About Ecommerce Media
Ecommerce Media is the creative-first performance partner built exclusively for Ecommerce Equation brands who are ready to scale. We don't just run ads or make content, we partner with ecommerce brands to drive real business growth. We tie paid media directly to what matters: real-time data, meaningful metrics, and above all, profitability.
Thanks to our partnership with The Ecommerce Equation (Australia's #1 ecommerce coaching community), we operate inside the most forward-thinking ecosystem in the country. That means our clients - and our team - get a front-row seat to the innovation shaping the future of ecommerce.
The Opportunity
Ecommerce Media is growing, and great creative is at the centre of that growth. We're hiring a Performance Social Content Editor to join our creative team and own the production side of performance ad content. This includes editing videos that stop the scroll and drive results for some of Australia's most exciting ecommerce brands. If you know your way around an edit suite and understand why one cut outperforms another, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Edit high-performing video ads for Meta and TikTok, with a heavy focus on short-form, platform-native content
- Produce a mix of creative formats; UGC ads, statics, GIFs, motion graphics, and other assets, using existing footage and supplied materials
- Work closely with creative strategists to bring briefs to life, and push back when you see a better way
- Analyse high-performing creative across Meta and TikTok to stay ahead of what's working, and apply those insights to your own output
- Integrate AI tools and workflows into your process to improve efficiency and creative output
- Manage multiple projects across a variety of ecommerce brands simultaneously, hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality
What We're Looking For
Experience & skills:
- Experience creating social media and/or paid ad content, ideally within an agency or ecommerce environment
- Strong video editing skills for short-form, platform-native content, particularly Meta ads
- Competent across a range of formats including motion graphics and basic graphic design, not just video
- Deeply immersed in social platforms: you follow trends, study what brands are doing creatively, and actually think about why things perform
- Experience using CapCut or equivalent + Premiere Pro for video editing
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva for graphic editing
Character & approach:
- Genuinely curious about paid social performance, you want to understand the data behind the creative, not just deliver the file
- Enthusiastic about using AI tools to work smarter and produce more
- Comfortable switching between briefs, brands, and formats in a fast-moving environment
Why Join Ecommerce Media
- Work remotely with a high-calibre team that takes creative seriously
- Direct exposure to fast-scaling ecommerce brands - your edits have real commercial impact
- Access to The Ecommerce Equation ecosystem, Australia's #1 ecommerce community
- Real ownership of your output, not a cog in a big agency machine
- A team that invests in your growth, not just your output
Sound like you?
Send your CV and a portfolio (or a few examples of ads you've edited) to creative@ecommercemedia.com.au or apply via Linked In with your portfolio attached.

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Guest Services
The Opportunity: Bring Your 5-Star Service Home
Whether you are a highly motivated fresh graduate, an experienced customer service professional, or a healthcare worker looking to transition into a stable, long-term remote career, we want to hear from you.
TruPorch Homes (PillowPM) manages premium short-term rental properties that offer the comfort of a home with the service of a boutique hotel. We are not a generic call center, and we do not use robotic scripts. We are looking for true professionals who have a natural "Service DNA"âwhether you learned that in a 5-star hotel, or through an impeccable bedside manner treating patients with utmost care and understanding. We are looking for people who naturally know how to make others feel welcomed, heard, and cared for.
What You Will Do
You will be the voice and face of our brand. You will handle the guest journey from inquiry to checkout, acting as a "Digital Concierge."
- Guest Communication: Handle inbound calls (via VoIP) and messages (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) with warmth, excellent grammar, and professional etiquette.
- Problem Solving: Swiftly resolve guest issues (e.g., smart lock trouble, Wi-Fi issues, heating/cooling) by troubleshooting or dispatching our ground team.
- Coordination: Act as the central hub between guests and our cleaners/maintenance staff to ensure properties are perfect for every arrival.
- Revenue & Reviews: Assist with reservation modifications and follow up with guests to secure 5-star reviews.
- Diverse Experience Levels: You are a fresh graduate OR you have 1 to 5 years of work experience in Guest Services, Front Desk, BPO customer service, high-end dining, OR the Healthcare/Medical field.
- Communication Mastery: You possess a neutral English accent for phone calls and near-native written English for messaging. You know how to de-escalate upset guests (or patients) with empathy, not scripts.
- Highly Trainable & Tech-Savvy: You are a quick learner who can navigate multiple browser tabs, pick up new software (PMS, Slack, Airtable) easily, and type fast.
- Reliability: You are disciplined, proactive, and responsible enough to work from home effectively without micromanagement.
- Internet: Reliable Fiber connection (Minimum 25 Mbps download/upload) with a backup connection plan.
- Hardware: A working PC/Laptop capable of handling VoIP calls and a noise-canceling headset.
- Environment: A dedicated, quiet home office space. (No roosters, barking dogs, or background noise during shifts).
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST).
- Days Off: 2 days off per week.
- Rotating Schedule: Because hospitality never sleeps, your two days off may fall on either weekdays or weekends depending on the shifting schedule. You must also be willing to work on holidays.
- 100% Remote: Work from the safety and comfort of your home.
- Paid Time Off: 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year to rest and recharge. Can potentially increase per year.
- Stable Career & Growth: We are looking for long-term team members to grow with us, not temporary freelancers. You will also have the potential for annual salary increases based on your performance.
- Comprehensive Training: Whether you are a new grad, a former nurse, or a hotel veteran, we will teach you the ins and outs of the US short-term rental market.
- Supportive Team: We treat our remote team with the exact same respect, care, and inclusivity as our local team.

If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.
The Role
We are looking for backend engineers to build the core systems behind BJAK's AI Neobank app.
This role is for engineers who can build reliable APIs, workflows and financial product infrastructure that can scale across markets, partners and millions of users.
What You'll Own
Build backend services and APIs for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX, KYC and risk flows.
Design reliable systems that can support real customer transactions, operational workflows and future financial products.
Integrate with internal systems, financial partners, payment providers, AI services and third-party platforms.
Own backend quality across reliability, security, latency, observability, data integrity and incident handling.
Work with product, frontend, mobile and AI teams to launch features quickly and safely.
Improve existing systems by simplifying flows, removing manual work and automating repeatable processes.
Â
What We're Looking For
Strong backend engineering experience in production systems.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, queues, jobs, events and integrations.
Experience building services used by real customers or internal operations at meaningful scale.
Strong debugging, reliability, security and data quality mindset.
Able to make practical trade-offs between speed, correctness, scalability and maintainability.
Fintech, payments, banking, wallet, KYC, fraud or risk experience is a strong plus, but not required if fundamentals are strong.
This Role Is Not For
Engineers who only want isolated backend tasks.
People who ignore security, data consistency, monitoring or operational risk.
Developers who cannot work with fast-changing product requirements.
Candidates who talk about scale but have not handled production systems.
People who exaggerate impact without being clear on ownership.
The Bar
We are looking for engineers with real technology career highlights. A strong highlight is not just working at a famous company. A strong highlight means you personally helped build, ship or scale a serious product, platform or system.
Location
This role is remote, but candidates must be based in India. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in India.
Language
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
Interview Process
Our process is designed to move fast:
1. Online assessment or practical task
2. Technical interview
3. CEO / final round
For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of the interview process. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized.
