Summary

Now we need to bring that same energy to our own headquarters.
This is a new role. No predecessor, no playbook, no predefined toolkit. You will translate Everfield's AI strategy into department-specific roadmaps and then work shoulder-to-shoulder with HQ staff to execute them.
You will not be delivering workshops with sticky notes and leaving behind a slide deck. You will sit with a colleague, understand their workflow, prototype a solution together, and stay with them as they build confidence. You would rather ship a rough prototype on Tuesday than present a polished strategy deck on Friday.
Map the territory. Assess AI maturity across each HQ department. Identify the biggest opportunities and build roadmaps that keep everyone moving in the same direction.
Build, not just advise. Develop proof-of-concept tools and workflow automations using AI APIs and low-code platforms. Prototyping is part of the job. Claude Code will become your main tool. We consider Zapier and n8n legacy software!
Enable through doing. Solve real problems alongside colleagues, in real time. Sit next to someone, show them what is possible and support them as they pick up new skills.
Automate the tedious. Turn manual processes into AI-powered workflows: document processing, data enrichment, reporting automation, and similar.
Create materials that scale. Build playbooks, templates, and training resources so adoption does not depend on your personal availability.
Prove the impact. Track adoption rates and report on ROI. We care about outcomes, not activity.

Bring consulting instincts: stakeholder management, structured thinking, turning ambiguity into a plan

We're hiring a Customer Program Manager to be the operational backbone of our customer delivery engine. You'll manage project schedules, status visibility, and cross-site coordination across Applied AI and core engineering teams operating across global sites â ensuring every engagement ships on time with full visibility. You'll work alongside a Delivery Manager who owns the customer relationship and outcome quality, core-engineering remote project manager. Your job is to make sure the delivery machine runs â schedules are tracked, risks are flagged early, handoffs are clean, and every stakeholder knows exactly where things stand at any given moment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage end-to-end project schedules for customer engagements across Applied AI (FDE team) and core engineering teams spanning multiple geographies and time zones
Maintain real-time project status visibility â Confluence boards, Jira tracking, weekly status reports â so leadership, engineering, and the Delivery Manager always have a single source of truth
Run internal project review cadences: bi-weekly planning reviews, customer submissions reviews, and dev question sessions across all active engagements

Strong command of project management tooling: Jira, Confluence, Rocketlane (or similar), and spreadsheet-based reporting. You're the person who keeps these tools clean and current.
Experience coordinating across time zones and distributed teams â you've worked with India/APAC engineering teams and know how to structure async handoffs

3+ years of experience managing technical support, technical operations, or similar customer-facing technical teams
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS technical support, technical operations, or a comparable environment
Proven experience leading escalated issue resolution and managing complex customer-facing technical work
Experience implementing KPIs, SLAs, and operational reporting
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, New Relic, or similar platforms
Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working with customers, peers, and senior leaders
Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and iPadOS environments
Experience with onboarding, imports, data migration, or data conversion workflows
Strong Excel skills for data cleanup, transformation, and validation
Basic SQL skills for troubleshooting, reporting, or data validation
Python experience for automation or data manipulation
Experience supporting POS, ecommerce, hardware/software, or integration-heavy environments
Multilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
The team operates with clear ownership, strong follow-through, and full visibility into work and outcomes
Escalated issues are handled with sound technical judgment and strong customer engagement
Stakeholders receive proactive, timely, and actionable communication
