Our Marketing Team supports leading practices' growth through brand, website/SEO, paid media, and social media. Video is central to how our practices win attention and book consultations, and we are scaling our content output across a portfolio of practices.
We are hiring a full-time video editor to own short-form video production across our practice portfolio. You will take raw surgeon footage, before-and-after assets, and treatment b-roll and turn it into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts at real volume. You will use a modern, AI-assisted workflow to move fast without making the work look generic. This role is a fit for someone who is genuinely quick, treats AI tools as part of their daily process, and has an eye for what makes people stop scrolling.
While we are a remote-first company, we are currently only able to hire candidates located in the following U.S. states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, and WA. We hope to expand to additional states in the future.
What You Will Do
- Edit 10+ publish-ready short-form videos per week across multiple practice brands
- Build strong hooks, clean captions, sharp pacing, and sound design that hold attention and drive bookings
- Edit before-and-after content with care for tasteful framing, patient consent, and platform compliance, so the work performs and survives Meta and TikTok review
- Stay on-brand across distinct practice style systems, including fonts, color, and tone of voice
- Repurpose long-form footage such as consults, webinars, and podcasts into packs of short clips
- Use AI tools to compress turnaround time while keeping output original and high quality
- Collaborate async with our social, content, and design teams, taking a brief and revision notes without heavy oversight
- A short-form portfolio that proves your hooks, pacing, and captioning
- Genuine speed. You can speak to your weekly output, not just one hero video
- Daily, fluent use of AI video tools as part of a real workflow, not as a novelty
- Strong written and spoken English and the ability to overlap US working hours at times
- Self-direction. You work from a brief and a brand kit, flag issues early, and hit deadlines
- Experience editing aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness content
- A background editing for multiple brands or inside an agency, where staying on-style across accounts matters
- Motion graphics skills in After Effects for surgeon explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations
- Color grading skill, with attention to natural, flattering skin tones
- Strong instinct for current TikTok and Reels formats, trends, and audio
Send us:
- A link to your short-form reel or portfolio, with vertical 9 by 16 examples
- A short note on how many publish-ready short-form videos you typically ship in a week, working solo
- A few lines on your current tool stack, including AI tools, how you utilize each, and where each tool saves you time
- Whether you have edited aesthetics, medical, or beauty content, and if so, how you handled sensitive or before-and-after footage

At Ballpark, we're simplifying user research in a big way.
Since launching, we've grown from an ambitious startup into a platform trusted by teams at companies including Monzo, Vodafone, Sky, Shopify and Nord Security. As AI reshapes how software is built, we're seeing an increasing number of teams turn to Ballpark to validate ideas faster than ever before.
It's an exciting time to join. Product adoption is accelerating, our enterprise customer base continues to grow, and it couldn't be more important to spread awareness of what we're building and continue driving that growth.
The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Lead.
This is a role for someone who loves generating pipeline but also enjoys figuring out better ways to generate it.
You'll spend much of your time building relationships with prospective customers and creating opportunities for our Account Executives. But unlike a traditional BDR role, you'll also own the evolution of our outbound motion.
You'll experiment with AI-powered prospecting workflows, evaluate new tools, improve our messaging, optimise our processes and help define what modern outbound looks like at Ballpark.
You'll have a genuine opportunity to influence how we generate revenue as we continue to scale.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified pipeline through thoughtful outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone and any other channels that create meaningful conversations
- Own prospecting strategy across target accounts, personas and industries
- Design and continuously improve AI-assisted outbound workflows to help us scale intelligently
- Evaluate new sales and AI tooling that gives Ballpark a competitive advantage
- Refine messaging, sequences and outreach playbooks through constant experimentation
- Share learnings across the team and help build the outbound playbook for future hires
- Stay ahead of emerging AI and GTM trends, bringing new ideas back into the business
- Previous outbound SaaS business development experience
- A consistent track record of generating high-quality pipeline
- Someone who enjoys building systems and improving processes, not just following them
- Genuine curiosity around AI and excitement about applying new technology to sales
- Strong written communication and an ability to personalise outreach at scale
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Collaborative, humble and happy to share what's working with the wider team
Note: We love AI at Ballpark but find it's not the best for producing cover letters that make a good first impression. Try to avoid automating your cover letter.

About Liquid AI
Spun out of MIT CSAIL, we build general-purpose AI systems that run efficiently across deployment targets, from data center accelerators to on-device hardware, ensuring low latency, minimal memory usage, privacy, and reliability. We partner with enterprises across consumer electronics, automotive, life sciences, and financial services. We are scaling rapidly and need exceptional people to help us get there.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to apply frontier sequential recommendation architectures to real enterprise problems at scale. You will own applied ML work end-to-end for recommendation system workloads, adapting Liquid Foundation Models for customers who need personalization and ranking capabilities that run efficiently under production constraints.
Unlike most recommendation roles that are siloed into a single product surface, this role gives you full ownership over how large-scale recommendation models are adapted, evaluated, and deployed for enterprise customers. Between engagements, you will build reusable applied tooling and workflows that accelerate future delivery.
If you care about data quality at scale, user behavior modeling, and making recommendation systems actually work in enterprise production environments, this is the role.
What Weâre Looking For
We need someone who:
Takes ownership: Owns customer recommendation system engagements end-to-end, from requirements through delivery and evaluation.
Thinks at scale: Can reason about user interaction data, sequential modeling, feature engineering, and evaluation across large-scale production systems.
Is pragmatic: Optimizes for measurable customer outcomes (engagement, conversion, revenue lift) over theoretical novelty.
Communicates clearly: Can translate between customer business metrics and internal technical decisions, and push back when needed.
The Work
Act as the technical owner for enterprise customer engagements involving recommendation and ranking workloads
Translate customer requirements into concrete specifications for recommendation models
Design and execute data pipelines for user interaction data, feature engineering, and training data curation at scale
Fine-tune and adapt large-scale sequential recommendation models (e.g., HSTU-style architectures) for customer-specific use cases
Design task-specific evaluations for recommendation model performance (ranking quality, latency, throughput) and interpret results
Build reusable applied tooling and workflows that accelerate future customer engagements
Desired Experience
Must-have:
Hands-on experience building or fine-tuning recommendation models at scale (not just off-the-shelf collaborative filtering)
Experience with sequential recommendation architectures, user behavior modeling, or large-scale ranking systems
Strong intuition for data quality and evaluation design in recommendation contexts (offline metrics, A/B testing, business metric alignment)
Experience with large-scale data pipelines for user interaction data and feature engineering
Proficiency in Python and PyTorch with autonomous coding and debugging ability
Nice-to-have:
Experience with transformer-based recommendation architectures (HSTU, SASRec, BERT4Rec, or similar)
Experience delivering recommendation systems to external customers with measurable business outcomes
Familiarity with serving recommendation models under latency and throughput constraints
What Success Looks Like (Year One)
Independently owns and delivers enterprise recommendation system engagements with minimal oversight
Is trusted by customers as the technical owner, demonstrating strong judgment on the tradeoffs between model quality, latency, and business impact
Has built reusable applied workflows or tooling that accelerate future customer engagements
What We Offer
Real ML work: You will build and adapt large-scale recommendation models for enterprise customers, working with frontier architectures like HSTU under real production constraints.
Compensation: Competitive base salary with equity in a unicorn-stage company
Health: We pay 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and dependents
Financial: 401(k) matching up to 4% of base pay
Time Off: Unlimited PTO plus company-wide Refill Days throughout the year

We are in the middle of a real transformation. All 1,000 people are on AI tools. We are rebuilding how work gets done, not with a slide deck and a tips-for-prompting PDF, but with a full infrastructure: one platform, one skills library, one governance model, one feedback loop. Recognized by Notion as a Level 4 AI company. Ranked #2 independent media agency globally by Comvergence. Named by Adweek as one of the fastest-growing agencies multiple years running.
If you don't see a role that fits your exact skill set right now, register your interest here. We are always looking for builders.
Who You Are:
- You build things. You do not wait for permission, process, or a perfect brief to get started.
- You are AI-enabled. You use it to do more of the work that actually matters, not to avoid the work altogether.
- You understand the difference between talking about it and actually doing it, and you are relentless about automating the latter so you can spend more time on the former.
- You take real ownership. You care about the outcome, not just the output.
- You want to work somewhere that runs experiments the way scientists do, not the way agencies usually do.
- A company that is genuinely rebuilding how knowledge work gets done, and doing it at scale with 1,000 people, real clients, and real infrastructure
- Access to proprietary AI tools, a growing skills library, and a methodology that has been refined over a decade of logged experiments
- The chance to work on problems that matter: revenue, growth, measurement, and the media decisions that drive all three
- A culture built on Test and Earn, where your ideas get tested, not talked about

Someone downloads CoâStar every 5 seconds.
In the five years since we launched, 25% of young people 18-25 in the US have downloaded the app. Big Sean has rapped about us, Ariana Grande & Kevin Durant post screenshots to their IGs, and we've been App of the Day twice. We've been featured in the New York Times three times, this year on the cover of NYT Style. We have a global following, in 193 countries â missing just North Korea and Eritrea.
We don't pay for marketing â we designed the app to go viral, and it did.
Astrology has been popular for 4,000 years.
Astrology is a tool for speaking about yourself, about who you are, what you're experiencing, and how you relate to other people â in other words, a language for the things that really matter. It's a structured system, based on the physical locations of the planets in the sky, developed over millennia 4,000 years of practice.
Everyone has memories of reading a horoscope in the newspaper. You know your sign the same way you know the name of the street you grew up on. An average of 43% of Americans have believed in astrology since the 1970s.
We're merging the resonance of the humanities with the precision of technology.
Co-Star uses real-time NASA data and AI to bring this practice to the modern age. Every day, CoâStar generates millions of hyper-personalized horoscopes â a scale never previously possible. Every word of it is based on each person's unique astrology: where the stars physically were when they were born and where those same stars are now. CoâStar combines the art of ancient practice with cutting-edge artificial intelligence, creating the first synthetic text to be called "wildly beautiful."
We're a small, experienced team.
Co-Star is a team of 30, with experience in big tech (Amazon, Google, Snapchat), entertainment (Frank Ocean, Adult Swim), and academia (Harvard, Stanford, NYU, Columbia).
About The Brand Designer Role
We're looking for a talented visual designer to shape how Co-Star shows up outside of the app, in the broader world. We are looking for someone with a fresh, opinionated, and high-quality design foundation who can create work that feels distinct, not what's now but what's next.
You'll partner closely with the leadership on campaigns and visual storytelling across earned and owned channels. This is a freelance engagement with potential for a long-term partnership as the work (and team) grows.
What you'll do
- Design campaign visuals: ads, social, launches â from concept through finished assets
- Bring editorial design sensibility to our owned channels: email/welcome series, blog, campaign imagery
- Develop visual systems that are expressive rather than corporate
- Partner with marketing on what earned and owned should look and feel like
- Collaborate async with a small, fast-moving team
- You're a senior IC â roughly 5â8 years in â with a portfolio of expressive, culturally fluent graphic design: editorial, campaigns, identities across print and digital
- Typography and composition are your first language
- You can direct as well as execute: you've shaped campaigns, not just produced assets for them
- You're plugged into visual culture across art, fashion, publishing, music, and the internet
- You work well remotely and independently
- Editorial/publication experience (print or digital magazines)
- Motion or illustration
- You already make things with generative tools
- Freelance/contract, part-time to start, with room to grow
- Fully remote, anywhere. No travel required (though you're always welcome in NYC)
Send your portfolio. We care about taste, range, and point of view.

Mar 26 Sharing Our Engineering Ladder
Camille
I gave a talk last year at the NYC CTO summit on how and why to introduce structure into an engineering organization (slides available here). I am a fan of structure and the clarity that it can provide an organization, despite its potential downsides. I'm not going to talk about the WHY very much in this post, but I thought it was about time that I helped with the HOW.
Creating an engineering ladder (that is, the job descriptions and levels of an engineering organization) is a daunting task. If you do a half-hearted job, you're likely to cause more problems than you solve. The very first ladder I presented to my team was based on the ladder at Foursquare*. It was very simple, with one or two descriptive elements per "attribute" of engineering (technical skill, communication skill, etc), and by all accounts worked very well for their team. I hoped that this style of providing fewer details would result in people being less obsessed with the ladder, less likely to try to negotiate their level on "technicalities". Boy was I wrong. Almost immediately I had engineers debating me over whether they were at the right level, and there was a great deal of anxiety and confusion throughout the organization. I left room for generous interpretation, and it made it difficult for me to explain what I really wanted and expected.
In addition to the ladder causing problems inside of my team, we were having a hard time evaluating candidates during interviews and determining what level to hire them into. Particularly at the more senior levels, it wasn't clear what the criteria for success really looked like. So, together with my tech leads and engineering managers, we rewrote the ladder to be more specific. It has been very helpful both for the process of reviews and promotion committees as well as for the process of hiring.
I have since shared my ladder privately with several engineering managers around the country who were looking for inspiration, and today we're making it public for the benefit of all. I'm sharing this ladder not to suggest that it is the be-all end-all of engineering ladders, but to give you what I hope is a more thorough starting point than you might have seen elsewhere. After all, no one is really writing these ladders from scratch, whether we pull directly from other companies (as this one does at points), or indirectly from our past experience, so the more data points the merrier.
Without further ado, I present our engineering ladder, in both spreadsheet, and long-winded text, warts and all. Please feel free to clone this ladder and update it for use in your own organizations.
- A special thanks to Harry Heymann, Jason Liszka and Andrew Hogue, authors of the original Foursquare eng ladder!

CASA TRÃS · BARCELONA · FULL-TIME · ON-SITE
Casa Très is a cultural house, not an event supplier. Since 2018 we have designed, built and executed luxury events across Barcelona, Monaco and worldwide â 240+ productions in 11+ countries for brands including Red Bull, Maserati and Dom Pérignon. Official partner of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya F1 Weekend, staging for 300,000+ attendees.
The house is growing fast. Last year alone: 33 events, 11 countries. Growth at this pace is built on people â the team that specifies every element, and the crews that make the night run itself. We are opening our first People & Culture Manager role to build the structure that growth demands, without losing what makes this place a home.
Casa means home. That has always applied to our guests. Your job is to make sure it applies, permanently, to our team.
You will own people end to end at Casa Très â from the first conversation with a candidate to the way the team feels on the Monday after a build week. You report directly to the founders and work from our Barcelona office in Poble Nou.
- Own recruitment across production, creative and operations: brief, source, interview, close.
- Build the talent pipeline for a house that produces across 11+ countries â including the freelance crews, technicians and specialists our productions depend on.
- Design onboarding that gets new people from signed contract to confident on-site, quickly.
- Protect and shape the culture as the team grows: rituals, communication, the standard of hospitality we extend inward, not just outward.
- Own the employee experience through the realities of event production â intense build weeks, travel, seasonal peaks â and design recovery and balance into the calendar.
- Plan the internal moments: team gatherings, reviews of the season, the way wins are marked.
- Build a simple, honest performance framework: clear expectations, regular feedback, real conversations.
- Map growth paths so people can see their next role inside the house.
- Identify training needs across production, technical and client-facing teams, and organise the learning to meet them.
- Run the HR foundations: contracts, payroll coordination, holidays, absence, records.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish employment law, and coordinate with advisors on cross-border work in Monaco, France and beyond.
- Own the policies â written once, written clearly â and the tools and processes that keep people operations running without friction.
- [3â5+] years in HR, people operations or a generalist people role â ideally in events, hospitality, agency or another fast-moving, project-based environment.
- Working knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR administration.
- Fluent English and Spanish. French is a plus â Monaco is our second address.
- Comfortable being the first dedicated people person: building structure from scratch, hands-on, without a playbook.
- High discretion, warmth and judgement. You will handle the human side of a house built on hospitality.
- A first-of-its-kind role with direct line to the founders, and the mandate to build the people function of a growing international house.
- A seat in Poble Nou, Barcelona â and a front-row view of productions from the Monaco Grand Prix to the F1 Weekend at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
- Competitive package
Send a short note and your CV to piers@casatres.es â tell us one thing about how a team should feel, and why.
