video editor social media ads marketing

About Ecommerce Media

Ecommerce Media is the creative-first performance partner built exclusively for Ecommerce Equation brands who are ready to scale. We don't just run ads or make content, we partner with ecommerce brands to drive real business growth. We tie paid media directly to what matters: real-time data, meaningful metrics, and above all, profitability.

Thanks to our partnership with The Ecommerce Equation (Australia's #1 ecommerce coaching community), we operate inside the most forward-thinking ecosystem in the country. That means our clients - and our team - get a front-row seat to the innovation shaping the future of ecommerce.

The Opportunity

Ecommerce Media is growing, and great creative is at the centre of that growth. We're hiring a Performance Social Content Editor to join our creative team and own the production side of performance ad content. This includes editing videos that stop the scroll and drive results for some of Australia's most exciting ecommerce brands. If you know your way around an edit suite and understand why one cut outperforms another, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Edit high-performing video ads for Meta and TikTok, with a heavy focus on short-form, platform-native content
  • Produce a mix of creative formats; UGC ads, statics, GIFs, motion graphics, and other assets, using existing footage and supplied materials
  • Work closely with creative strategists to bring briefs to life, and push back when you see a better way
  • Analyse high-performing creative across Meta and TikTok to stay ahead of what's working, and apply those insights to your own output
  • Integrate AI tools and workflows into your process to improve efficiency and creative output
  • Manage multiple projects across a variety of ecommerce brands simultaneously, hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality

What We're Looking For

Experience & skills:

  • Experience creating social media and/or paid ad content, ideally within an agency or ecommerce environment
  • Strong video editing skills for short-form, platform-native content, particularly Meta ads
  • Competent across a range of formats including motion graphics and basic graphic design, not just video
  • Deeply immersed in social platforms: you follow trends, study what brands are doing creatively, and actually think about why things perform
  • Experience using CapCut or equivalent + Premiere Pro for video editing
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva for graphic editing

Character & approach:

  • Genuinely curious about paid social performance, you want to understand the data behind the creative, not just deliver the file
  • Enthusiastic about using AI tools to work smarter and produce more
  • Comfortable switching between briefs, brands, and formats in a fast-moving environment

Why Join Ecommerce Media

  • Work remotely with a high-calibre team that takes creative seriously
  • Direct exposure to fast-scaling ecommerce brands - your edits have real commercial impact
  • Access to The Ecommerce Equation ecosystem, Australia's #1 ecommerce community
  • Real ownership of your output, not a cog in a big agency machine
  • A team that invests in your growth, not just your output

Sound like you?

Send your CV and a portfolio (or a few examples of ads you've edited) to creative@ecommercemedia.com.au or apply via Linked In with your portfolio attached.

Front Desk Guest Experience Associate

Job Title: Remote Front Desk / Guest Experience Associate (Open to Fresh Grads)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Guest Services

The Opportunity: Bring Your 5-Star Service Home

Whether you are a highly motivated fresh graduate, an experienced customer service professional, or a healthcare worker looking to transition into a stable, long-term remote career, we want to hear from you.

TruPorch Homes (PillowPM) manages premium short-term rental properties that offer the comfort of a home with the service of a boutique hotel. We are not a generic call center, and we do not use robotic scripts. We are looking for true professionals who have a natural "Service DNA"—whether you learned that in a 5-star hotel, or through an impeccable bedside manner treating patients with utmost care and understanding. We are looking for people who naturally know how to make others feel welcomed, heard, and cared for.

What You Will Do

You will be the voice and face of our brand. You will handle the guest journey from inquiry to checkout, acting as a "Digital Concierge."

  • Guest Communication: Handle inbound calls (via VoIP) and messages (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) with warmth, excellent grammar, and professional etiquette.
  • Problem Solving: Swiftly resolve guest issues (e.g., smart lock trouble, Wi-Fi issues, heating/cooling) by troubleshooting or dispatching our ground team.
  • Coordination: Act as the central hub between guests and our cleaners/maintenance staff to ensure properties are perfect for every arrival.
  • Revenue & Reviews: Assist with reservation modifications and follow up with guests to secure 5-star reviews.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Diverse Experience Levels: You are a fresh graduate OR you have 1 to 5 years of work experience in Guest Services, Front Desk, BPO customer service, high-end dining, OR the Healthcare/Medical field.
  • Communication Mastery: You possess a neutral English accent for phone calls and near-native written English for messaging. You know how to de-escalate upset guests (or patients) with empathy, not scripts.
  • Highly Trainable & Tech-Savvy: You are a quick learner who can navigate multiple browser tabs, pick up new software (PMS, Slack, Airtable) easily, and type fast.
  • Reliability: You are disciplined, proactive, and responsible enough to work from home effectively without micromanagement.

Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Internet: Reliable Fiber connection (Minimum 25 Mbps download/upload) with a backup connection plan.
  • Hardware: A working PC/Laptop capable of handling VoIP calls and a noise-canceling headset.
  • Environment: A dedicated, quiet home office space. (No roosters, barking dogs, or background noise during shifts).

Schedule

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST).
  • Days Off: 2 days off per week.
  • Rotating Schedule: Because hospitality never sleeps, your two days off may fall on either weekdays or weekends depending on the shifting schedule. You must also be willing to work on holidays.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote: Work from the safety and comfort of your home.
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year to rest and recharge. Can potentially increase per year.
  • Stable Career & Growth: We are looking for long-term team members to grow with us, not temporary freelancers. You will also have the potential for annual salary increases based on your performance.
  • Comprehensive Training: Whether you are a new grad, a former nurse, or a hotel veteran, we will teach you the ins and outs of the US short-term rental market.
  • Supportive Team: We treat our remote team with the exact same respect, care, and inclusivity as our local team.

  • Experience working with short drama or creating AI content for TikTok / YouTube

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
  • Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
  • Hire - if you both align, we'll invite you to join our team on a test trial period.

FIXED SERVICE FEE

Up to 2000 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).

Perks & Benefits

  • Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Hubstaff ensures transparency and fairness.
  • Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
  • A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
  • Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.

Growth Strategist
  • Lyric
  • Remote
marketing design embedded technical

About the Company

Why We Built Lyric: Supply chains are more critical and complex than ever. Every day, large enterprises navigate trillions of possible decisions that could impact the bottom line. Powerful algorithms and AI can address these problems, yet most organizations struggle to leverage supply chain AI at scale. The current SCM technologies are either rigid, limited-scope point solutions or custom solutions built in-house, which demand immense expertise and investment.

That is…until now.

Enter Lyric: Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering the best of both worlds:

  • Out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, promising orders, propagating demand, building predictions, analyzing scenarios, and more, plus

  • A platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability, leveraging no-code tools, their own code, or even forking our code to build and refine supply chain decision intelligence

With Lyric, enterprises no longer have to choose between flexibility and speed, they get both.

The Mission: We’re building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. With over 20 years at the intersection of supply chain and algorithms, we developed a deep conviction that global supply chains needed something like Lyric. Since our inception in December 2021, that conviction has been validated time and time again.

Today, a growing number of Fortune 500 companies, including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, and more, are innovating on their own terms with Lyric. We can’t wait to see what our customers, both current and future, are empowered to build with us next. Come build with us!

About the Role

We’re hiring Growth Strategists: high-agency, client-facing professionals who will be the tip of the spear for Lyric’s go-to-market approach. This is not a traditional business development role. You’ll be embedded with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams, opening new accounts while building real expertise in the enterprise GTM motion.

This role is designed for driven early-career professionals or post-MBA candidates looking to break into a high-growth startup. You don’t need enterprise AI or supply chain experience, just the curiosity and work ethic to learn it fast.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, research, and develop new account opportunities across target verticals

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)

  • Shadow senior AEs and GTM leaders on client meetings and demos to build domain fluency and selling skills

  • Help prepare demo environments, RFP responses, and opportunity materials for active deals

  • Join opportunity teams to support key pursuit strategy and client engagement

  • Contribute to broader GTM activities: market research, competitive intelligence, event support, and content collaboration

  • Develop a point of view on target accounts and industries that sharpens the team’s overall strategy

Who You Are

  • Early career (2+ years of professional experience) or post-MBA candidate looking to pivot into enterprise AI technology

  • Exceptional communicator; polished, articulate, and comfortable in client-facing settings

  • High agency: you take ownership, follow through, and don’t wait to be told what to do

  • Intellectually curious with a hunger to learn about supply chain, technology, and enterprise sales

  • Strong researcher; you can quickly synthesize complex information and present it clearly

  • Resourceful with tools and technology. You're the kind of person who finds the right shortcut or AI-powered workflow to 10x your output before anyone asks you to

  • Collaborative and team-oriented; comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Why This Role

  • Career path into AE, pre-sales, solution design, revenue operations, or other GTM roles

  • Direct mentorship from experienced Revenue leadership, VPs of Sales, and AEs. You’ll learn by doing alongside the best

  • You'll be helping define a new category, enterprise AI for supply chain, at a company where the playbook is still being written but the customer base already includes some of the largest, most complex enterprises in the world.

  • Join at a pivotal stage where your contributions are visible, and your growth trajectory is steep

Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we recommend applying to the role!

Location: Remote - Spain, Italy, Portugal. Some travel required.

Compensation: We provide a competitive mix of salary, commissions, local benefits, and equity, designed to reward both your impact and growth.

Customer Operations & Writing Specialist
  • Clerky, Inc.
  • 🌎 Remote - Remoto 🌎
Full Time Writing Quality Assurance SaaS

Here at Clerky, we build software to make legal paperwork easier for startups and their attorneys. We're profitable and growing sustainably. We're the most popular way for high-growth technology startups to form, and are also used by many top-tier startups for hiring and fundraising.

As a Customer Operations & Writing Specialist at Clerky, you will be the voice of the company to thousands of startup founders, investors, and attorneys. These customers use Clerky to get critical legal paperwork done, often on a tight timeline. Our success is based on word-of-mouth, so we have a strong culture of providing world-class service (ask us about our satisfaction ratings!). We are rabidly customer-centric.

What Makes Customer Operations Different at Clerky

It’s a lot harder here. Helping our customers can be unusually challenging due to the nuanced and specialized nature of their questions. Doing the job well can require a lot of iterative feedback, so we're looking for someone who thinks critically about their writing and is always looking for ways to improve. Along the way, you'll also pick up a lot of knowledge about startups and startup law.

The challenges never stop. The level of learning and craftsmanship that goes into writing responses to our customers requires intense focus. If you’re looking for the kind of position where you can easily master all the information at the beginning and work in a way that does not require intense focus, this position will probably not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you love learning and constantly challenging yourself, this position could be a good fit for you.

There are often no right answers. We’re often not able to provide definitive answers to the questions we receive. In many cases, the best we can do is to equip our customers with the information they need to be able to figure out the right answer on their own, or to understand that it isn’t possible to figure out what the right answer is. If you prefer an environment more oriented around providing definitive answers, this position may not be a good fit for you.

Minimum Requirements
  • Genuine love for helping people

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Logical / analytical thinker

  • Exceptional written English communication skills, including the ability to write precisely and succinctly

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Comfort with working remotely and independently

  • Technologically savvy - you should be confident in your ability to use new software without training

  • Appreciation for giving and receiving feedback often (often several times a day)

  • Natural internal motivation to constantly strive for excellence in everything you do

How We Work
  • Clerky has been remote-first for many years, long before COVID. We’re very familiar with working remotely, and enjoy it.

  • Our team is small, so everyone's contributions matter. We work efficiently, autonomously, and with great respect for each other.

  • We work openly and collaboratively. We’re here to support you in being successful in this role. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure our customers are getting the best possible support and experience.

  • Everyone on our team works hard, and we trust team members to know what will help them be most productive. Schedules are flexible as long as there is adequate team coverage.

  • We want to help you grow, so we have a budget for books, courses, tools, or whatever other educational resources you need to be successful.

  • We offer top-of-market compensation and benefits and the opportunity to learn a lot while helping our customers through an exciting time in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Writing thoughtful and empathetic replies to customer emails using our help desk software, Help Scout

  • Writing and maintaining help center articles, and identifying topics for new articles based on customer inquiries

  • Working with our engineering team to debug software issues our customers encounter

  • Using our software to develop and manage new ways for our customers to complete legal paperwork

  • Assisting product team by testing new features and bug fixes, and conveying customer feedback

  • Spotting trends in customer issues that other team members should be alerted to

This is a 100% remote position. You'll be able to work from home (or from anywhere else). We offer top-of-market compensation and benefits, reasonable hours, and reasonable customers. No legal experience or background is necessary or preferred.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Project Management Coordinator
  • Arabian Private Holdings
  • دبي, دبي دبي الإمارات العربية المتحدة
virtual assistant coordinator customer support marketing
About the role
The Project Management Coordinator role is essential for maintaining the structure and rhythm of our high level advisory work. In this position, you will support our principals as we assist a major regional logistics and transportation group through a complex transition of their operating model. You will provide the organizational support needed to ensure that our strategic recommendations are tracked, documented, and moved toward a final decision.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant family groups and government entities. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis over traditional office overhead.

What you will do
  • Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure that all mandate milestones are met on time.
  • Support our principals in gathering research and data related to the logistics sector to help form a clear view on client challenges.
  • Draft concise internal updates and reports regarding the progress of specific portfolio projects.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure all data is accurate and accessible to the team.
  • Monitor project risks or delays and communicate them clearly to the responsible partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of governance documents and strategy materials for board level presentations.
  • Track communication between our firm and client representatives to maintain a clear record of decisions made.
  • Support the refinement of client operating models by documenting current processes and proposed changes.

What we are looking for
  • A logical mindset and the ability to organize complex information into clear, actionable steps.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on precision and the ability to communicate ideas without using corporate jargon.
  • A high level of attention to detail when reviewing documents and project schedules.
  • Curiosity about how large holding companies and regional logistics firms function at a governance level.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Basic familiarity with digital tools for project tracking or a strong willingness to learn our specific methods.

How we work
We operate as a fully remote firm, which allows us to focus on the clarity of our thinking rather than the logistics of an office. This model requires a high degree of professional maturity and trust. We value intellectual honesty and direct communication, where the quality of an idea is more important than the title of the person who suggests it. As an entry level member of the team, you will receive direct mentoring from our principals, gaining exposure to how significant corporate decisions are made and executed. We prioritize high impact work on a small number of mandates, ensuring that our team can remain focused on results rather than simple activity.

What the role offers
  • Direct involvement in high level strategy mandates for a major regional logistics and infrastructure client.
  • Competitive pay that is attractive for the market and reflective of the importance of this role.
  • A permanent, fully remote position that offers professional autonomy and flexibility.
  • Mentorship from experienced principals who are leaders in the fields of governance and corporate strategy.
  • A professional environment that values sober analysis and clear communication over corporate theater.

Full Time Paid Ads Automation Generative AI

AI at Zapier

At Zapier, we build and use automation every day to make work more efficient, creative, and human. So if you’re using AI tools while applying here - that’s great! We just ask that you use them responsibly and transparently.

Check out our guidance on How to Collaborate with AI During Zapier’s Hiring Process, including how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others during our hiring process - and when not to.

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone who can do two things at once: build our enterprise account-based marketing strategy from the ground up, and bring real discipline and pace to how we run paid media. Today our ABM motion is early, so there's a lot of white space to architect. At the same time, our paid programs need a leader who sets a high bar for testing speed and output quality, for both our PLG and SLG goals. If you're someone who builds with AI as the default way of working and want to own both the strategic architecture and the operational execution, I'd love to talk.

Zapier is looking for a Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing to lead our enterprise account-based marketing strategy and manage our paid advertising programs across both self-serve and enterprise motions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success, building personalized, AI-powered programs to engage and convert our largest target accounts, while also owning the paid media budget, agency relationships, and testing cadence that drive our broader pipeline. This person will manage a small team, along with our contractor and agency partners, with the potential to take on additional teams as we scale. You'll use AI and automation daily: accelerating experimentation and using data signals to make decisions at speed.

About You

  • You have 6+ years of experience in ABM, enterprise demand-generation marketing, performance marketing, or an equivalent field.

  • You're comfortable working with Sales, RevOps, Demand Gen, and creative/agency partners to align on target-account lists and engagement plans.

  • You've executed multi-touch ABM campaigns (email, ads, events, personalized outreach, direct mail, etc.) and you're driven by measurable outcomes.

  • You understand account-level metrics (engagement, pipeline, conversion) and iterate campaigns based on data.

  • You have hands-on experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets and agency relationships across both self-serve and enterprise motions (paid search, paid social, etc.).

  • You have an AI-forward mindset. You actively use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI-powered analytics) to increase speed, quality, and leverage in your work, and can point to specific systems you've built, not just tools you've tried.

  • You have direct people management experience, including managing individual contributors and external agency or contractor relationships, and you're energized by growing a small team into a larger one over time.

  • You thrive in a remote, autonomous environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Things You'll Do

  • Define and own the ABM strategy for enterprise targets: account segmentation, journey mapping, campaign plans, and paid ads strategy.

  • Design and lead the team structure and operating model for ABM and paid, including how the sub-teams, contractors, and agencies work together, and evolve it as the org grows.

  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on account selection, goals, and engagement cadences.

  • Set the strategy and success metrics for ABM and paid, then enable the team to make the day-to-day campaign, budget, and channel decisions to hit them.

  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Demand Gen leadership to co-define the enterprise pipeline strategy

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales leadership and reps to ensure account selection and engagement plans stay tightly aligned to pipeline goals.

  • Own and optimize paid media agency relationships, setting goals, managing output quality, and ensuring agency execution aligns with pipeline objectives.

  • Create tailored messaging, creative, targeting, and campaign structure in collaboration with in-house and agency partners.

  • Measure, report, and optimize account-level performance (pipeline, opportunity creation, revenue influenced, ACV, and pipeline velocity).

  • Build AI-powered workflows and processes that support fast, iterative campaign testing, optimization, and scale.

  • Scale repeatable ABM processes and share best practices across the marketing organization.

Application Deadline:

The anticipated application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later, or if the position is filled.

Even though we’re an all-remote company, we still need to be thoughtful about where we have Zapiens working. Check out this resource for a list of countries where we currently cannot have Zapiens permanently working.
