$180000 - $220000 Full time
Founding Engineer
  • Haast
  • New York
engineer full stack senior ai

Founding Engineer (US)

Build the AI platform that's rewriting a $50B industry

Salary range - $180-220k USD + Equity + Benefits

About Haast

We're building one of the first agentic systems for enterprise legal and compliance teams that actually automates their manual work. End-to-end. Delivering 80% faster compliance reviews and 4x productivity gains.

We recently closed a $12M USD Series A (Peak XV Partners, DST Global, Airtree) and are growing fast in the US; building the infrastructure that will completely re-define how enterprises think about compliance.

Think Canva for design. Atlassian for projects. Haast for compliance.

The Problem

Compliance is a $50B global challenge. Enterprise legal and compliance teams spend a significant amount of time manually reviewing documents against policy, spotting regulatory risk, and signing off on content before go-to-market. It's painful and it's mission-critical.

We're building the infrastructure that makes this manageable at scale. You'll be working on systems that directly reduce risk and unlock productivity for some of the world's largest organisations.

The Role

As our first US based Engineer; you'll be the technical bridge between our product vision and our customers' reality.

You're a full-stack engineer who thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution, building our platform while staying connected to the teams actually using it.

You'll split your time between heads-down building (shipping code that matters) and being engaged with customers, understanding their pain points firsthand, iterating on features in real-time, and using that feedback to shape our product direction.

You'll own end-to-end technical decisions: designing systems, shipping to production, and iterating based on direct customer interaction.

This is high-autonomy work. You'll collaborate directly with our founding team, move at startup velocity, and have genuine influence over both our architecture and product roadmap.

What You'll Own

  • Design, architect, and ship full-stack features that directly solve our customers compliance challenges

  • Own the technical relationship with key customers; implementing solutions, gathering requirements, and translating feedback into product improvements

  • Build scalable services and APIs that power our LLM compliance platform while keeping the customer experience front and center

  • Make high-impact technical decisions quickly, knowing that you'll be accountable to both our engineering standards and our customers

  • Challenge assumptions on "why" and "how", you'll directly influence what we build and how we build it

  • Shape our product roadmap and engineering practices as we scale from Series A to market leadership

Who We're Looking For

  • You've built full-stack systems at meaningful scale; you're equally comfortable architecting backend services and shipping frontend code that customers interact with daily

  • You're deep on one or more of: Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python, and you're fluent enough across the stack to own features end-to-end

  • You understand APIs, distributed systems, and the tradeoffs between speed and reliability in production environments

  • You genuinely enjoy working with customers; you're not just shipping features, you want to understand the human problem you're solving

  • You've shipped in fast-moving environments and understand what it takes to move quickly without breaking things

  • You're curious about how LLMs work and excited about building practical applications on top of them, not just the theory

Why Join Haast

  • Competitive benefits: PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, 401k

  • Real impact, day one: Your code runs inside the workflows of major global enterprises immediately. You're solving mission-critical compliance problems that directly reduce risk and unlock productivity.

  • Forward-deployed influence: You'll spend time with customers, understanding their pain points and having direct input into product decisions. Your customer insights will shape our roadmap.

  • Equity upside: We're building a generational company in a $50B market. You'll own a meaningful stake in that value creation and be part of the defines how Haast scales. We believe in sharing success with the people who build it.

  • Exceptional learning velocity: You'll learn more about scaling systems, working with customers, building products, and navigating the demands of a fast-growing startup in 12 months here than most roles offer in three years.

  • Engineering-driven culture: No red tape. We hire smart people and get out of their way. Your voice matters in how we build.

  • Flexibility and community: Fully remote across the US or Canada.

How to Apply

We're looking for people who've shipped things they're proud of and want to work on a problem that genuinely matters.

Apply with:

  1. Your CV

  2. A brief note on this question: Tell us about a time you worked with customers to ship something they actually needed. What did it take to achieve the outcome?

No closing date. We review applications on a rolling basis.

At Haast, we believe bold ideas come from diverse perspectives. We're committed to building a team that reflects the world we work in. Even if you don't tick every box, we'd love to hear from you.

We are rebuilding biotech for the AI era.

When a breakthrough is delayed, the world waits. Getting a molecule from discovery to patients, or a crop from lab to field, involves thousands of slow, manual, disconnected steps. AI has the potential to change this, compressing decades of R&D work into years. But that only happens when clean, structured scientific data and AI are built into how science gets done.

Benchling is the AI platform for biotech R&D. Scientists use Benchling to design experiments, capture structured data, and run AI agents and models directly in their workflows. Over 200,000 scientists around the world trust Benchling to power their most important work, from academic labs to Sanofi, Moderna, and more than half of the world's top 50 biopharma.

AI fluency is the foundation we build on; it's core to how we work, and we're committed to helping every new hire integrate it into their day-to-day. As part of our interview process, you'll complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion so we can understand how you think about and use AI to drive impact in your role. Build something people love

Wealthsimple's mission is to help everyone achieve financial freedom – by making financial services simple, transparent, and low-cost. We're Canada's largest fintech, trusted by over 3 million clients with more than $100 billion in assets. We move fast, we own our work, and we care deeply about the people using our products. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work.

About the team

The AI Systems team is focused on building Wealthsimple's first-party AI tools and platforms. We design, develop, and operate the systems that bring AI capabilities directly into the hands of our teams and clients - from intelligent assistants and workflow automation to internal productivity tools powered by large language models.

We're looking for software developers who are excited about building production-grade AI systems end-to-end: from frontend interfaces to backend services, infrastructure to deployment. This isn't a research role - it's a hands-on engineering role where you'll ship real products, collaborate with stakeholders across the company, and continuously evolve our AI platform as the technology and our needs grow.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design, build, and operate first-party AI tools and platforms that serve internal teams and Wealthsimple clients.

  • Develop full-stack features across React frontends and Golang backend services, delivering complete, production-ready systems.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven features and translate them into working software.

  • Build and maintain containerized microservices, ensuring our AI platforms are reliable, scalable, and easy to deploy.

  • Integrate large language models and other AI capabilities into our tools through well-designed APIs and service layers.

  • Contribute to platform architecture decisions, helping shape how AI systems are built and operated at Wealthsimple.

  • Iterate quickly on new features and prototypes, balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability.

  • Establish patterns and best practices for AI system development that other teams can adopt.

Our technologies:

  • React for frontend development

  • Golang for backend services

  • Container-based architecture (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • AWS infrastructure

  • PostgreSQL and Redis for data persistence and caching

  • LLM APIs and AI/ML tooling

  • Datadog, Sentry, and Mixpanel for monitoring and observability

  • AI-assisted development workflow

What you bring:

  • Experience building and shipping production software as a full-stack or backend-focused developer.

  • Strong proficiency in Golang and React, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on both.

  • Hands-on experience with containerized architectures (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployment patterns.

  • Interest in or experience with AI/ML systems, LLM integrations, or building AI-powered products.

  • Ability to work across the full stack - from crafting user interfaces to designing APIs and backend services.

  • A product-oriented mindset: you care about the end-user experience and work with stakeholders to deliver features that solve real problems.

  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and technology evolve quickly.

Nice-to-have's:

  • Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, or productivity software.

  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.

  • Background in building event-driven or streaming architectures.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Background in financial services or regulated industries.

$200000 - $250000 Full time
Staff Software Engineer Full Stack
  • Ternary
  • Remote
full stack senior golang react

Ternary is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack, to join our team. Enterprises rely on Ternary to gain visibility, control, and optimization across their technology investments. As organizations scale their cloud, SaaS, and AI spending, Ternary provides the intelligence platform that helps finance and engineering leaders govern and maximize the value of their technology estate.

About us: We move fast, hold a high bar, and care deeply about the problems our customers are trying to solve. Our team brings together engineers, financial analysts, and operators who've built at scale before — and we're doing it again with more ambition. We value directness, ownership, and the kind of judgment that knows when to go fast and when to slow down and get it right. If you want to shape both the product and the culture of a company at an inflection point — where the decisions you make now will define how we scale — this is the right place.

Our Stack: We build on React, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with some of these is helpful context. We don't expect expertise in all of them, but knowing the landscape will help you hit the ground running.

You:

  • 10+ years of delivering scalable web applications and platform services across early-stage and enterprise companies, with expertise in designing and implementing data and analytics platforms, including BigQuery, large-scale data warehousing, and pipelines that support analytics and product insights.

  • Experience building backend services in Golang.

  • Passionate about learning new knowledge and skills, skilled at quickly ramping up in new areas.

  • Bias for action — address ambiguity and hard conversations directly, and actively promote these traits across the engineering organization.

  • Experience interacting with customers and business leads.

  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

  • Regularly consider business lenses and tradeoffs, even for deeply technical engineering problems.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Staff Engineer, you will be a technical anchor on our core platform — driving architectural decisions that determine how we scale to serve enterprise finance and engineering buyers.

  • Lead critical and large-scale complex projects, providing both hands-on technical expertise and end-to-end project execution.

  • Contribute across the stack, with core focus on API design, BigQuery and modern data warehousing, and React/TypeScript front-end development — with working familiarity across relational and non-relational databases, authentication, CI/CD, and customer-facing features.

  • Drive and own end-to-end delivery of features, including planning, design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, adoption, and performance in production.

  • Make informed tradeoffs between tactical and strategic technical approaches, balancing long-term scalability with immediate business needs.

  • Own the architecture and quality bar of the platform, with primary accountability for the web application layer.

  • Uphold a high bar by participating in technical discussions, providing feedback on specs, and making recommendations while uplifting and mentoring junior team members.

Comp and benefits:

  • Company-sponsored travel to interact with colleagues several times a year.

  • We provide generous health benefits, 401(k) plan, and a WFH budget for you to set up your home office (not available for contract or short term roles such as internships).

  • Equity compensation so that all employees can participate in Ternary's success (not available for contract or short term roles such as internships).

  • The team culture is the best of what you would expect to see at a startup combined with a level of maturity you would see at a much larger company.

At Ternary, we value diversity. We are an equal opportunity employer: we do not discriminate on the basis of racial orientation, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Ternary is a remote-first company.

Outside Sales Representative

  • Eugene
hr teaching game dev marketing

Compensation: $20/hr + uncapped commission ($200 per close). Top performers can earn up to $100K

Employment type: 1099 Independent Contractor position / Freelance

Schedule: Up to 40 hours a week

Work type: Remote (this is NOT a work-from-home position). Some field work and some computer time.

Location: Your local city, must reside in the United States

The Opportunity

AI is changing everything. Small businesses deserve to benefit.

Right now, the salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and local shops and services that give every community its character are being left behind. They can't afford big marketing agencies. They don't have time to learn new tools. And most of the technology being built isn't being built for them.

Here's the thing: small business owners aren't sitting around clicking ads looking for solutions. They're heads-down running their businesses. They buy from people they trust — and that's exactly what our Territory Partners become, someone they can trust.

Omada.ai is changing the game — and we need people on the ground to help lead the charge. We're hiring Outside Sales Representatives / Territory Partners who are hungry, people-first, and genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for small businesses. In return, we'll put you on the front lines of one of the most important technology shifts of our lifetime, teach you everything you need to know, and pay you very well to do it.

This is your chance to be part of the AI revolution — not by staring at a screen, but by walking into your community and making a real difference for real people.

What you’ll do

You'll be the face of Omada in your area — connect with local businesses, starting conversations, and showing owners how our AI platform can handle their marketing while they focus on running their business.

You probably already know places like these. You eat at them, get your hair cut at them, and work out at them. Every one of them is trying to grow, and every one of them is struggling to keep up with technology — and you're showing up with a solution built specifically for them.

Your week looks like this:

  • Identify 10–50 businesses in your area using Omada's Route Planner

  • Start the conversation in person or on the telephone, and ask a few clarifying questions

  • Show a few examples of Omada right there on your phone or tablet

  • Offer a free trial — no risk for them. Your trials are your leads

  • Use our CRM HubSpot to track, follow up, follow up, follow up, and close

  • When they convert to a paid subscription, you earn $200

Most of our Territory Partners close their first trial within the first week, and 3+ per week after that.

Where this can take you

We're building something big — and we promote from within. Top Territory Partners can move into team lead, city manager, and regional roles as we grow. If you want to build a real career at the intersection of AI and sales, this is where it starts.

Requirements

  • Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable walking into a room

  • Genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for small businesses

  • Strong communicator who connects with people quickly

  • No prior sales experience required — we'll teach you everything

  • Must reside in the United States

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Bonus: sales experience; experience working with small business owners

This role is well-suited for

  • Hunter sales reps who can develop their own book of business and want to earn uncapped commissions and a short sale cycle

  • College grads or students who want to build sales skills and make real money

  • Anyone tired of pure commission work but still wants serious upside

About Omada.ai

Omada is on a mission to help Main Street and local high streets win. We're building the largest organic growth platform for small businesses — a fully managed, AI-powered marketing team that grows SMBs end-to-end, without spending a dollar on paid ads. Founded by experienced operators and backed by world-class investors, including HubSpot, we're one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the country — and we're just getting started.

Ready to start? Apply now. We're hiring in select cities and looking for people ready to start immediately.

$180000 - $220000 Full time
Full Stack Product Engineer
  • Pivotal Health
  • Los Angeles
full stack backend react ai

About Pivotal Health

Pivotal Health is the leading technology platform that helps healthcare providers get paid fairly in an increasingly complex reimbursement landscape.

Today, many providers face persistent underpayment from health insurance companies, despite delivering high-quality care. While processes like IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) were designed to promote fairness, they’re often administrative-heavy, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate without the right tools.

Pivotal Health combines software, data, and service into a seamlessly integrated, AI-driven platform that simplifies these complex reimbursement workflows. We help providers efficiently dispute underpaid claims, reduce administrative burden, and recover the reimbursement they’re entitled to; without adding more work to already stretched teams.

Our full-service IDR solution is just the starting point. We’re building solutions that enable providers to operate with clarity, control, and confidence across the reimbursement journey.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help build new products at Pivotal from the ground up.

This role sits on the AI/ML Engineering team. You’ll work on new product surfaces that combine software, data, workflow design, and AI to solve high-value customer problems. The role is full stack, but intentionally backend-leaning. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable owning product behavior end to end while being especially strong in APIs, backend systems, data flows, and the logic that makes great products actually work.

This is a high-ambiguity, high-velocity role. You will not be handed perfectly scoped tickets or asked to maintain a mature product in a narrow lane. You’ll help shape what we build, how we build it, and how quickly we can turn ideas into valuable product experiences. The upside is massive impact: the products you work on can materially change how the company operates and how customers experience Pivotal.

We also want someone who is AI-first in how they work. Part of this team’s job is building AI-powered products, but part of it is also helping the company get dramatically better at using AI. We want a product engineer who is personally fluent with AI tools and can use them to move faster, think better, and build stronger products.

What You’ll Do

  • Build new product experiences from 0 to 1 across backend services, APIs, integrations, and frontend workflows.

  • Design and implement backend systems that power product logic, orchestration, data access, and AI-enabled workflows.

  • Contribute to frontend product development in React-based applications, especially where product quality depends on tight frontend-backend iteration.

  • Work closely with product, design, operations, and AI/ML partners to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped product.

  • Prototype quickly, then harden what works into maintainable product systems.

  • Build internal and customer-facing workflows that use AI, structured data, and software automation to increase leverage.

  • Help define product requirements through direct technical judgment, not just implementation after decisions are made.

  • Improve product quality through instrumentation, testing, thoughtful system design, and strong engineering hygiene.

  • Use AI actively in your own workflow for coding, debugging, investigation, product exploration, and iteration.

  • Raise the team’s velocity by bringing AI-native working habits, practical engineering judgment, and strong product instincts.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 6 to 12 months, strong outcomes in this role would include:

  • shipping meaningful new product capabilities quickly

  • taking ownership of backend-heavy product surfaces with minimal oversight

  • helping turn vague opportunities into real shipped workflows

  • improving product quality and speed through strong engineering execution

  • contributing to a team culture that is highly effective at using AI to build and learn faster

  • becoming a trusted technical partner to product, design, and operations in a fast-moving environment

Who You Are

  • You are a strong product-minded software engineer who likes building things that users feel directly.

  • You are full stack, but your center of gravity is backend systems and product logic.

  • You are comfortable moving quickly in ambiguous environments and can make good decisions without waiting for perfect clarity.

  • You have a high ownership mindset and like driving work from rough idea to production.

  • You care about product quality, not just technical elegance.

  • You are an AI power user yourself. You actively use AI in your day-to-day work and have strong judgment about how it can accelerate engineering and product development.

  • You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional partners.

  • You want to be in an environment where a great engineer can have outsized impact very quickly.

We’d Be Especially Excited If You Have

  • strong backend experience in Python, FastAPI, or similar service-oriented systems

  • experience building product backends, APIs, integrations, and data-heavy application logic

  • experience contributing meaningfully to modern React-based frontend applications

  • experience with TypeScript, React Router or Remix-style frameworks, and product UI development

  • experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, or other relational data systems

  • experience with GCP or similar cloud environments

  • experience building AI-powered products, internal tools, workflow software, or operational software

  • experience in fast-moving startup environments where engineers help define the product, not just implement it

  • experience in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or other operationally complex domains

Why This Role Is Interesting

  • You’ll work on new products, not just incremental maintenance.

  • The problems are meaningful, messy, and important. They sit close to real customer and business pain.

  • You’ll have real room to shape direction. This is a role for someone who wants to help create, not just execute.

  • The team sits at the intersection of AI, product, data, and operations, which creates unusual leverage for strong engineers.

  • The pace is fast, the ambiguity is real, and the impact can be massive.

  • You’ll be able to use both sides of your skill set: deep backend engineering and pragmatic full stack product development.

Example Technical Environment

Our current environment includes technologies like:

  • Python and FastAPI on the backend

  • PostgreSQL and relational data models

  • React-based web applications with modern routing and TypeScript

  • GCP-hosted services and internal APIs

  • AI and workflow systems that combine application logic, structured data, and model-backed experiences

You do not need to match this stack perfectly, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and shipping in this kind of environment.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

We’re a collaborative, low-ego team on a mission to make healthcare reimbursement fairer for providers. While we primarily hire around our core hubs–Los Angeles and New York–we remain open to exceptional talent outside those regions. Remote and hybrid flexibility varies by role and team, and is outlined in each job description.

If you’re excited by solving complex problems and making a real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits Include:

  • Competitive compensation, including equity

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Retirement savings plan through 401(k)

  • Flexible time off

  • Opportunities for company-wide connection and events

Ready to Make an Impact?
We’re building something meaningful; and we want you on the team.

Bring your ideas, curiosity, and drive, and let’s transform healthcare reimbursement together.

$150000 - $200000 Full time
Content Marketing Manager
  • LiveKit
  • Remote
marketing manager content content writing

About LiveKit

LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for the voice-driven era of computing. Our platform gives developers everything they need to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe agents in production. Founded in 2021, LiveKit powers voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others, collectively facilitating billions of calls each year.

About You

Developer-first companies are allergic to marketing. They've sat through too many gated whitepapers with no actual content, too many blog posts that read like SEO exercises, too many "5 reasons why X matters in 2026" pieces written by someone who has clearly never used the product. Our problem is simple: the content we make has to be so good it doesn't feel like marketing. Opinionated, technically rigorous, written like someone who's actually shipped something. You'd be the founding content marketer at LiveKit — sitting at the intersection of an incredible product and an emerging marketing function, which means you get to define what "good" looks like here from day one.

You'll thrive as a Content Marketing Manager if you:

  • are obsessed with making the best product for our customers

  • are known as the go-to person for tackling tough problems

  • work hard and can build and ship fast

  • are focused on polish, detail and quality

  • are a fast learner, frequently picking up new tips, tricks, and skills

The best way to impress us is with thoughtful ways you'd implement LiveKit, and potentially tinkering with it 😊

What You'll Do

  • Ship deeply researched guides that power our outbound and demand generation motion

  • Author pillar pages that establish LiveKit's authority across the voice AI infrastructure category — built for both classic SEO and the way LLMs surface information today

  • Develop opinionated thought leadership that sharpens our point of view in the voice AI space

  • Build a competitive content program that helps prospects understand what's actually different about LiveKit (without resorting to bullet-point feature charts)

  • Partner closely with Sales and BD to create the enablement assets they actually need — and the ones they didn't know to ask for

  • Work directly with engineers, founders, and customers to translate technical depth into narrative people want to read

Who You Are

  • You've done content marketing (or comparable adjacent work — product marketing, dev rel writing, technical editorial) at a high-growth startup

  • You've worked at a technical company with a developer or engineer audience, and you know what credibility looks like to that crowd

  • You have a portfolio of writing you're genuinely proud to send around — opinionated, specific, not templated

  • You're comfortable working closely with engineers and turning their thinking into content without losing the substance

  • You're skeptical of the standard SaaS content playbook and have ideas about what should replace it

Nice to Have

  • Experience at an AI-native company

  • A product marketing background — you know how to position

  • Familiarity with the voice AI, WebRTC, or real-time infrastructure space

  • You've quietly judged at least one post titled "X Reasons Why Voice AI Matters in 2026" and thought "I could do this so much better."

Our Commitment to You

  • An opportunity to build something truly impactful to the world

  • Contribute to open source alongside world-class engineers

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Flexible vacation policy

Your Role

We are looking for a Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor who is deeply embedded in generative video workflows and can independently craft high-quality, narrative-driven content from concept to final output.

You are a sharp-eyed video editor comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity and emerging technology, building visually compelling long-form videos using AI-first pipelines. You take ownership of the entire production stack — from prompting and generation to editing, compositing, graphic design work and final delivery. You thrive in a high-performance environment where your quick wits and passion for story-telling shine.

Reporting to your Content Lead, this is what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and centred around existing AI characters (our own IPs)

  • Create narrative-driven, longform video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with a strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout

  • Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production

  • Utilise tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI video models/platforms to produce high-quality visual sequences

  • Develop and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques

  • Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction to deliver cohesive final outputs

  • Experiment rapidly with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing skills with the rest of the team

  • Align with your Content Lead’s creative direction while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making

  • Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is a must)

  • Hands-on experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging options)

  • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing

  • Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar for final assembly and polish

  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language

  • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content

Soft Skills

🗣 Strong communication & collaboration skills (fluent in English)

🎯 High ownership — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently

⚡️ Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving tools

⏱️ Fast iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve quickly

🧠 Curious and self-driven — constantly exploring new AI capabilities and workflows

🧢 Open to feedback and continuous improvement

🍭 #NSFW — Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content

Bonus Points

  • Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking

  • Background in 3D, VFX, technical art or as a colourist

  • Familiarity with training/customizing models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning)

  • Prior experience in adult, dating, or adjacent creative industries a huge bonus

  • Experience with ComfyUI

  • Experience with Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tooling (Advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting etc.)

$100000 - $150000 Full time
Head of Public Understanding
  • NOPE
  • Remote
marketing communications content writing ai

Please note: this is a part-time contracting role.

People are increasingly turning to AI for real relationships. They use it for companionship, for coaching, for emotional support, for advice, and sometimes on the hardest night of their lives. That is already happening at scale, and most platforms have no way to tell whether a given conversation is helping someone or quietly harming them. At the sharp end that means someone in crisis who nobody notices. In ordinary use it looks like dependency building over weeks, or a person slowly being reshaped in how they think and who they lean on (as if the last decade hadn't isolated us enough). Regulation is moving slowly, which leaves a real gap for people to fall through.

On a happier note: the teams building and using these systems actually care. The missing safety layers usually come down to a shortage of resources, not cynicism and not a lack of empathy. So we at NOPE build open-source classifiers that any team can deploy today, because keeping these interactions safe shouldn't be a privilege only big companies can afford. Alongside the open-source work we build custom tooling and advise organizations in paid engagements.

We are a very small team, and the conversation about what AI is doing to people in everyday use is still happening in the wrong places and the wrong language. We want someone to change that, out loud.

THE ROLE

The Head of Public Understanding is the person our public voice belongs to. You would build and lead NOPE's presence in the public conversation about AI safety, along with the community of people who care about it: the builders, the researchers, the journalists, the policymakers, and the ordinary users who sense something is off.

PLEASE NOTE: This is initially a part-time role paying approx ~$75 an hour initially for 10hrs a week, 6 weeks total initial contract.

In practice, you run our social channels and write what goes on them, and you turn our research and trackers into things people actually read and argue about. It also means showing up in person at the webinars and events where this conversation is happening near you (sensitive to your locale). Over time (ideally already!) you become a recognizable voice on the subject, and you bring an audience with you. The throughline is making a complicated, easy-to-miss problem legible to people who don't already live in it, and giving them something worth gathering around.

The shape of the role is open, like the rest of what we do. We have a clear point of view and a lot of raw material, but we are not handing you a script. The work is mostly async. You would share what you are trying and what is landing, and we would work it out together.

WHERE WE ARE & OUR PRINCIPLES

We are not an anti-AI project, and we are not shallow cheerleaders for AI either. People have real relationships with AI now, across every kind of context and not only the hard moments, and that will likely not reverse. We are realistic about this. The honest response is to make those relationships safer, with evidence. We want someone who is healthily cynical and genuinely opinionated, who knows the technology well enough to see its limits, and who is not too nostalgic for a world that is not coming back. If your instinct is that AI is simply bad and people should stop, this is not the seat. If you think this is already real and largely unwatched, and you want to make the cost of that visible and then act on it, read on.

You'd be a great fit if

  • You care, deeply, about relational and social safety and the future of how humans and AI interact.
  • You are already writing and posting about the limits of these systems and how they show up in everyday conversational AI. This area of concern is not new to you.
  • You already have a following and a network on places like X, Bluesky, Substack or LinkedIn, around AI and especially AI safety. You are a prolific writer.
  • You write like a person, and you don't lean on AI to think for you. But you also know how to leverage it to understand new topics and research nascent areas.
  • You understand in broad terms how LLMs are built and where they fall short, and you have a real sense of how the companies making them work on the inside.
  • You follow how policy and policymakers move on new technology. Bonus points for existing awareness of new legislation around AI across the world.
  • You are comfortable representing a point of view at a webinar or an event, not only on a page. You are no stranger to public speaking or networking.
  • You can take a complicated idea and make it approachable enough to debate over dinner.
  • You're glad to write about, communicate with, and compassionately advocate for actual humans.

BONUS POINTS

You're especially intriguing to us if you have existing crossover with trust and safety, policy, healthcare or law. So too if you've the rarer background of a builder or engineer who moved into writing, someone who has stood close enough to how these systems get made to know what can really be done about the risk. We are focused on NOT just shouting from the sidelines but implementing real guidance and tooling, as well as having conversations with real decision makers.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Someone who has no network or following, or no existing material in the domain of AI safety. Or the person who is against AI on principle and wants everything to stop indefinitely.

PLEASE NOTE

This is initially a part-time role on a six-week initial contract, so we can both see whether it is a fit. There would be more work and potentially a full-time role as we grow.

LinkedIn & Newsletter Ghostwriter - B2B Founder Brands (Full-Time)
  • JH Media
  • United States 📍 - Remoto 🌎
Full Time ghostwriting copywriting LinkedIn newsletter content writing

LinkedIn & Newsletter Ghostwriter — Full-Time, Long-Term

We're a marketing studio. We ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and ads for B2B founders across a few different worlds — aviation, career coaching, finance, and home-preparedness.

We've already built the machine: custom AI tools (Claude plus our own tailored ghostwriting skills) and a library of hundreds of client call transcripts to pull stories, ideas, and angles from. So you're never staring at a blank page.

But here's the problem that machine can't solve — and the entire reason this job exists.

Our AI gets the facts right and the structure close. What it cannot do is make someone feel something. The turning point. The fear. The win. The visual detail that drops a reader inside a moment. The human ache that stops the scroll. That has to come from a person.

That person is who we're hiring.

What you'll actually do:

  • Mine our client call transcripts for the moment that matters — the detail nobody else would notice
  • Run our Claude ghostwriting skills to shape and structure the draft (the skill keeps evolving — your input to improve it is welcome)
  • Then do the part only you can do: layer in the emotion, story, and sensory detail that makes it land
  • Write across several founder brands and keep each voice distinct — one founder should never sound like another
  • Fact-check every claim against the source, and flag anything you can't verify instead of guessing. We write about real people, companies, and industry data — accuracy is non-negotiable
  • Deliver on the content calendar about a week ahead of publish date

The bar: the founder reads it and goes "that's exactly how I'd say it — this gave me goosebumps." Then I do one light proof pass and it ships. If I'm rewriting your drafts, it's not working out.

This is a full-time seat. You'll start with LinkedIn and newsletters, and as you ramp it grows into more — sales pages, ads, email work across our brands, and eventually copy for our own home-preparedness brand. We want someone who likes variety and wants to own a real chunk of the content, not someone looking for a narrow lane. The more you can take off our plate, the more this role (and your pay) grows.

You're a fit if you:

  • Write genuinely emotional, story-driven copy in native or near-native American English — this is the #1, non-negotiable requirement
  • Have real instinct for story: you can hear a 5-minute anecdote and instantly know the emotional hook
  • Can write in someone else's voice, not just your own — and prove it
  • Use AI like Claude as a drafting partner, never a replacement for your own skill and voice (no AI tells in the final product)
  • Are obsessive about accuracy, detail, and deadlines — steady, dependable output week over week beats occasional brilliance that fades
  • Take direct feedback without taking it personally. We both want the same thing: content that keeps clients around and grows both our incomes

Bonus if you've:

  • Ghostwritten for personal brands, LinkedIn, or newsletters before
  • Any exposure to aviation, career coaching, or finance
  • Experience turning interview or transcript material into finished content

Logistics: Remote, full-time, long-term. $1,200–1,500/month to start, with raises for the right person — I'd rather find someone great and pay them more over time than start cheap and burn through people. Mostly async, with a quick weekly planning call early on. Begins with a paid two-week trial.

How to apply:

Start your reply with the word CHILLS so I know you read the whole thing.

Then send me two things:

  1. One piece of your writing that made a reader feel something — plus one sentence on what emotion you were going for and why it worked.
  2. Here's a flat, boring fact. Rewrite it as the 2–3 sentence opening of a post — with emotion and visual detail:
  3. "A pilot we coached got a job offer from a regional airline after being unemployed for 8 months."

The paid trial: Strong applicants get a paid two-week trial. I'll send you call transcripts, our voice guide, and our Claude skills, and you'll produce several posts across the two weeks. I pay you for the full two weeks regardless — it's how I see how you actually work, and how you find out if you enjoy the system.

Thanks and talk soon!

Appointment Setter / Sales Development Rep - Aviation

Full Time appointment setter SDR sales development inbound sales community management

Appointment Setter for a Growing Aviation Community

Anywhee Aero trains pilots and aircraft mechanics across several locations in the US. We have a growing Skool community (several hundred members), an active email list, and new leads coming in every day from paid ads. We need someone warm and reliable to turn those leads into booked calls.

This is not cold calling. Everyone you talk to has already raised their hand — they joined our community, replied to an email, or clicked an ad. Your job is to start genuine conversations, understand what they need, and get the right people onto a call.

What you'll do:

  • Start and respond to DMs inside our Skool community
  • Reply to inbound email leads and move them toward booking a call
  • Qualify leads using a simple framework we'll give you
  • Book calls on our (and your) calendar and keep a simple CRM updated daily
  • Phone/video calls with leads as needed

You're a great fit if:

  • You speak clear, easy-to-understand American English with little to no accent (this is essential — our members are American pilots and mechanics)
  • You're naturally warm, patient, and genuinely helpful with strangers
  • You have experience in appointment setting, sales development (SDR), or community/customer-facing roles
  • You're reliable and consistent — we need steady daily follow-up, not occasional effort
  • You can work US Central time business hours

How to apply:

Send a 60–90 second Loom video (or similar) to jay@jayhaussman.com where you:

  1. Introduce yourself, and
  2. Tell us how you'd start a conversation with a pilot who just joined our free community but hasn't said anything yet.

Applications without a video won't be considered — the video is how we get to know you.

We're looking for a long-term teammate. Compensation is $1,200-$1,500/month and can go up (commissions) once you're ramped and producing sales.

Powering Trade For The Emerging Cannabis Industry

Distru is the #1 ERP in the Cannabis Industry with $3B in annual sales processed through our platform! We are a fully remote and global team building a software platform to streamline the supply chain for the cannabis industry. Most of the top cannabis brands and distributors across the United States use our software to manage their entire operation and stay compliant.

As part of our next phase of growth, last year we launched Distru Commerce; a wholesale platform that extends our ERP into the B2B marketplace layer, giving operators a single system to manage their internal operations and their external wholesale sales channels in one fully integrated system. But we're not stopping here. AI is now a core part of how we build and where we're placing our bets. The AI Order Agent is live and already changing how our customers operate: buyers can submit orders from any source and any format saving time spent on manual data entry. That's one piece of a bigger picture: using AI to take the repetitive, heavy-lifting work out of running an ERP so operators can focus on running their business.

We take a tremendous amount of pride in our culture and have 5/5 stars on Glassdoor because we truly care about our people. We are stable, profitable, and heavily investing in growing new product lines to expand our reach. Our investors include Felicis Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Poseidon Asset Management, and Village Global who have funded companies such as Shopify, Cruise, HelloFresh, Facebook, Slack, and Opendoor.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an AI-forward Product Manager who thinks in systems, ships with conviction, and sees AI not as a feature layer but as a product foundation. This role will take significant ownership of parts of our core ERP, Distru Commerce, and our new AI-native product features. You'll report directly to the CTO and work side-by-side with the rest of the product team, engineering, and design.

Distru is at an inflection point. We have deep market penetration in cannabis ERP, a new commerce layer live and growing, and a roadmap that's increasingly AI-native. The PM who takes this role will own a meaningful piece of that roadmap; not just the feature backlog, but the design of how AI agents integrate into user workflows, where automation belongs, and where human judgment must stay front and center.

This is a high-ownership role at a company that ships weekly and cares about getting it right. You'll work directly with the C-suite, set the bar for what great product looks like inside Distru, and help us build the operating system for an entire industry.

Our Team Culture

Rather than us defining our culture, check out what the team has to say

\n

What You'll Own

Own the Product Roadmap

  • Define and execute on the product roadmap
  • Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap. Communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs proactively
  • Write PRDs and work in tandem with engineers to understand and synthesize specific customer requests into meaningful features that improve the system at large
  • Integrate AI agents into the Distru user workflow

Own the Product Lifecycle

  • Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, spec writing, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication
  • Define when the AI suggests, when it automates, and when it stays silent — and ship the affordances that make this obvious to users

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with engineering, CS, sales and marketing. You are the bridge that pulls insights from all of these departments together and ensures the product is moving in the right direction

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years in tech product management
  • You've owned and shipped complex features end-to-end — from ambiguous problem statement to launched feature with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated AI fluency across three dimensions:
    • Tool fluency: you know failure modes, context windows, the LLM ecosystem
    • Workflow fluency: you know what to automate vs. keep human, and optimize for speed, correctness and scalability
    • Product fluency: you know the difference between AI that earns its place in a product and AI that was bolted on to check a box. You've shipped the former.

  • Hands-on experience with product management tools. You've lived inside Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar; you know where the friction lives because you've felt it

  • Technical fluency: you can read API docs, understand context windows, and write specs engineers and AI agents can build from

  • Strong prioritization instincts. You can distinguish urgent from important and hold the line on scope

  • Clear communication. Most of your work product starts as written artifacts: PRDs, decision memos, spec documents

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting software

  • Experience with UX design

  • Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration

  • Experience using Claude Code or similar tools to build products independently

  • Early-stage startup experience (sub-50 headcount)

Our Interview Process

  1. Initial Screen: A conversation about your background, your take on AI-forward PM, and mutual fit

  2. Product Work Session: A take-home prompt sent you work on with live interactions with the Distru team

  3. Product Work Session Review: A conversation around your product work submission where you and the Distru team dive deeper into your thoughts and decisions

  4. Final Interview: Call with our CEO to determine final fit

\n
$135,000 - $175,000 a year
Placement within this range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
\n

Distru was formed by an environment of mutual respect and trust made up by people working together without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by law. Full time
Senior Site Reliability Engineer
  • Pave Bank
  • Kuala Lumpur
senior engineer reliability devops

The Role

Pave Bank is building the future of programmable banking — combining traditional banking with digital assets under a single, regulated platform. We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure our core systems are highly available, scalable, and performant as we grow.

As an SRE at Pave Bank, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Security and Operations teams to build robust infrastructure, automate operations, and maintain reliability across all services. Your work will directly impact the safety, performance, and scalability of our banking platform, helping our customers trust Pave Bank with their finances.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems and services.

  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC), deployment pipelines, and automation to support continuous delivery, scalability, and disaster recovery.

  • Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortems to ensure lessons learned are applied.

  • Implement and enforce operational best practices: observability, logging, metrics, alerting, capacity planning, failover strategies, and backups.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure infrastructure meets reliability, compliance, and security standards.

  • Support service scaling, database operations, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), networking, and microservices orchestration.

  • Document operational runbooks, on-call procedures, and system architecture to support maintenance, knowledge sharing, and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Strong programming or scripting skills (Go, Python, Bash, or similar) for automation, tooling, and operational tasks.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent).

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or similar).

  • Experience with either FluxCD or ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery.

  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and reliability patterns.

  • Experience setting up monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, distributed tracing).

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to incidents under pressure.

  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies, database management, and secure operations.

Other Skills

  • Ownership mindset: proactive, responsible, and committed to system reliability.

  • Strong communication skills — able to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and passion for fintech and programmable banking systems.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in fintech, banking, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with compliance, security, and data protection best practices.

  • Experience with high-availability, high-throughput systems, or financial infrastructure.

  • Exposure to blockchain or crypto systems integrated with banking.

  • Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost and performance under rapid growth.

Why Pave Bank?

  • Work alongside a founding team from Monzo and BigPay, bringing top-tier fintech expertise.

  • Tackle real-world reliability challenges in a regulated, fast-growing fintech environment.

  • Learn from and collaborate with experienced engineers while developing your SRE career.

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity with room for growth.

  • Be part of a well-funded startup shaping the future of programmable banking.
