1. This is a software engineering role. We are looking for applicants with minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, with a particular background in TypeScript. While we are building software on top of LLMs, this is not a machine learning role.

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Applied AI) to join one of several exciting product initiatives currently in progress that leverage the latest in AI, particularly using Large Language Models (LLMs). One example project is extending our AI CoPilot product (currently only available in Heap) to more surfaces, allowing users without expertise in product or digital experience analytics to answer their questions simply by asking them.

The Executive Assistant is a vital member of the Zirtual team and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. POSITION SUMMARY
We are building and scaling a high-performance consumer lending platform and are looking for a Fraud Risk Analyst to help protect the business from identity fraud, first-party fraud, and credit abuse.
This role sits at the intersection of fraud, credit, and analytics, and will directly impact early loss performance and portfolio quality.
You will be responsible for identifying fraud patterns, building detection strategies, and implementing controls that prevent bad actors from entering the portfolio.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and biased toward action, not just case review.
You will work closely with Credit, Product, Operations and Engineering to ensure fraud risk is properly identified and separated from credit risk in decisioning.
This role is Addison, TX-based with a 4-day in-office requirement.
WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING
- Analyze application and early performance data to identify fraud patterns, including synthetic identity, first-party fraud, and credit abuse.
- Develop and implement fraud detection strategies, including rules, thresholds, and decisioning logic.
- Monitor early performance (e.g., FPD, zero-pay accounts) to identify potential fraud-driven losses.
- Distinguish fraud risk vs credit risk, improving approval quality and reducing early loss.

WHAT YOUâLL BRING
Required

The Civil Service Commission Secretary and Chief Examiner performs all responsible supervisory and professional functions necessary for the administration and direction of the City Civil Service Commission in accordance with the Civil Service Rules and Regulations and provisions of state law relating to civil service. Minimum Qualifications
- AA or BA in business, psychology, social sciences, paralegal, human resources, or a related field, or three years of relevant experience.
- The secretary and chief examiner shall be a properly qualified citizen of the city.
- Evaluates and/or supervises the evaluation of applicants meeting the minimum qualifications; determines which examinations will be conducted, the subjects to be covered in each examination, and the relative weights to be given to each portion of the examination, subject to approval of the Commission.
- Supervises the conduct of all examination(s), appointing such experts, special examiners, or proctors as needed.
- In coordination with the appropriate Police or Fire Chief, decides all questions relating to the eligibility of applicants, the admissibility of applicants to the examinations, extension of time, and all questions arising during an examination.
- Recommends certification of successful candidates to the appropriate eligibility list, subject to approval of the Commission.
- Performs all other functions necessary for the proper carrying out of these rules and provisions of law relating to the Civil Service System, and such additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Commission.
- Attends all Commission meetings and records the votes taken, causes the minutes to be prepared and presented, refers proposed minimum qualifications and other examination related matters to the Commission for consideration and approval.

- Oversee and enhance regulatory filing and reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in line with statutory obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and technology to embed AI solutions into existing tax workflows.
- Monitor evolving tax regulations and assess their impact on automated systems and organizational compliance strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI-driven tax models, ensuring transparency, auditability, and alignment with governance standards.
- Support audits by providing AI-backed insights, reconciliations, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI models for tax applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Data Science, or a related field; CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2â8 years of experience in tax roles with exposure to tax provision, planning, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of sales tax, payroll tax, and multi-jurisdictional tax frameworks, including indirect tax systems such as GST/VAT.
- Experience with regulatory filings and reporting standards, including corporate tax returns, statutory disclosures, and compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Python, SQL, data analytics platforms) and their application in financial or tax domains.
- Ability to translate complex tax rules into automated logic or AI-driven workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with tax technology platforms or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Exposure to automation tools such as RPA or AI-based compliance solutions.
- Knowledge of global tax regulations and cross-border compliance requirements.

We have nothing against image generation, but AI shouldn't be used to cover up a lack of fundamental skills (light, color, form, composition). We need people whose manual drawing skills and foundational knowledge surpass what generation can output.
Hereâs How Youâll Make an Impact:
- Symbols: Draw consistent sets with an obvious visual hierarchy. Your art must be flawlessly readable on any mobile screen
- Backgrounds: Create deep atmospheres while smartly managing the player's focus. The background should set the mood but technically guide the eye to the main elements (the reels)
- Characters: Create charismatic heroes with a twist. Properly prepare assets for animation, conceptualizing and drawing clearly readable stages and visual upgrades
- UI, Pop-ups & Features: Design cool and intuitive in-game UI. Create interface elements that evoke emotion but remain crystal clear and highly functional (smart work with typography, text, banners, and composition)
- Strong Fundamentals. Excellent understanding of design, color, light, volume, perspective, and spatial thinking
- Experience in Slots is a must. You understand the specifics of the iGaming genre, technical requirements, and know what functional slot art should look like
- Independence. We work without micromanagement. We expect you to drive your own tasks, work within given timeframes, avoid drowning in perfectionism for its own sake, and proactively resolve blockers
- English. Confident spoken level for comfortable communication and teamwork
- Character/background concept draft creation and variation expansion using Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Nano Banana etc
- Reduce production time and build an efficient AI art pipeline by porting AI tools to existing art
- Post-fixing and high-resolution upscaling of AI productsIdentify the latest generative AI trends and provide guidance on using AI tools
- People who have a high level of understanding of modeling, color, and composition before using AI tools
- A person with excellent sophisticated prompt design and parameter control capabilities to produce the intended results
- Commercial & Personal Work: Show us what you've done for business, but also show us your studies and sketches. We want to see how you think and develop, and that you draw not just for work, but for yourself
