Nabu Casa is the organisation behind Home Assistant, the world's largest free and open-source smart home platform used by over two million households. We were founded to ensure the project's sustainability, and in 2024, we partnered with the Open Home Foundation to protect and promote a wide range of open-source initiatives. Our guiding principlesâprivacy, choice, and sustainabilityâare embedded in everything we do, from our architecture to our community.
We are a profitable company with no external investors. Our funding comes directly from users who subscribe to Home Assistant Cloud and purchase Home Assistant hardware, ensuring our only stakeholders are our employees and our users. We also support other open-source projects, including those focused on hardware, standards, and voice technology.
The Role
Nabu Casa is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to own the flow of our hardware products â from manufacturers to distributors, and ultimately to the homes of the people running Home Assistant.
As the official provider of Home Assistant hardware, we ship to a passionate global community, and this role is central to keeping that operation running reliably. You'll own the day-to-day: purchase orders, manufacturer coordination, logistics, distributor support, inventory, and RMA handling â and you'll be the person who turns how we do these things into documented, repeatable processes.
As part of our continued commercial growth, we are expanding the Commercial team with several key hires that will help shape the next phase of Nabu Casaâs global operations and partner ecosystem. This role will play an important part in supporting and scaling our international hardware operations across regions and distribution channels.
We're hiring because we're growing fast and need someone to take full ownership so the work scales with us. You'll have real autonomy from day one: if a shipment is delayed, a distributor has an urgent issue, or stock needs to be allocated across regions, you take it and drive it to resolution.
You'll work closely with our Global Channel Manager, Hardware team, and Finance team, and directly with manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners. You'll be part of the Commercial team and report to our VP Commercial, based in Norway.
Why this role, and why now
- You'll own a function, not a queue. This is a step up for someone who has coordinated logistics or supply chain inside a more structured company and is ready to run the whole thing themselves. Success looks like the supply chain operating well without anyone above you in the daily detail.
- You'll build the structure, not just maintain it. We're small and deliberately light on process. You'll bring the good practices you've seen elsewhere, document them as SOPs, and shape how this function works as the company scales.
- It's operational and strategic. Beyond running the day-to-day, you'll analyse forecast data to decide when and how much to order, and use modern tools â including AI-assisted workflows â to do it well.
- AI works for you here. We invest in AI to support our people, not replace them.
- Stable and mission-driven. Profitable, no investors, funded by the community we serve. You're building something that lands in millions of real homes.
- Own the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions
- Place and manage manufacturer purchase orders and track them through to delivery
- Coordinate directly with manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, shipment planning, and day-to-day issues
- Support distributors with back-office tasks: order coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Manage order flow, inventory updates, and data in NetSuite
- Handle partial deliveries, stock allocation decisions, and inventory coordination across regions
- Coordinate global logistics with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Run the RMA process end to end, including coordination, root-cause tracking, and reconciliation with manufacturers
- Analyse forecast data and inventory levels to support purchasing decisions on when and how much to order
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and supply chain documentation
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the supply chain as the company scales
- Work cross-functionally with the Hardware, Commercial, and Finance teams to keep everything aligned
- 4+ years in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or operations, with direct, hands-on ownership of the work
- Direct experience coordinating with manufacturers â placing and managing purchase orders, and working with them on lead times and production schedules. Experience with factories in China (or elsewhere in Asia) is strongly preferred
- Cultural fluency communicating with international manufacturing partners, particularly in Asia â you understand professional norms and know when directness or informality is and isn't appropriate
- A practical grasp of inventory management, stock allocation, and partial deliveries â you've solved these problems for real, not just in theory
- Experience coordinating international shipments and logistics
- Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar) and confidence placing POs and managing deliveries within one
- A track record of bringing structure: documenting processes, writing SOPs, and improving workflows â ideally drawn from a company that already had solid supply chain practices you can adapt for us
- The ability to operate independently with minimal structure and high ownership in a fast-moving environment
- An analytical mindset â comfortable using reporting and forecast data to drive decisions
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Specific experience with NetSuite
- Experience in hardware, consumer electronics, or e-commerce operations (e-commerce is a great fit if you've had direct contact with manufacturers)
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows
- Experience supporting distributor or channel operations
- Personal experience using Home Assistant, and an affinity with open-source, community-driven products

Job Description
As the Director of Sales Development, you'll set the targets, the operating model, and the standard for the entire XDR org, then build the leadership layer that runs it. The work isn't managing a room full of reps. It's building the people who build the pipeline: hiring, developing, and holding accountable the managers and team leads beneath you, so the function gets stronger whether or not you're in the room.
The stakes are straightforward. Leadership builds revenue plans on the number you deliver. That means owning capacity and ramp so pipeline scales in step with company goals, defending a forecast quarter after quarter with no asterisks, and getting Marketing, Sales, and RevOps aligned on what a qualified opportunity actually means. You own the stack and the spend too: pick the tooling and budget that make the team faster, and prove the return.
This is a seat for someone who wants to own outcomes, not activity reports. If you've built and scaled a sales development function before, know the difference between a team that's busy and one that's productive, and want your work to show up directly in how INNERGY plans its future, we should talk.d.
What you'll do
- Own the function. Set the strategy, targets, and operating model for the entire sales development org.
- Build the leaders. Hire, develop, and hold accountable the managers and team leads beneath you.
- Plan the capacity. Own the headcount and ramp model so pipeline scales in step with company goals.
- Defend the forecast. Deliver a pipeline number leadership can build revenue plans around, quarter after quarter.
- Align the org. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on segmentation, routing, and the definition of a qualified opportunity.
- Own the stack and the spend. Choose the tooling and budget that make the team more efficient, and prove the return.
- 6+ years in sales development, including two+ years managing managers or running a multi-team function.
- Experience standing up and/or scaling sales development (SDR, BDR, or XDR) across multiple regions teams that consistently hit pipeline targets.
- Fluency in funnel economics: pipeline created, conversion rates, and team attainment against targets.
- You build a management bench, not just a rep bench; people you developed now lead teams of their own.
- Comfort operating alongside executives and owning a number in the room where revenue gets planned.
- You have scaled a sales-development function through a major growth inflection.
- Background in ERP, vertical SaaS, or selling into manufacturing and construction.

- Own vendor selection, outreach, payment and execution for the TikTok platform including agencies, CGI creators and videographers.

- The Pace: We're building at a speed most companies talk about but never actually operate at. If you've been bored somewhere else, you won't be here.
- The Impact: Every person at Giga touches the work that matters. No layers, no waiting for approval chains. You'll see your fingerprints on what we ship.
- The Team: A team of operators defining the future of AI infrastructure. We recruit A-players from the most innovative companies in the world, and they choose Giga because the work here means more.
- The Moment: AI doesn't run without power, and that's us. Giga is the picks and shovels behind the AI revolution. This industry is about to explode, and you'll be in the room where it's already happening.
As Paralegal, youâll take full ownership of the NDA & intake process. Youâll drive NDAs to execution independently, without attorneys needing to be involved. Youâll maintain a centralized legal intake process â a single place where requests come in, get triaged, and get worked â and then hold the rest of the company accountable to using it. Youâll own the signature pipeline end to end: queuing documents, sending them out, and tracking them to completion. This is a highly autonomous role: youâll be given the outcome we need and trusted to enforce the process to get there, adapting as priorities shift.
This role starts as an individual contributor with real scope across every project at Giga, and thereâs a clear path to take on bigger, more complex work as you prove out the process.
Where youâll work
This role is remote. Travel is light â expect roughly 0â10%, mainly for occasional in-person team time.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end NDA process â draft, negotiate, and drive NDAs to execution independently, escalating to attorneys only on true edge cases.
- Design and own a centralized legal intake process, replacing todayâs scattered mix of personal email, Slack channels and DMs, and texts with a single, clear front door for legal requests.
- Triage incoming legal requests â route them appropriately and set expectations on turnaround.
- Enforce the intake process company-wide: when requests bypass it, redirect requesters back into the right workflow, including on Daveâs behalf.
- Manage the full signature pipeline â queue documents, send for e-signature, and track them to completion.
- Maintain and organize the contract repository so agreements are easy to find, track, and report on.
- Partner with attorneys and business teams to keep the legal function organized and responsive as request volume grows.
- Take on larger, higher-complexity projects as you build trust and track record in the role.
- 7+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal operations role.
- Experience independently managing NDAs from drafting through execution.
- Experience building, running, or significantly improving a legal intake or triage process.
- Working knowledge of e-signature tools, contract repositories, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment on when to escalate to attorneys.
- Comfortable enforcing process consistently while staying flexible as priorities and workflows shift.
- Paralegal certificate.
- 10+ years of experience in a legal operations or paralegal role.
- Experience standing up legal intake or operations processes from scratch.
- Experience supporting legal teams at a high-growth or fast-paced company.
- Experience preparing legal notes or executive briefs.
- Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
- Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- Unlimited PTO
- Parental leave
- Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Commuter benefits
- Monthly team on-sites where all offices come in-person to collaborate
We hire people who thrive in chaos and get sharper under pressure. You don't wait to be told what to do, you spot the gap and fill it. When there's work to be done, you do it. You make decisions with the information you have, move fast, and adjust along the way. We're not looking for perfect; we're looking for people who get things done.

AIOS is building the worldâs first full-stack AI doctor.
Weâre at $350M ARR, growing from $10M/yr 12 months ago. Weâre the worldâs fastest growing AI doctor.
Weâre faithfully serving >150k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. Weâre profitable.
Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses:
- The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history.
- The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders.
- Step 0 â $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market.
- Step 1 â $1B ARR by end of 2026: Over the last 12 months weâve grown from 3k to 150k UK active GLP-1 patients. Weâll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR.
- Step 2 â $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. Weâll be Europeâs largest GLP-1 provider.
- Step 3 â $100B/yr by end of 2031: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. Weâll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe.
- Step 4 â $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication.
Weâre a young, founder-led company. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.

Being the Head of Creative at Aios
We are building a world-class team.
As Head of Creative at Aios, your fundamental role is to own creative â setting the direction, quality bar, and ideation system that drives performance at $1M+/month Meta spend (+ fast-scaling Google spends).
You'll take our ad creative to best in category, closing the gap in emotional resonance and visual quality that currently caps our CAC efficiency.
You'll lead and develop our in-house creative team of five (and growing), anchoring everything in performance data and a distinctive creative point of view for our largest brand, Bolt Pharmacy in the UK.
You will then build the creative localisation playbook for Germany and the Netherlands as we blitzscale into Europe later this year. You'll extend the creative flywheel to TV and other social channels as those channels develop.
You'll achieve this by building an AI-driven repeatable creative system: brief to production to performance loop, 300+ distinct concepts per sprint, and a testing roadmap that keeps media buying ahead of saturation.
You'll be a key driver of all Brand asset refreshes, helping set the creative direction and making sure the new identity lands across every customer touchpoint.
Great performance in this role means creative is our sharpest growth lever and competitive advantage. The performance team has a constant pipeline of conceptually distinct, emotionally resonant creative to test. Our ads stop people in their feed, create a strong emotional connection, and improve the effectiveness of every incremental dollar we spend.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, and youâll work async in the timezone of your choice - as long as youâre around until midday Pacific Time for calls as needed.
You'll report directly to Dave Lane (Head of Performance).
You'll also work most closely with:
- André Andrade (Creative Lead)
- Michael McCann (Head of CRO)
- Our in-house Creative Team (Brazil-based)
- Creative Strategy: Set the creative direction for all creative, primarily Meta ($1M+/month), anchored in performance data. You are the taste-maker.
- Raise Creative Quality: Close the 8â10/10 gap in the UK. The gap is emotional resonance and visual quality. Create differentiated, non-formulaic ads that reduce our CAC. Set the bar and hold it across everything we put in market.
- EU Creative Expansion: Build the creative localisation playbook for Germany, the Netherlands, and other local markets. Create market-native work that reflects local psychology, platform behaviour, and cultural nuance.
- Own the Ideation Pipeline: Every brief must pass the distinctiveness test: would Meta's algorithm treat this as a genuinely new concept?
- Build the AI Creative System: Elevate the existing AI-assisted production stack, from brief to production to iteration, with tight feedback loops between creative output and performance data.
- Bolt Brand Visual Refresh: Lead the Bolt brand visual refresh, ensuring the new identity is consistent and lands across every customer touchpoint.
- Test & Scale: Lead high-velocity experiments across hooks, formats, angles, and messaging. Scale winners aggressively. Inform future channel creative, including CTV and linear TV, as those tests develop.
- Partner with Performance: Work hand-in-glove with Dave, our Head of Performance, and the growing media buying team. Connect creative output directly to CAC and ROAS. The goal is subscription-first creative at 300+ distinct concepts per sprint.
- Oversee TV Creative: Oversee the development of best-in-class DRTV and performance creative for our first forays into the channel.
- Lead the Creative Team: Manage and develop a small but high-impact team. Andre shifts towards production operations and AI workflows; you shift the team from execution to creative excellence.
- Performance creative at scale: 5+ years leading performance creative for DTC brands running £500k+/month in adspend on Meta. You have seen what works at scale, what breaks, and what separates a good creative account from a great one.
- Concept, brief, direct: You are a creative, not just a creative manager. You can generate concepts, write briefs that unlock the team, and give direction that raises the ceiling. You get in the weeds to lead your team.
- Emotional creative instinct: You know why some ads make people feel something and others do not. You can articulate emotional hooks, human truth, and brand voice, and direct a team toward it.
- Brand and visual quality: You have strong visual sensibility and aesthetic standards. You can elevate the quality of what the team produces without losing performance.
- Team leadership: You have managed creative teams at real scale and developed talent above where you found it. Junior creatives grow into senior creatives under you.
- Systems thinking: You build repeatable systems for ideation, briefing, and production. You do not rely on hero moments to hit volume.
- Data fluency: You read creative performance data fluently (Meta reporting, iteration mapping, hook rate, hold rate, CTR to CVR) and use it to inform decisions, not to justify them.
- AI creative tooling fluency: You have a demonstrated history of using AI to multiply creative output, not to replace craft. You know which AI tools work today, which do not, and where the frontier is moving.
- Structured operator behaviors: Forecasting output, weekly reporting cadence, explicit decision rules, written planning. You are not just a great creative. You are someone the team can rely on. Your work is legible.
- Startup intensity: 50+ hours a week, async, in a high-ownership culture. Outcomes over hours, but the outcomes here require real intensity.
- Agentic: You're a doer. Youâve been pulled into important problems, taken risks, excelled in new areas.
- Brand identity project experience: You have led or been the senior voice on a brand refresh, rebrand, or visual identity evolution.
- EU multi-market creative: Direct experience directing creative across multiple European markets, particularly Germany and/or Netherlands.
- Regulated category experience: Health, wellness, GLP-1, telehealth, or any category where ASA / CAP / GPhC compliance shapes the creative every day.
- Broadcast and long-form video: CTV, DR TV, Linear TV, or YouTube long-form video creative experience.
- Cross-channel paid social: Direct experience running creative on TikTok, YouTube shorts, Snap, or other paid social platforms beyond Meta.
- Landing page collaboration: You have worked closely with CRO or product teams on the ad-to-LP handoff and understand where creative ends and LP begins.
- Founder-adjacent mindset: You have founded something in the past (however small), or you plan to. You have taken risks, been pulled into important problems, and excelled in unfamiliar territory.
We aim to make this your lifeâs work. This should be the most challenging, most rewarding role of your life. Accordingly, these are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members:
- Belief in the mission: We will have served 100 million patients by the end of 2035 and we transform the life of most patients who join. We have a lot of work to do. We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission.
- Unwavering integrity: We are at the frontier, so we often live in ambiguity with no trodden path. When we canât look to others for guidance, we must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity.
- Only the paranoid survive: Bad sh*t is coming. By joining us, youâre choosing to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction. However much weâve already done, however far weâve already come â itâs still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.
- If weâre average we fail: We are only interested in âinsanely greatâ, a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We have a dedication to excellence and reject incompetence.
- Commitment to candor: That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you. We never say anything about someone that we wouldnât say to them directly. We give feedback with love and do not need to protect people from fleeting physical sensations.
- A maniacal sense of urgency: We execute at an intensity that most people think is impossible. Speed is critical and we need things done yesterday. We all work very hard and in such a competitive world there really is no other way to win.
- Enduring frugality: We are frugal. We hate being wasteful and we are anti-luxury. A culture of cheapness keeps us young. We spend our cash wisely & carefully â in a way that would make our grandmas proud.
- Bulldozing barriers: The world is malleable and we shape it. We truly believe this and act accordingly. We are relentlessly resourceful and are at the mercy of no-one but ourselves. Youâll be shocked how capable you are and how much you can achieve.
- Keep your head down: Weâre boring people doing exciting work. We donât chase short-term status â we ignore short-term dopamine hits and focus on what matters. Outsiders will underestimate us and we revel in that.
- The power of focus: We live in a world of power laws and we cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything. Know your One Thing, and nail it.
Compensation & Benefits
You get paid above market salary and you get early stage equity, so you get really rich if we nail this.
- Compensation: $150,000â$250,000/yr + 0.10%â0.30% equity
The stuff below is cool as well.
- Healthcare: comprehensive medical insurance (if appropriate)
- Vacation: PTO with a yearly minimum (2+ weeks + national holidays)
