VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth
  • HealthCorps
  • Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Florida, United States
saas salesforce hr recruiter
About HealthCorps

HealthCorps is a national non-profit committed to improving lives by addressing health challenges in communities through innovative programming in education, leadership, and service learning. We empower teens to become change agents within their families, schools, and neighborhoods. Our program is grounded in the understanding that limited access to health education can lead to a lifetime of social, emotional, and physical challenges.

The Opportunity

HealthCorps is launching a new Growth & Strategic Partnerships Division, and the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth will be its architect, engine, and external face. You'll hold a broad, high-impact portfolio: leading HealthCorps' national funder and strategic partnerships, driving development, grant management, and fundraising, shaping our brand and marketing, and growing our alumni, community, and hub partnership work. You won't do it alone. A national team, along with program managers across our hubs, will help you build and execute this vision.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will hold your own portfolio of partnerships, work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies that meet HealthCorps' revenue and growth goals, and represent HealthCorps externally at donor meetings, funder convenings, and sector events. This is an ideal role for a mission-aligned leader who can prospect a health system executive and coach a marketing manager in the same week, someone energized by both the hunt and the build.

For-profit and private sector backgrounds are strongly welcomed. If you have driven revenue, built partnerships, and told a compelling brand story, in any sector, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

External Relationship Strategy, Cultivation & Maintenance (30%)

  • Serve as a key external relationship officer alongside the CEO, cultivating and stewarding relationships across health systems, corporate sponsors, school districts, foundations, and community organizations
  • Design and lead a comprehensive partnership strategy spanning grant, sponsor, and programmatic relationships that aligns funder priorities with organizational growth goals
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new and emerging partnership opportunities, cultivating prospects from first touch through qualification
  • Steward existing partners to deepen loyalty, increase lifetime value, and drive renewals and upgrades
  • Track funding trends and shifting funder priorities to position HealthCorps ahead of major market shifts

Pitching, Proposals & Partner Stewardship (25%)

  • Own the full partnership sales cycle for mid-tier and emerging opportunities, from first outreach through close and activation
  • Develop pitches, proposals, and grant applications that translate HealthCorps' outcomes data into a compelling, fundable case for support
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership to identify, solicit, and close transformational sponsorships for the major annual fundraiser and national and hub-level programming
  • Demonstrate ongoing value to existing partners through exceptional stewardship that keeps them connected to our mission and measurable impact

Brand Strategy & Voice (20%)

  • Set strategic tone and direction for the HealthCorps brand across all external-facing channels and oversee the Marketing Manager in executing it across social media, website, newsletters, and press
  • Lead the design and execution of a brand and communications strategy that builds awareness and trust across funders, partners, and the broader public
  • Partner with program teams to translate research-validated impact data and stories into compelling, consistent external narratives
  • Develop partner-facing collateral — partnership decks, impact reports, and stakeholder communications — that reflect the quality of the organization
  • Represent HealthCorps at conferences, sector events, and media opportunities alongside the CEO and program leaders

Hub, Community & Alumni Partnerships (15%)

  • Build local advisory committees that connect HealthCorps to local civic, education, and philanthropic leaders, in partnership with the Alumni & Community Manager and Program Directors
  • Strengthen HealthCorps' presence in each market by partnering with local teams to plan events, cultivate partnerships, and raise the organization's visibility
  • Cultivate and engage HealthCorps' alumni as a strategic community, building a strong, active network and connecting alumni to advisory roles, volunteer opportunities, and local partnerships that extend our reach

Division Leadership & Team Management (10%)

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Senior Manager of Development, Marketing Manager, Director of Events (part-time), and Alumni & Community Manager
  • Serve as a player-coach who models the work while developing others, holding your own partnership portfolio while coaching the team toward revenue and relationship goals
  • Establish and monitor division KPIs across pipeline, revenue, and brand performance, reporting to the CEO and Board to ensure measurable ROI
  • Manage the division budget and contribute to organization-wide strategic planning as a member of the leadership team

Who You Are

You are a relationship-builder, a closer, and a brand thinker. The ideal candidate brings:

  • 7+years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, or revenue-generating roles, with a demonstrated track record of closing and stewarding high-value relationships. Nonprofit, for-profit, and private sector backgrounds are all strongly welcomed
  • Experience holding your own portfolio while leading and developing a team; you are a player-coach who can model the work and develop others simultaneously
  • Proven pitching and presentation skills; you are comfortable in a boardroom, at a funder meeting, and in a pitch meeting, and you know how to read a room and close
  • Experience setting brand direction and overseeing marketing or communications functions, with the ability to translate complex program outcomes into compelling external narratives
  • Strong written communication skills: from partner proposals to grant narratives to impact reports, your writing moves people to act
  • Familiarity with health systems, corporate social responsibility, education, or youth-serving sectors; experience working with health systems or school districts is a strong plus
  • Comfort building and operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-growth environment where you may be creating systems and structures from scratch
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to pipeline management and relationship tracking. And a data-driven approach to pipeline management and relationship tracking

scale

Key Responsibilities

Security Automation & CI/CD Integration (Core Focus)

• Embed security controls and scanners (SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC, Container Security) into CI/CD

Own Cloud Security:
Define and maintain security policies for our AWS environment, specifically focusing on containerized workloads (EKS/ECS) and serverless architectures (Lambda).

Automate Compliance: Move beyond manual checks by building real-time monitoring and automated remediation for AWS resources, ensuring we stay "audit-ready" for frameworks like PCI and ISO 27001.

Lead Threat Modeling: Perform deep-dive threat modeling exercises on applications and designs, turning theoretical risks into actionable engineering plans.

Innovate with AI: Stay at the forefront of the industry by developing security standards for Generative AI. You’ll leverage AI-powered tools to explore our attack surface while defending against AI-driven threats.

Guard the Infrastructure: Secure our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates (Terraform/CloudFormation) and manage cloud primitives like IAM, KMS, and WAF to ensure a "least privilege" environment.

What you bring
  • An Experienced Defender: You bring 7-10 years in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering. 3+ years in a DevSecOps focused role and a deep mastery of cloud security, vulnerability analysis, and incident response.
  • A Cloud Specialist: You have demonstrable expertise in the AWS ecosystem and are highly proficient in securing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and containerized environments.

  • Technically Versatile: You are familiar with OWASP, proficient with modern security tooling, and have the ability to secure complex API integrations and data protection layers.

  • A Strategic Partner: You are a natural collaborator who can translate complex InfoSec projects into simple, maintainable tasks for Engineering teams.

Customer Support Agent · Â
  • Inspiration Commerce Group

About Inspiration Commerce Group (ICG)

We’re a team of ~50 people who’ve done 6 acquisitions in 18 months and scaled from $0 to >$100M in revenue. We’re a global group with businesses across the US, UK, and EU. We buy and build companies that help people find and buy the products they love. Our portfolio includes leading fashion marketplaces like Italist, HEWI and Verishop, affiliate marketing platforms like Stylight and MyBestBrands, B2B technology solutions like Bonsai, and niche Marketplaces in the Creator and Construction spaces like Everpress and DOZR.

About This Role

Italist and HEWI are two luxury fashion marketplaces — one focused on new-season pieces sourced directly from Italian boutiques, the other on pre-loved luxury goods — and together they serve shoppers across the globe. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers: answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves them feeling heard and taken care of.

This is a fully remote role. You'll work closely with a small, tight-knit CS team and be expected to bring professionalism, empathy, and a real sense of ownership to every ticket you touch.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries across email and chat through Gorgias, our customer support platform — covering order status, returns, shipping, sizing, and everything in between — for either Italist or HEWI
  • Resolve issues efficiently and thoroughly, escalating to the team lead when a situation calls for it
  • Navigate Shopify and our customs admin to look up orders, track shipments, and assist with post-purchase queries across both stores
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established SOPs, while flagging anything that seems broken or improvable
  • Represent two luxury brands with warmth and professionalism in every customer interaction
  • Collaborate with teammates across time zones to ensure consistent coverage and quality

About You

  • You have hands-on experience in a customer-facing support role — e-commerce or fashion experience is a plus
  • You're calm under pressure, empathetic with frustrated customers, and quick to find solutions
  • Ownership Mentality: You don't wait to be told what to do. If a ticket needs solving, you solve it — and if something keeps going wrong, you flag it rather than work around it quietly
  • You're comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal hand-holding
  • Experience with Gorgias or similar helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a meaningful advantage; familiarity with Shopify is a plus
  • You're fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, French, German, Arabic, Japanise) are a genuine advantage given our customer base
  • You're okay with some structure and some ambiguity — startups are a mix of both

What We Can Offer You

  • A starting salary in the €1200–€1,600 range (gross) per month for 40h work week + 20 days of vacation per year (compensation range varies based on candidates experience and performance during interviews)
  • A fully remote, flexible work environment — we hire adults and treat them like adults
  • Real exposure to luxury e-commerce operations across two global brands
  • A small team where your work is visible, your feedback is heard, and there's room to grow

A Note on the Contract

This is a full-time B2B engagement — meaning we'll work with you as an independent contractor rather than a direct employee. We operate this way because ICG does not currently have a legal entity in Croatia. All compensation is quoted and paid gross; you'll be responsible for your own tax and social contributions on your end. If you're already set up as a sole proprietor (e.g. paušalni obrt or d.o.o.) or open to setting one up, this arrangement is straightforward. We're happy to walk you through how it works during the process.

What We Can't Offer You

  • A formal employment contract. This is a B2B engagement — see above.
  • Perfect work/life balance all the time. Startups move fast, and customer needs don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule. We'll work together to keep things reasonable, but flexibility goes both ways (we do not expect employees to work more then 8h a day)
  • A large support infrastructure to hide behind. You'll need to think on your feet and adapt quickly.

Our Process

  • Application — We'll review within 72 hours and follow up either way
  • Intro Call — A short conversation with Jurica or another team member to get to know each other (30 min, Google Meet).
  • Skills Assessment — A brief, practical exercise to see how you handle a realistic support scenario.
  • Final Interview — A deeper conversation with Karlo, including time for your questions.
  • Offer — The fun part.

If you have any questions at any point, feel free to reach out directly.

Patient Experience Coordinator
  • Sunrise
  • Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States
design education customer support dev
About Dreem Health, By Sunrise

Dreem Health is America’s leading digital sleep clinic. Powered by Sunrise’s technology, Dreem Health makes sleep care simple — replacing long waits and in-lab sleep studies with home-based testing, expert telehealth visits, and personalized treatment plans that are easy for patients to follow. We’re fixing the broken sleep care journey and helping more people get the care they need — from home, on their schedule.

Your Opportunity

We're looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join the Patient Experience team at Dreem Health. In this role, you'll help patients navigate their sleep care journey by providing responsive first-line support, managing patient communications across phone, email, text messaging, and in-app messaging, addressing a wide range of non-clinical patient inquiries, and collaborating with Care Coordination and Billing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Customer Succes Manager. You'll play an important role in helping patients stay informed, engaged, and supported by delivering timely communication, resolving non-clinical questions and requests, coordinating cross-functional handoffs when needed, and supporting operational workflows that contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

If you're passionate about patient care, thrive in a dynamic setting, are organized, proactive, patient-focused, and motivated by measurable outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how sleep care is delivered at scale.

At Sunrise Group, we work on a problem that affects millions: poor sleep and untreated sleep disorders. Our mission is to make diagnosis and care easier to access, and we’re proud of the experience we provide to patients. We feel responsible for making it better every day. If you’re looking for the autonomy to take ownership of your work, make an impact, and be part of a team where ideas move fast and everyone has a voice - this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients through phone, email, and in-app messaging.
  • Work within a tech-enabled, AI-supported care environment
  • Partner with Care Coordination, Billing, Clinical Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure patients receive coordinated support throughout their care journey.
  • Resolve a broad range of non-clinical patient inquiries while delivering a positive, patient-centered experience.
  • Escalate clinical, billing, or patient access concerns to the appropriate teams when additional expertise is required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all patient interactions are recorded in accordance with established workflows and HIPAA requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
  • Prioritize multiple patient conversations while meeting service level expectations in a dynamic environment.
  • Recognize recurring patient concerns and emerging trends, bringing opportunities for process improvement to the Customer Success Manager
  • Contribute to operational initiatives that improve patient satisfaction, communication quality, and organizational performance.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare coordination, patient support, care navigation, customer success, or another patient-facing healthcare role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence using digital communication tools, healthcare technology, and patient engagement platforms.
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to track tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow structured workflows
  • Genuine commitment to improving patient experience
  • Operational and automation mindset
  • Availability to work Pacific Time or Eastern Time (PST or EST) business hours

Our Core Values

At Sunrise Group, we keep things clear and simple ✨, value trust and collaboration 🤝, and lead with optimism and compassion 🌞. These values guide everything we do.

What We Offer

  • Meaningful work that directly improves peoples’ lives
  • Be part of an international team across the US, France, Belgium
  • Annual team offsite
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • FREE One Medical membership
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 20 days PTO + 10 paid holidays + 80 hours paid sick leave
  • Internet stipend

Compensation

$23 - $25 depending on experience.

We hire humans, not bullet points. Don’t meet every single qualification? That’s okay. We care more about who you are than what’s on your CV. We’re looking for people who are curious, resourceful, and ready to roll up their sleeves — especially if you’re excited about building something new in healthcare. So if you think you could make an impact here, reach out to us.

Compensation Range - Depending on Experience: $23 USD - $25 USD

Application stages: Getting to know each other

We hope applying to work with us is a great experience. We value your time and your interest! We think the best way to decide working together is first to know more of each other, starting with us sharing our online profiles.

We propose meeting a number of times, primarily online, and freely talk about you, about us, and about what we could achieve together.

As much as we would like to meet every applicant, we expect first reading about your motivation for applying, and seeing your past achievements. This should give us a chance to reply early whether we should meet for the occasion. We promise to reply to each serious application.

In Short, Here Is a Typical Application Flow

  • You apply, sending us a resume and a cover letter. Again, we value very much seeing your public contributions.
  • We invite you for a first online meeting, or explain why we may not meet this time.
