About the Role
Weâre hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help build new products at Pivotal from the ground up.
This role sits on the AI/ML Engineering team. Youâll work on new product surfaces that combine software, data, workflow design, and AI to solve high-value customer problems. The role is full stack, but intentionally backend-leaning. Weâre looking for someone who is comfortable owning product behavior end to end while being especially strong in APIs, backend systems, data flows, and the logic that makes great products actually work.
This is a high-ambiguity, high-velocity role. You will not be handed perfectly scoped tickets or asked to maintain a mature product in a narrow lane. Youâll help shape what we build, how we build it, and how quickly we can turn ideas into valuable product experiences. The upside is massive impact: the products you work on can materially change how the company operates and how customers experience Pivotal.
We also want someone who is AI-first in how they work. Part of this teamâs job is building AI-powered products, but part of it is also helping the company get dramatically better at using AI. What Youâll Do
Build new product experiences from 0 to 1 across backend services, APIs, integrations, and frontend workflows.
Design and implement backend systems that power product logic, orchestration, data access, and AI-enabled workflows.
Contribute to frontend product development in React-based applications, especially where product quality depends on tight frontend-backend iteration.

Prototype quickly, then harden what works into maintainable product systems.

The International Society of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (ISAC), a learned society, is a charity and company limited by guarantee and registered in the UK. Over recent months, ISAC carried out a strategy review and is now progressing priority strategic objectives. As a result, an opportunity has arisen for a Communications Officer to advance a number of priorities under a general âcommunicationâ heading.
The Communications Officer will initially be employed part time (0.6 FTE) on a temporary basis (12 months). They will be line managed by the ISAC CEO and must be able to work within a pre-existing team. Principle duties and responsibilities will be to assist the Trustees and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the areas of Member Society and Industry engagement. Additional duties will include helping to develop SOPs to operationalise ISACâs Communication Strategy, populate ISACâs social media accounts, contribute to the redesign of ISACâs website and provide cover for the CEO and Executive Officer, as required.

Ce que vous ferez
Développer des services backend en Go, travailler avec PostgreSQL et DynamoDB, implanter des architectures orientées messages avec RabbitMQ et contribuer à des systèmes en production.
Participer au développement frontend en apportant des changements à notre application mobile (Angular/Ionic), à notre application web (React) et à nos outils dâadministration, avec le soutien de collègues spécialisés en frontend.
Prendre en charge des fonctionnalités de taille moyenne à grande de bout en bout, en collaborant avec des ingénieur(e)s seniors pour concevoir les solutions et en implémentant les composantes backend et frontend.
Découper des épiques en histoires gérables, identifier les risques techniques et travailler de façon autonome sur la plupart des tâches.

Solide expérience backend avec Go, incluant la compréhension des goroutines, des channels et des meilleures pratiques Go.

The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing the Arrive Health Network platformâa core part of Interra Healthâs ecosystem that powers real-time prescription decision-making and cost transparency at the point of care.

Job Description
WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING
- Work in a fully remote environment and virtually engage with company and team in your daily work.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on entire scope of QI measures, services, customers and quality initiatives under various commercial and governmental payers.
- Conduct proactive patient outreach initiatives to identify and address quality gaps, engaging with patients to educate them on preventive care measures, schedule necessary screenings or appointments, and facilitate adherence to treatment plans, thereby contributing to improved health outcomes and closing quality gaps.
- Collect quality data using various methods of data sourcing-EMR, claims, provider outreach.
- Manage daily work using multiple systems and applications-EMR systems, payer portals, vendor platforms, Guidehealth applications, Microsoft 365 for Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Teams for messaging and meetings.
- Work with patient lists, gap lists, sourced health data and medical records in your daily work.
- Leverage all quality related resources to ensure accuracy and completeness of work measure/project instructions, NCQA/HEDIS® specifications, coding documents, quick reference guides.
- Prioritize daily work to meet various quality reporting deadlines and requirements.
- Communicate quality performances, barriers and improvement strategies both internally and with customers.

- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in Medicare Advantage Quality data abstraction and patient outreach
- Tech savvy in managing the technical side of this position-working with health data, working in excel and PowerPoint, navigating multiple systems and applications.
