You are a culturally plugged, TikTok-obsessed content creator and strategist who understands how to own TikTok content and TikTok Shop. You will drive Once Upon a Farmâs TikTok presence end-to-endâstrategy, creation, publishing, and performanceâwhile also developing and producing content for our co-founders. This role will have vendor resources, but must be able to execute content on their own as well. While this is a remote role, this candidate must be based out of Los Angeles, CA , NYC or San Francisco/Bay Area, CA.
The Task At Hand
This is a rare dual mandate: roughly half your time is building Once Upon a Farmâs TikTok into a high-converting Gen-Z and millennial destination, and the other half is working directly our founders to develop their own content. You will report to the Senior Manager of Social and collaborate closely with the broader Marketing and Creative teams.
Responsibilities
TikTok Strategy & Growth
- Own our TikTok channel as the driver of primarily Gen-Z audience growth, with a secondary focus on Millennial parents, health enthusiasts, and athletes, to help Once Upon a Farm find niche markets to expand reach, brand awareness, and TikTok Shop revenue
- Develop and execute a platform-native content strategy built around Once Upon a Farmâs product lineup, brand mission, and cultural relevance to young parents and Gen-Z consumers
- Build and manage Once Upon a Farmâs TikTok Shop presence along with the E-Commerce team, driving traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase through shoppable content, live formats, and product integrations
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator culture to ensure our brand is consistently early, authentic, and on-platform
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Social Media on cross-platform content strategy, ensuring TikTok content complements and amplifies Once Upon a Farmâs Instagram and YouTube presence
- Work proactively within your budget to find and develop agencies and influencers who can create additional TikTok Content for the brand.
- Personally concept, shoot, edit, and publish much of Once Upon a Farmâs TikTok contentâyou are the creator, not just the director
- Develop recurring formats and series that build audience loyalty and drive saves, shares, and follows
- Create content spanning product storytelling, childhood nutrition education, brand values, and culturally relevant momentsâall tailored for a TikTok-first audience
- Capture real-time content at brand events, activations, and shoots with prepared concepts and shot lists, and direct on-site photographers and videographers to do the same with your art direction.
- Brief and collaborate with the Partnerships & Influencer team to activate creators who extend OFarmâs TikTok reach and authenticity.
- Own vendor selection, outreach, payment and execution for the TikTok platform including agencies, CGI creators and videographers.
- Work directly with our founders to produce content, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Work with Once Upon a Farm Brand team to proactively identify relevant brand moments in a timely manner, allowing you time to capture, execute and edit the content with founders ahead of launch.
- Translate foundersâ authentic personality, passions, and voice into platform-native content that resonates with their audiences, while reinforcing their roles as our founders.
- Concept, produce, and edit content for Once Upon a Farm specific founder appearancesâincluding product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling momentsâthat works in concert with their personal channelâs content
- Develop repeatable formats for founders that are engaging, sustainable, and distinctly theirs
- Coordinate shoot logistics, prep shot lists and talking points, and ensure content is captured efficiently during Jenâs available windows
- Track and report on TikTok KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, video views, TikTok Shop GMV, and conversion metrics
- Translate performance data into actionable content decisionsâdouble down on what works, kill what doesnât
- Partner with the E-commerce team to align TikTok content with promotional calendars and TikTok Shop campaigns
- Present TikTok and Founder content performance to stakeholders in quarterly business reviews
- 4+ years of social media or content experience, with a significant portion focused on TikTok content creation and strategy
- Demonstrated ability to grow a TikTok account and drive measurable business outcomesâincluding TikTok Shopâthrough original content
- Deep, native understanding of TikTokâs algorithm, trends, and creator ecosystem; you consume the platform daily and can spot an emerging format before it peaks
- Proven experience creating content for or alongside a public figure, founder, or talentâcomfortable navigating the balance between authentic personal voice and brand alignment
- Hands-on creator skills: you can concept, shoot (ideally on mobile), and edit (CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent) a high-performing TikTok video yourself
- Experience in CPG, beauty, food, lifestyle, or wellness brands strongly preferred
- Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to adapt voice across Onec Upon a Farmâs brand and foundersâ personal tone
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and talent; professional, organized, and discreet
- Highly self-directedâyou manage your own production schedule, publishing calendar, and performance reporting without hand-holding
- Must provide a portfolio that includes TikTok content you personally created and can speak to the strategy and outcome behind
- Must demonstrate measurable TikTok results: follower growth, viral content, Shop-driven revenue, or equivalent
- Must be comfortable on-screen and directing talent in a low-fuss, high-output production environment
- Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and People & Culture preferred
- This role must be based out of Los Angeles, CA , NYC or San Francisco

Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions.

- Diversity â We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights â one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all.
- Adventure â We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity.
- Relentless â Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other.
- Transparency â Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate.
- Excellence â We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard.

ð¼ Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.

About the LSPA: The LSP Association (LSPA) is a non-profit association for Massachusetts Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs) and other related environmental practitioners who work on behalf of property owners, operators, and other involved parties to assess and cleanup oil and hazardous materials (OHM) released to the environment. The LSPA's mission is to support our membership in achieving and maintaining a high standard of practice in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites in Massachusetts and New England. The LSPA provides technical and educational resources to our membership in the form of programming, networking events, committees, and resources. This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the association's educational programs and networking events, administering the sponsorship program, and providing customer service support. Success in this position means delivering high-quality member experiences, maintaining strong relationships with volunteers and sponsors, and ensuring the smooth administration of our continuing education program.

- Educational Programs: Coordinate, plan, and manage programs and speakers for all LSPA courses, membership meetings, emerging professional events, the Annual Fall Party, and the Environmental Symposium. The LSPA hosts one to three events per month with 25-250 people in attendance. Approximately 65% of programming is hosted virtually. Content creation is performed in conjunction with input from the Executive Director, Committee Chairs, Education Committee, and Board of Directors.
- Event Logistics: For in-person events, source event venues and help facilitate contracts; plan food and beverage, room set-up, and audiovisual needs; reconcile venue bills; and serve as the point of contact on-site. For virtual programs, setup and run the virtual meeting platform, monitor attendance and engagement, create moderator scripts and slides, and train speakers on how to use the virtual platform.
- Continuing Education (CE) Administration: Compile CE materials for all educational courses and meetings; submit materials for credit approval with the LSP Board of Registration, the Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) Board, and other Boards/entities; maintain CE records related to attendance, engagement, and evaluation; issue certificates of attendance to attendees; and attend monthly virtual LSP Board of Registration meetings.
- Sponsorship: Help administer the corporate and event sponsorship program, including updating the sponsorship prospectus, facilitating invoices/payments, maintaining contact lists, conducting outreach, and working with sponsors to access their sponsorship benefits.
- Member Service and Organizational Support: Help monitor and respond to inquiries received through the organization email inbox; provide customer service to members, sponsors, speakers, and event attendees; attend Board meetings, leadership meetings, and committee meetings as requested; and support association operations and special projects as needed.
Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in program/event planning, project management, or another related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Experience working for a nonprofit organization, professional association, or membership-based organization.
- Experience with the environmental sciences industry.
- Familiarity with sponsorship development or relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree with relevant experience, or significant relevant professional experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the position successfully.

We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to lead recruiting across Blackthorn while also supporting core people operations work. You'll own the full-cycle hiring process for open roles company-wide â from intake through offer â while partnering with the VP of People Operations on onboarding, HR systems, and day-to-day operational support. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys both the relationship-driven work of recruiting and the precision of operational execution.
What youâll do

- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across the company, from intake calls with hiring managers through offer negotiation.
- Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS, partnering closely with hiring managers on role requirements and timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) and report regularly to leadership.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions on policies and programs.
- Help maintain compliance with employment law across the states (and potentially countries) where Blackthorn has employees.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting and HR operational workflows.
- Partner with the VP of People Operations on building scalable people processes as the company grows.
- 3â5+ years of experience in recruiting, with some HR or people operations exposure.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Comfortable working with HRIS and ATS tools.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communicator who can build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, distributed team.
- Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem company.
- Familiarity with PEOs or multi-state employment compliance.
- An incredible team of smart and supportive people
- A deep feeling of satisfaction and completion
- Fully remote global team working from home
- Stock options for every employee
- Flexible work week
- $400 office stipend
- Maternity/Paternity leave
- Student loan debt assistance
- Pledge 1% - time off during the year for helping nonprofits
- Health insurance contribution (if in the US)
- Children's 529 college fund assistance (if in the US)
Blackthorn turns any organization's Salesforce® CRM into event planning software powered by their connected data. We're a growing, distributed team with teammates across the globe, and we build Salesforce-native tools that help teams create events, engage attendees, process payments, and measure success â all without leaving their CRM. Our customers range from tiny nonprofits to global corporations, and our products are known for going live in hours, not weeks. We believe the best enterprise software should feel as intuitive as the apps you use every day.
Why our work matters
Most event management tools force teams to juggle disconnected systems, wrestle with flimsy integrations, and spend more time syncing data than planning events. We're building the alternative: a connected platform inside Salesforce that gives organizations richer analytics to prove event ROI, better attendee experiences through personalization and automation, and the flexibility to fit any workflow. Every feature we ship helps our customers spend less time on logistics and more time on the events themselves.
What the job will bring you
A deep level of satisfaction through ownership of your role. You'll get more autonomy than at other companies (our team has told us). Connection. Our team is tightly knit, assisted through occasional team meetups (as we're remote). Challenge. We're trying to move as quickly as possible. This is not for you if you want to sit back and chill. As Ray Dalio says about life, "Meaningful work and meaningful relationships" provide meaning to life. We aim to bring this.
While we are a remote-first culture, we are currently only able to accept applicants in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, and WI
