.

Chief of Staff the CEO
  • Everyday Dose
  • Austin, Austin, Texas, United States
design music technical travel
The job in one line

You run the CEO's operating system: goals, cadence, and follow-through. You also personally own the projects that don't have a home yet.

Everyday Dose is moving fast in a lot of directions at once. The constraint isn't ideas or effort. It's making sure the right handful of things get set, tracked, and actually finished while everything else keeps running.

That's this job. It is not an executive assistant role and it is not a note-taking role. You'll own outcomes, run the meeting the leadership team is accountable to, and have a real seat.

What You'll Actually Do

Own goal setting. Run quarterly and annual planning end to end. Sit with each exec, turn intent into targets that are measurable and few. Hold the line when a goal is a paragraph instead of a number. Publish it so the whole company knows what we're playing for.

Manage against those goals. Goals decay the week after they're written unless someone owns them. You're that someone. You track progress, surface slippage early, and escalate the things that need the CEO before they become fires.

Run the weekly leadership meeting. Set the agenda, bring the numbers, drive to decisions. Every meeting ends with owners and dates, and you chase them down between meetings. You're not the scribe; you're the person who makes the hour worth everyone's time.

Keep the scoreboard honest. Build and maintain the company-level reporting leadership runs on, in partnership with finance and data. Numbers come from the warehouse, not from someone's recollection on a call. If two sources disagree, you're the one who reconciles them.

Run special projects. The high-stakes, cross-functional thing that has no owner: a new bet, a partnership, a channel or business we're deciding whether to enter, a problem that spans three teams and belongs to none of them. You get handed ambiguity and come back with an answer, a model, and a plan.

Be the CEO's second read. Pressure-test decisions before they're made. Prep board and investor materials. Write the memo when the thinking needs to be sharp. Say the thing nobody else in the room will say.

What Success Looks Like In 90 Days

  • Company goals for the quarter are written, owned, and measurable, and every leader can recite theirs without opening a doc
  • The weekly leadership meeting has a repeatable format, a live scoreboard, and decisions that stick
  • One company-level dashboard everyone trusts, sourced from the warehouse
  • Two special projects taken from ambiguous to finished without supervision
  • The CEO's time visibly reallocated toward the highest-leverage work in the business

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 8 to 12 years of experience, including time as a Chief of Staff, BizOps lead, Strategy & Operations lead, or equivalent to a founder/CEO or a senior exec
  • Top pedigree. Strong academic background and time at companies with a known high bar, plus a record of being promoted inside them. We look hard at both
  • Left brain. You're fluent in a spreadsheet and comfortable in a data environment. You can build a model, size an opportunity, read a cohort curve, and pull your own numbers rather than filing a ticket and waiting
  • Right brain. You write exceptionally well. Memos, board decks, exec comms. You can take a messy 90-minute discussion and turn it into one page that changes what people do
  • You've run an operating cadence (OKRs or equivalent, weekly business reviews, planning cycles) at a company doing real volume, not as a theory from a deck
  • Backbone. You will regularly tell senior, accomplished people that their goal isn't measurable or their project is late. You do it without drama and without flinching, and they respect you for it
  • Startup metabolism. High ambiguity, fast context switching, nothing beneath you. You'd rather own the outcome than protect the org chart
  • You use AI tooling daily to move faster on analysis, drafting, and research

Bonus

  • DTC, subscription, or CPG experience, especially a business with recurring revenue and real retention mechanics
  • Consulting, banking, or PE foundation plus real operating experience (we're not looking for one without the other)
  • You've built materials for and presented to a board or investors
  • SQL, or enough of it to be dangerous

What this role is not

  • Not an executive assistant. You are not managing a calendar or booking travel
  • Not a project manager who takes notes and updates a tracker
  • Not a strategy role that stops at the recommendation
  • Not a functional leadership role. You won't inherit a team on day one, though this role can grow into one

If you want a clear lane and a stable scope, this isn't it, and that's fine.

How To Apply

Skip the cover letter. Instead, send us:

  • One page on an operating cadence you built or ran. What existed before, what you changed, and what measurably improved as a result
  • A time you told an executive something they didn't want to hear. What you said, and what happened
  • Short answer: A subscription business is seeing retention slip. Five executives each have a confident, different theory as to why. You have two weeks. What do you look at first, how do you get to the actual answer, and how do you land it with a leadership team that's already made up its mind?

We read these carefully. Applications without them won't move forward.

Benefits

  • Strong base, performance bonus
  • Meaningful equity because we want you to own a piece of what you build
  • Health benefits + health stipend
  • Generous time off
  • Free product

Risora.

    Для 76% людей найглибшим болем у житті стає прірва між тим, ким вони є насправді, і тим, ким вони могли б стати. Аби подолати цей розрив, ми створили застосунок — симулятор особистості.

    Наша ідея проста: найкращий спосіб змінитись і досягти мети — це відпрацьовувати реальні сценарії, а не просто читати про них. Застосунок бере ваш тип особистості та перетворює його на серію практичних вправ, які показують, як характер визначає вашу ефективність та стосунки. Кожне тренування, кожен вибір і результат формують чітку картину вашого потенціалу.

    Ти приєднуєшся як перший інженер — hands-on Full-stack із амбіцією вирости в CTO та ко-фаундера.

    Які виклики чекають:

    — Будувати iOS-застосунок та веб-платформу end-to-end;

    — Покривати весь цикл розробки — архітектура, імплементація, деплой, підтримка;

    — Налаштовувати інфраструктуру, CI/CD пайплайни та cloud-середовища (AWS у пріоритеті);

    — Інтегрувати AI API та third-party сервіси (OpenAI, аналітика, платіжні провайдери);

    — Тісно співпрацювати з дизайном і продуктом, щоб перетворювати ідеї у production-ready фічі;

    — Щодня використовувати AI-інструменти розробки (Cursor, Copilot тощо), щоб рухатись швидше і писати кращий код;

    — Закладати tech-стандарти, code review процеси та документацію в міру того, як команда росте.

    Що для нас важливо:

    Must have:

    — Сильні навички в розробці бекенду та архітектури або в розробці мобільних застосунків (React Native, Swift або Flutter);

    — Hands-on досвід розробки і запуску мобільних застосунків (React Native або Swift);

    — Високий рівень AI-флюентності в розробці;

    — Copilot або схожі інструменти як частина щоденного workflow;

    — Досвід інтеграції AI/LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic тощо);

    — Ownership mindset — береш повну відповідальність за те, що будуєш, а не лише за свої таски;

    — Досвід з App Store submission та Apple Developer ecosystem;

    Nice to have:

    — Бекенд-досвід з Node.js (інші стеки розглядаємо, Node у пріоритеті);

    — Досвід роботи з базами даних;

    — PostgreSQL або схожою реляційною БД;

    — Досвід роботи в стартап-середовищі;

    — Досвід побудови consumer-facing або гейміфікованих продуктів;

    — Інтерес до психології, behavioral science або personality-driven продуктів.

    Що тобі слід знати про SKELAR?

    Звісно, що це венчур-білдер. Іншими словами — компанія, яка будує tech-бізнеси в різних нішах та підкорює глобальні ринки.

    А ще в нас є благодійний фонд, створений співробітниками компанії — SKELAR foundation. В межах ініціативи створюємо та фінансуємо проєкти, що сприяють подоланню наслідків війни та відновленню України.

    Можливості всередині нашого венчур-білдера, завдяки яким можемо круто перформити та досягаємо цілей:

    — 10+ команд SKELAR Platform, яка забезпечує операційну ефективність бізнесів: від рекрутингу та технічного оснащення до фінансової та правової архітектури;

    — Спільнота фаундерів, які вже запустили не один бізнес та діляться своїм практичним досвідом;

    — Внутрішні клуби за професійними напрямками: маркетинг, розробка, фінанси, рекрутинг;

    — Тренінги, курси, відвідування конференцій;

    — Медичне страхування та корпоративний лікар.

    Головне — разом ми будуємо в SKELAR середовище для самореалізації людей.

    Більше розповімо на нашій першій зустрічі-знайомстві.

    Давай із нами будувати the next big everything!

    Product Manager · New York Chicago Charlotte

    Oula delivers maternity care built around our patients—offering comprehensive support before, during, and after pregnancy. With fewer C-sections and higher VBAC success rates, our research-backed approach is delivering better outcomes. Our team of trusted midwives, OBGYNs, and dedicated care navigators ensure our patients get the type of care they need in the moments that matter most.

    Since launching in 2021, we’ve expanded to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. We currently have 4 clinics in the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026! Come join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care.

    OULA HEALTH

    Product Manager

    Full-Time

    • New York, Chicago or Charlotte
    • Reports to VP, Central Operations

    About Oula

    Oula Health is a venture-backed, midwifery-led maternity and GYN care company building the next generation of women's healthcare. We partner exclusively with major health systems — including Mount Sinai, Stamford Health, and Novant Health — to embed our collaborative OB-GYN and midwifery model directly inside their networks. We're a team of ~100 people at Series B stage, with 4 clinics today and three more opening in 2026.

    The Role

    At Oula, our product doesn't sit alongside our EHR — it integrates directly into it. Every product and engineering decision has downstream consequences for how our EHRs are configured, and every EHR configuration decision shapes what's possible on the product side. Someone has to hold both at once.

    We're looking for a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve our core technology stack — including our EHR, patient portal, and care management platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and health system integration, serving as the internal and external subject matter expert on our EMR and the primary lead for health system EHR integrations.

    You'll manage the day-to-day health of our tech stack, partnering closely with both internal teams and external health system stakeholders to ensure our systems run smoothly and our integrations deliver. You can sit with a midwife and understand why a clinical template matters, then turn around and write a bug ticket that engineering can actually action, then build the SOP so the next market launch doesn't require you to be in the room. When things are ambiguous (and they often are), you'll lean in rather than wait for clarity.

    What You'll Own

    EHR Configuration & Clinical Systems

    • Own day-to-day management of our core tech stack: the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform
    • Own Athena and Epic configuration end to end: clinical templates, order sets, lab configurations, payer connectivity, and access management for clinical and ops staff
    • Lead EHR integration efforts as the internal and external subject matter expert — FHIR/HL7 data exchange, health system IT coordination and committed go-live timelines
    • Own and accelerate Epic integration timelines as we onboard additional health system partners
    • Maintain configuration integrity as new markets launch and care model workflows evolve
    • Partner with our IT team on infrastructure; own the clinical systems layer they don't touch

    Product Operations & Launch

    • Own bug intake and prioritization from Market Operations — standardize how Engineering receives, scopes, and resolves issues and communicates status back to the field
    • Build structured launch toolkits and training materials so clinic teams are prepared for new feature rollouts on day one
    • Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations
    • Identify where AI and automation can reduce manual administrative burden in product operations workflows

    Standards & Knowledge Management

    • Build and maintain the clinical systems SOP library so new market setup is repeatable — documented well enough that a new hire can execute without you in the room
    • Develop onboarding materials for clinic managers and clinical staff on EHR workflows and tooling
    • Drive feature parity efforts so patients and clinicians experience a consistent standard of care across markets

    Data & Reporting

    • Build and maintain dashboards tracking feature adoption, issue resolution, and rollout health across clinics
    • Develop quarterly reporting for Product, leadership, and health system partners on platform performance
    • Ensure data infrastructure is in place to measure the impact of every feature rollout

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work — ideally at a growth-stage digital health or services company
    • Strong problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity — you like figuring out how things work and making them work better
    • Ease with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this role requires you to create the playbook, not execute someone else's
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines — ideally with client-facing or health system-facing experience
    • Ability to speak ‘multiple languages’ – comfort going deep on technical details while communicating clearly to non-technical audiences; you can write a bug ticket, an SOP, and a launch plan that people actually follow; hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience strongly preferred
    • Analytical enough to build a dashboard and identify a pattern, even if you're not a SQL expert

    What Success Looks Like

    In your first 90 days, you've audited our current Athena configuration, identified gaps, and have a remediation plan. You understand the bug triage process well enough to have improved it. You've met your counterparts at every health system partner and know what's coming for the next Epic integration.

    At six months, new market launches have a repeatable systems and product checklist. Clinic teams know what to expect before a feature goes live. Bug resolution time is measurably faster and the field is no longer sending issues into a black hole.

    At one year, the SOP library is comprehensive, clinical systems configuration is stable and documented, and you've successfully navigated at least one new health system EHR environment. The product team has a reliable partner and the ops team isn't dependent on any single person for systems knowledge.

    Compensation & Details

    Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and location

    Equity: Options commensurate with level

    Location: Preference for New York/New Jersey/Connecticut, Chicago or Charlotte Remote-flexible with periodic travel to clinic locations and health system partners

    Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision; 401(k); generous PTO

    Oula offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, and comprehensive benefits. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Oula is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone's contributions are valued.

    Salary Range: $110,000 USD - $140,000 USD

    Oula's Commitment as an Equal Opportunity Employer:

    We want you to know: You can be a great candidate even if you don't fit everything we've described above. You can also have important skills we haven't thought of. If that's you, don't hesitate to apply and tell us about yourself (especially in your cover letter – this is where you can really state your case for *why you*). We are committed to fostering diversity in our organization and building an equitable and inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and experiences. We're taking steps to meet that commitment. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, people of color, LGBTQ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.

    exec design customer support finance
    We're looking for a Python Developer to join a high-impact team building core infrastructure for one of our company's most critical initiatives. You'll architect the connectivity layer between internal systems and the external platforms they depend on — designing for reliability, scale, and security from day one.

    You'll work directly with the Team Lead and senior engineers, contributing to architectural decisions that have real product impact.

    What You'll Do

    • Design and build high-performance Python services alongside senior engineering and product teams — scalable by design, not by accident.
    • Architect integrations with third-party APIs and external platforms, setting the patterns and practices the wider team follows.
    • Own system reliability — build distributed systems that hold up under real financial workloads, with a relentless focus on scalability and security.
    • Translate business requirements into technical architecture, working across product, design, and engineering.
    • Raise the bar on code quality — write clean, testable, efficient Python code and lead thorough code reviews.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of Python development experience with deep backend expertise.
    • Proven track record building high-performance APIs with FastAPI or other ASGI-based frameworks.
    • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems design.
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub preferred), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
    • Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills — MariaDB, MongoDB, or similar.
    • The architectural judgment to make the right call under pressure.
    • Clear, direct communication — equally effective with engineers and product leads.

    Will be a plus: Experience with SSO and Identity Providers, particularly Keycloak.
