Buscamos a una persona motivada, experta y con visión de largo plazo, que quiera sumarse al equipo tecnológico en un rol estratégico. Queremos que tomes un rol protagonista en la evolución de nuestra plataforma, aportando no solo código, sino ideas, criterio técnico y ganas de construir algo grande.
Serás el primer desarrollador del equipo (viene a reemplazar a una empresa externa que estaba realizando los desarrollos), lo que significa que tendrás un impacto directo y visible en cada decisión técnica que tomemos. Esto no es un rol de ejecución solamente: es un rol de arquitectura, criterio y construcción.
En lo concreto, trabajarás en:
Buscamos a alguien con experiencia comprobada y mentalidad de liderazgo técnico, que no solo sepa programar, sino que quiera ser protagonista del crecimiento de la plataforma.
Fullstack real. Tienes que sentirte igual de cómodo construyendo una API robusta en Node.js o Python que desarrollando una interfaz en React que sea clara y funcional.
Experiencia comprobable con IA generativa aplicada. Debes haber construido algo real con LLMs: entiende de alucinaciones, saber diseñar prompts y has trabajado con RAG. La IA es la propuesta de valor central, no un feature decorativo.
Usa IA para desarrollar. Somos un equipo pequeño con grandes desafíos. El uso de Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot u otras herramientas como parte natural del flujo de desarrollo es fundamental. No como experimento, sino como parte estructural del día a día.
AWS con criterio. Experiencia en los servicio principales de la infraestructura en la red.
Mentalidad de startup temprana. Tienes que estar abierto a los desafíos de una empresa en sus primeros pasos, con recursos limitados, requisitos que cambian, sin equipo grande. Si eso te paraliza, este no es tu lugar. Si te activa, bienvenido!

The Opportunity
Weâre looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. In this hybrid support and sales enablement role, youâll serve as an expert in Flockâs product offeringsâboth hardware and softwareâwhile acting as a critical bridge between prospective customers and our Sales team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Named Regional Account Executiveâ¯to join our high-performing team. 4. Product Knowledge & Cross-Selling
· Maintain deep knowledge in PCC platformâs capabilities, new product releases, and healthcare policy trends (e.g., CMS, state regulations) relevant to the assigned region.
· Tailor solution sets based on payer mix, staffing model, financial drivers, and organizational priorities across clients in the assigned territory.
· Leverage internal SMEs and curated customer stories, webinars, case studies and clinical outcomes data to support the value narrative and inspire trust.
5. Negotiation & Deal Structuring
· Structure complex deals creatively using tiered pricing, phased deployments, and value-based packagingâminimizing unnecessary discounting.
· Confidently navigate legal and procurement discussions, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Business Associate Agreements BAAs, to accelerate deal closure while protecting company interests. (Nice-to-have)

6. Communication & Influence
· Synthesize complex product and business information into compelling, client-relevant stories that speak to both clinical and financial audiences.
· Differentiate between hard vs. soft savings, articulating impact through the lens of client priorities and industry language.
· Guide internal debriefs with POD team members post-client meetings to refine messaging and identify gaps or follow-up actions.
7. Leadership & Collaboration
· Act as the primary account owner, orchestrating a cross-functional POD (including Solution Architects, CSMs, and Product SMEs) to deliver cohesive client value.
· Coordinate and contribute to Success Reviews, Success Plans, and Executive Briefings to ensure increased utilization and value realization across the client lifecycle.
· Support internal team enablement by sharing market insights, competitor feedback, and evolving client needs with sales leadership and marketing.
Maintain strong performance across core metrics, including monthly bookings, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), client expansion, and NPS.

Responsibilities

Requirements
· CPA license required; advanced credentials or certifications a plus

Role Summary:
Experienced QA professional responsible for leading test initiatives, improving test coverage, and contributing to automation strategies within the software development lifecycle.
\nCompensation Information: $140,000 - $160,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individualâs location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevineâs total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
