About the Company
Why We Built Lyric: Supply chains are more critical and complex than ever. Every day, large enterprises navigate trillions of possible decisions that could impact the bottom line. Powerful algorithms and AI can address these problems, yet most organizations struggle to leverage supply chain AI at scale. The current SCM technologies are either rigid, limited-scope point solutions or custom solutions built in-house, which demand immense expertise and investment.
That isâ¦until now.
Enter Lyric: Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering the best of both worlds:
Out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, promising orders, propagating demand, building predictions, analyzing scenarios, and more, plus
A platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability, leveraging no-code tools, their own code, or even forking our code to build and refine supply chain decision intelligence
With Lyric, enterprises no longer have to choose between flexibility and speed, they get both.
The Mission: Weâre building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. With over 20 years at the intersection of supply chain and algorithms, we developed a deep conviction that global supply chains needed something like Lyric. Since our inception in December 2021, that conviction has been validated time and time again.
Today, a growing number of Fortune 500 companies, including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, and more, are innovating on their own terms with Lyric. We canât wait to see what our customers, both current and future, are empowered to build with us next. Come build with us!
About the Role
Weâre hiring Growth Strategists: high-agency, client-facing professionals who will be the tip of the spear for Lyricâs go-to-market approach. This is not a traditional business development role. Youâll be embedded with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams, opening new accounts while building real expertise in the enterprise GTM motion.
This role is designed for driven early-career professionals or post-MBA candidates looking to break into a high-growth startup. You donât need enterprise AI or supply chain experience, just the curiosity and work ethic to learn it fast.
What Youâll Do
Identify, research, and develop new account opportunities across target verticals
Conduct outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
Shadow senior AEs and GTM leaders on client meetings and demos to build domain fluency and selling skills
Help prepare demo environments, RFP responses, and opportunity materials for active deals
Join opportunity teams to support key pursuit strategy and client engagement
Contribute to broader GTM activities: market research, competitive intelligence, event support, and content collaboration
Develop a point of view on target accounts and industries that sharpens the teamâs overall strategy
Who You Are
Early career (2+ years of professional experience) or post-MBA candidate looking to pivot into enterprise AI technology
Exceptional communicator; polished, articulate, and comfortable in client-facing settings
High agency: you take ownership, follow through, and donât wait to be told what to do
Intellectually curious with a hunger to learn about supply chain, technology, and enterprise sales
Strong researcher; you can quickly synthesize complex information and present it clearly
Resourceful with tools and technology. You're the kind of person who finds the right shortcut or AI-powered workflow to 10x your output before anyone asks you to
Collaborative and team-oriented; comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Â
Why This Role
Career path into AE, pre-sales, solution design, revenue operations, or other GTM roles
Direct mentorship from experienced Revenue leadership, VPs of Sales, and AEs. Youâll learn by doing alongside the best
You'll be helping define a new category, enterprise AI for supply chain, at a company where the playbook is still being written but the customer base already includes some of the largest, most complex enterprises in the world.
Join at a pivotal stage where your contributions are visible, and your growth trajectory is steep
Even if you donât meet 100% of the qualifications, we recommend applying to the role!
Location: Remote - Spain, Italy, Portugal. Some travel required.
Compensation: We provide a competitive mix of salary, commissions, local benefits, and equity, designed to reward both your impact and growth.

Here at Clerky, we build software to make legal paperwork easier for startups and their attorneys. We're profitable and growing sustainably. We're the most popular way for high-growth technology startups to form, and are also used by many top-tier startups for hiring and fundraising.
As a Customer Operations & Writing Specialist at Clerky, you will be the voice of the company to thousands of startup founders, investors, and attorneys. These customers use Clerky to get critical legal paperwork done, often on a tight timeline. Our success is based on word-of-mouth, so we have a strong culture of providing world-class service (ask us about our satisfaction ratings!). We are rabidly customer-centric.
What Makes Customer Operations Different at Clerky
It’s a lot harder here. Helping our customers can be unusually challenging due to the nuanced and specialized nature of their questions. Doing the job well can require a lot of iterative feedback, so we're looking for someone who thinks critically about their writing and is always looking for ways to improve. Along the way, you'll also pick up a lot of knowledge about startups and startup law.
The challenges never stop. The level of learning and craftsmanship that goes into writing responses to our customers requires intense focus. If you’re looking for the kind of position where you can easily master all the information at the beginning and work in a way that does not require intense focus, this position will probably not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you love learning and constantly challenging yourself, this position could be a good fit for you.
There are often no right answers. We’re often not able to provide definitive answers to the questions we receive. In many cases, the best we can do is to equip our customers with the information they need to be able to figure out the right answer on their own, or to understand that it isn’t possible to figure out what the right answer is. If you prefer an environment more oriented around providing definitive answers, this position may not be a good fit for you.
-
Genuine love for helping people
-
High emotional intelligence
-
Logical / analytical thinker
-
Exceptional written English communication skills, including the ability to write precisely and succinctly
-
Extremely detail-oriented
-

-
Technologically savvy - you should be confident in your ability to use new software without training
-
Appreciation for giving and receiving feedback often (often several times a day)
-
Natural internal motivation to constantly strive for excellence in everything you do
-
Clerky has been remote-first for many years, long before COVID. We’re very familiar with working remotely, and enjoy it.
-
Our team is small, so everyone's contributions matter. We work efficiently, autonomously, and with great respect for each other.
-
We work openly and collaboratively. We’re here to support you in being successful in this role. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure our customers are getting the best possible support and experience.
-
Everyone on our team works hard, and we trust team members to know what will help them be most productive. Schedules are flexible as long as there is adequate team coverage.
-
We want to help you grow, so we have a budget for books, courses, tools, or whatever other educational resources you need to be successful.
-
We offer top-of-market compensation and benefits and the opportunity to learn a lot while helping our customers through an exciting time in their lives.
-
Writing thoughtful and empathetic replies to customer emails using our help desk software, Help Scout

-
Assisting product team by testing new features and bug fixes, and conveying customer feedback
-
Spotting trends in customer issues that other team members should be alerted to
This is a 100% remote position. You'll be able to work from home (or from anywhere else). We offer top-of-market compensation and benefits, reasonable hours, and reasonable customers. No legal experience or background is necessary or preferred.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
The Project Management Coordinator role is essential for maintaining the structure and rhythm of our high level advisory work. In this position, you will support our principals as we assist a major regional logistics and transportation group through a complex transition of their operating model. You will provide the organizational support needed to ensure that our strategic recommendations are tracked, documented, and moved toward a final decision.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant family groups and government entities. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis over traditional office overhead.
What you will do
- Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure that all mandate milestones are met on time.
- Support our principals in gathering research and data related to the logistics sector to help form a clear view on client challenges.
- Draft concise internal updates and reports regarding the progress of specific portfolio projects.
- Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure all data is accurate and accessible to the team.
- Monitor project risks or delays and communicate them clearly to the responsible partners.
- Assist in the preparation of governance documents and strategy materials for board level presentations.
- Track communication between our firm and client representatives to maintain a clear record of decisions made.
- Support the refinement of client operating models by documenting current processes and proposed changes.
- A logical mindset and the ability to organize complex information into clear, actionable steps.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on precision and the ability to communicate ideas without using corporate jargon.
- A high level of attention to detail when reviewing documents and project schedules.
- Curiosity about how large holding companies and regional logistics firms function at a governance level.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools for project tracking or a strong willingness to learn our specific methods.
We operate as a fully remote firm, which allows us to focus on the clarity of our thinking rather than the logistics of an office. This model requires a high degree of professional maturity and trust. We value intellectual honesty and direct communication, where the quality of an idea is more important than the title of the person who suggests it. As an entry level member of the team, you will receive direct mentoring from our principals, gaining exposure to how significant corporate decisions are made and executed. We prioritize high impact work on a small number of mandates, ensuring that our team can remain focused on results rather than simple activity.
What the role offers
- Direct involvement in high level strategy mandates for a major regional logistics and infrastructure client.
- Competitive pay that is attractive for the market and reflective of the importance of this role.
- A permanent, fully remote position that offers professional autonomy and flexibility.
- Mentorship from experienced principals who are leaders in the fields of governance and corporate strategy.
- A professional environment that values sober analysis and clear communication over corporate theater.

AI at Zapier
At Zapier, we build and use automation every day to make work more efficient, creative, and human. So if you’re using AI tools while applying here - that’s great! We just ask that you use them responsibly and transparently.
Check out our guidance on How to Collaborate with AI During Zapier’s Hiring Process, including how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others during our hiring process - and when not to.
Hi there!
I'm looking for someone who can do two things at once: build our enterprise account-based marketing strategy from the ground up, and bring real discipline and pace to how we run paid media. Today our ABM motion is early, so there's a lot of white space to architect. At the same time, our paid programs need a leader who sets a high bar for testing speed and output quality, for both our PLG and SLG goals. If you're someone who builds with AI as the default way of working and want to own both the strategic architecture and the operational execution, I'd love to talk.
Zapier is looking for a Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing to lead our enterprise account-based marketing strategy and manage our paid advertising programs across both self-serve and enterprise motions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success, building personalized, AI-powered programs to engage and convert our largest target accounts, while also owning the paid media budget, agency relationships, and testing cadence that drive our broader pipeline. This person will manage a small team, along with our contractor and agency partners, with the potential to take on additional teams as we scale. You'll use AI and automation daily: accelerating experimentation and using data signals to make decisions at speed.
About You
You have 6+ years of experience in ABM, enterprise demand-generation marketing, performance marketing, or an equivalent field.
You're comfortable working with Sales, RevOps, Demand Gen, and creative/agency partners to align on target-account lists and engagement plans.
You've executed multi-touch ABM campaigns (email, ads, events, personalized outreach, direct mail, etc.) and you're driven by measurable outcomes.
You understand account-level metrics (engagement, pipeline, conversion) and iterate campaigns based on data.
You have hands-on experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets and agency relationships across both self-serve and enterprise motions (paid search, paid social, etc.).
You have an AI-forward mindset. You actively use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI-powered analytics) to increase speed, quality, and leverage in your work, and can point to specific systems you've built, not just tools you've tried.
You have direct people management experience, including managing individual contributors and external agency or contractor relationships, and you're energized by growing a small team into a larger one over time.
You thrive in a remote, autonomous environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
Things You'll Do
Define and own the ABM strategy for enterprise targets: account segmentation, journey mapping, campaign plans, and paid ads strategy.
Design and lead the team structure and operating model for ABM and paid, including how the sub-teams, contractors, and agencies work together, and evolve it as the org grows.
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on account selection, goals, and engagement cadences.
Set the strategy and success metrics for ABM and paid, then enable the team to make the day-to-day campaign, budget, and channel decisions to hit them.
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Demand Gen leadership to co-define the enterprise pipeline strategy
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales leadership and reps to ensure account selection and engagement plans stay tightly aligned to pipeline goals.
Own and optimize paid media agency relationships, setting goals, managing output quality, and ensuring agency execution aligns with pipeline objectives.
Create tailored messaging, creative, targeting, and campaign structure in collaboration with in-house and agency partners.
Measure, report, and optimize account-level performance (pipeline, opportunity creation, revenue influenced, ACV, and pipeline velocity).
Build AI-powered workflows and processes that support fast, iterative campaign testing, optimization, and scale.
Scale repeatable ABM processes and share best practices across the marketing organization.
Application Deadline:
The anticipated application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later, or if the position is filled.

What should we know about you?
Weâre looking for a UX Designer who thrives on solving complex problems and making digital experiences feel effortless. You care about clarity, usability, and reducing friction â not just shipping pretty screens.
This role sits at the heart of how users engage with Caledonia. Youâll shape flows, build systems, and help turn financial services into something people actually enjoy using.
If you think like a designer but move like a product builder, we want to talk.
Caledonia is a next-generation financial company focused on serving freelancers, creators, and independent professionals. Weâre building adaptive, AI-powered banking infrastructure that challenges the legacy systems of the past.
We are not yet a licensed EMI or bank. That is part of what we are building, together.
This role reports to the Head of Product and works closely with engineers, fellow designers, and Caledoniaâs co-founders. Youâll be part of the core team shaping our user experience from day one.
Think youâre a fit? Use the form below to send us your CV and a short note about why youâre interested. We review every application personally.
Weâre reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Expect a quick, human response.

Since launching in 2021, weâve expanded to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. We currently have 4 clinics in the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026! Come join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care.
OULA HEALTH
Product Manager
Full-Time
- New York, Chicago or Charlotte
- Reports to VP, Central Operations
Oula Health is a venture-backed, midwifery-led maternity and GYN care company building the next generation of women's healthcare. We partner exclusively with major health systems â including Mount Sinai, Stamford Health, and Novant Health â to embed our collaborative OB-GYN and midwifery model directly inside their networks. We're a team of ~100 people at Series B stage, with 4 clinics today and three more opening in 2026.
The Role
At Oula, our product doesn't sit alongside our EHR â it integrates directly into it. Every product and engineering decision has downstream consequences for how our EHRs are configured, and every EHR configuration decision shapes what's possible on the product side. Someone has to hold both at once.
We're looking for a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve our core technology stack â including our EHR, patient portal, and care management platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and health system integration, serving as the internal and external subject matter expert on our EMR and the primary lead for health system EHR integrations.
You'll manage the day-to-day health of our tech stack, partnering closely with both internal teams and external health system stakeholders to ensure our systems run smoothly and our integrations deliver. You can sit with a midwife and understand why a clinical template matters, then turn around and write a bug ticket that engineering can actually action, then build the SOP so the next market launch doesn't require you to be in the room. When things are ambiguous (and they often are), you'll lean in rather than wait for clarity.
What You'll Own
EHR Configuration & Clinical Systems
- Own day-to-day management of our core tech stack: the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform
- Own Athena and Epic configuration end to end: clinical templates, order sets, lab configurations, payer connectivity, and access management for clinical and ops staff
- Lead EHR integration efforts as the internal and external subject matter expert â FHIR/HL7 data exchange, health system IT coordination and committed go-live timelines
- Own and accelerate Epic integration timelines as we onboard additional health system partners
- Maintain configuration integrity as new markets launch and care model workflows evolve
- Partner with our IT team on infrastructure; own the clinical systems layer they don't touch
- Own bug intake and prioritization from Market Operations â standardize how Engineering receives, scopes, and resolves issues and communicates status back to the field
- Build structured launch toolkits and training materials so clinic teams are prepared for new feature rollouts on day one
- Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Identify where AI and automation can reduce manual administrative burden in product operations workflows
- Build and maintain the clinical systems SOP library so new market setup is repeatable â documented well enough that a new hire can execute without you in the room
- Develop onboarding materials for clinic managers and clinical staff on EHR workflows and tooling
- Drive feature parity efforts so patients and clinicians experience a consistent standard of care across markets
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking feature adoption, issue resolution, and rollout health across clinics
- Develop quarterly reporting for Product, leadership, and health system partners on platform performance
- Ensure data infrastructure is in place to measure the impact of every feature rollout
- 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work â ideally at a growth-stage digital health or services company
- Strong problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity â you like figuring out how things work and making them work better
- Ease with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this role requires you to create the playbook, not execute someone else's
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines â ideally with client-facing or health system-facing experience
- Ability to speak âmultiple languagesâ â comfort going deep on technical details while communicating clearly to non-technical audiences; you can write a bug ticket, an SOP, and a launch plan that people actually follow; hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience strongly preferred
- Analytical enough to build a dashboard and identify a pattern, even if you're not a SQL expert
In your first 90 days, you've audited our current Athena configuration, identified gaps, and have a remediation plan. You understand the bug triage process well enough to have improved it. You've met your counterparts at every health system partner and know what's coming for the next Epic integration.
At six months, new market launches have a repeatable systems and product checklist. Clinic teams know what to expect before a feature goes live. Bug resolution time is measurably faster and the field is no longer sending issues into a black hole.
At one year, the SOP library is comprehensive, clinical systems configuration is stable and documented, and you've successfully navigated at least one new health system EHR environment. The product team has a reliable partner and the ops team isn't dependent on any single person for systems knowledge.
Compensation & Details
Salary: $110,000 â $140,000 depending on experience and location
Equity: Options commensurate with level
Location: Preference for New York/New Jersey/Connecticut, Chicago or Charlotte Remote-flexible with periodic travel to clinic locations and health system partners
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision; 401(k); generous PTO
Oula offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, and comprehensive benefits. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Oula is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone's contributions are valued.
Salary Range: $110,000 USD - $140,000 USD
Oula's Commitment as an Equal Opportunity Employer:
We want you to know: You can be a great candidate even if you don't fit everything we've described above. You can also have important skills we haven't thought of. If that's you, don't hesitate to apply and tell us about yourself (especially in your cover letter â this is where you can really state your case for *why you*). We are committed to fostering diversity in our organization and building an equitable and inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and experiences. We're taking steps to meet that commitment. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, people of color, LGBTQ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.

We have nothing against image generation, but AI shouldn't be used to cover up a lack of fundamental skills (light, color, form, composition). We need people whose manual drawing skills and foundational knowledge surpass what generation can output.
Hereâs How Youâll Make an Impact:

We're hiring a Film Editor!!
Some months you'll be cutting something you'll want to scream and shout about... an intimate portrait of a legend like street photographer Joel Meyerowitz, a feature doc we've shot across Africa, India and Japan, or a peatlands film that's gone and won awards. Other months it's social cutdowns, versioning and getting six deliverables out the door by Friday. Both matter to us, and we put the same time and effort into both. That's sort of the whole point of Here Now.
I won't pretend it's all glamour. Post is where we feel it most when we're flat out, and right now we're flat out, with a lot of good work in and more on the way. So I want someone who actually gets a kick out of the day-to-day of editing, not just the showreel moments.
We cut primarily in DaVinci Resolve; editing, grading, motion graphics, all of it; so that needs to be your home turf. Premiere's useful to know, but Resolve is where we live.
The details, no faff:
- Remote, UK-based. London's ideal, but honestly I care more about the right person than the postcode.
- In-house â one of us, not a freelancer.
- £35kâ£42k, depending on where you're at.
- Starting early September, or whenever genuinely works for you.
To apply, send your CV and one or two things you're actually proud of to alexander@herenow.film and careers@herenow.film. Tell me what you did on them and why you made the calls you made. You can skip the cover letter, I'd much rather know how you think than read three paragraphs about being a "passionate storyteller."
Applications close 7 August.
Everything else lives here: https://www.herenow.film/careers/film-editor-job
Best,
Ed

Nabu Casa is the organisation behind Home Assistant, the world's largest free and open-source smart home platform used by over two million households. We were founded to ensure the project's sustainability, and in 2024, we partnered with the Open Home Foundation to protect and promote a wide range of open-source initiatives. Our guiding principlesâprivacy, choice, and sustainabilityâare embedded in everything we do, from our architecture to our community.
We are a profitable company with no external investors. Our funding comes directly from users who subscribe to Home Assistant Cloud and purchase Home Assistant hardware, ensuring our only stakeholders are our employees and our users. We also support other open-source projects, including those focused on hardware, standards, and voice technology.
The Role
Nabu Casa is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to own the flow of our hardware products â from manufacturers to distributors, and ultimately to the homes of the people running Home Assistant.
As the official provider of Home Assistant hardware, we ship to a passionate global community, and this role is central to keeping that operation running reliably. You'll own the day-to-day: purchase orders, manufacturer coordination, logistics, distributor support, inventory, and RMA handling â and you'll be the person who turns how we do these things into documented, repeatable processes.
As part of our continued commercial growth, we are expanding the Commercial team with several key hires that will help shape the next phase of Nabu Casaâs global operations and partner ecosystem. This role will play an important part in supporting and scaling our international hardware operations across regions and distribution channels.
We're hiring because we're growing fast and need someone to take full ownership so the work scales with us. You'll have real autonomy from day one: if a shipment is delayed, a distributor has an urgent issue, or stock needs to be allocated across regions, you take it and drive it to resolution.
You'll work closely with our Global Channel Manager, Hardware team, and Finance team, and directly with manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners. You'll be part of the Commercial team and report to our VP Commercial, based in Norway.
Why this role, and why now
- You'll own a function, not a queue. This is a step up for someone who has coordinated logistics or supply chain inside a more structured company and is ready to run the whole thing themselves. Success looks like the supply chain operating well without anyone above you in the daily detail.
- You'll build the structure, not just maintain it. We're small and deliberately light on process. You'll bring the good practices you've seen elsewhere, document them as SOPs, and shape how this function works as the company scales.
- It's operational and strategic. Beyond running the day-to-day, you'll analyse forecast data to decide when and how much to order, and use modern tools â including AI-assisted workflows â to do it well.
- AI works for you here. We invest in AI to support our people, not replace them.
- Stable and mission-driven. Profitable, no investors, funded by the community we serve. You're building something that lands in millions of real homes.
- Own the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions
- Place and manage manufacturer purchase orders and track them through to delivery
- Coordinate directly with manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, shipment planning, and day-to-day issues
- Support distributors with back-office tasks: order coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Manage order flow, inventory updates, and data in NetSuite
- Handle partial deliveries, stock allocation decisions, and inventory coordination across regions
- Coordinate global logistics with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Run the RMA process end to end, including coordination, root-cause tracking, and reconciliation with manufacturers
- Analyse forecast data and inventory levels to support purchasing decisions on when and how much to order
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and supply chain documentation
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the supply chain as the company scales
- Work cross-functionally with the Hardware, Commercial, and Finance teams to keep everything aligned
- 4+ years in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or operations, with direct, hands-on ownership of the work
- Direct experience coordinating with manufacturers â placing and managing purchase orders, and working with them on lead times and production schedules. Experience with factories in China (or elsewhere in Asia) is strongly preferred
- Cultural fluency communicating with international manufacturing partners, particularly in Asia â you understand professional norms and know when directness or informality is and isn't appropriate
- A practical grasp of inventory management, stock allocation, and partial deliveries â you've solved these problems for real, not just in theory
- Experience coordinating international shipments and logistics
- Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar) and confidence placing POs and managing deliveries within one
- A track record of bringing structure: documenting processes, writing SOPs, and improving workflows â ideally drawn from a company that already had solid supply chain practices you can adapt for us
- The ability to operate independently with minimal structure and high ownership in a fast-moving environment
- An analytical mindset â comfortable using reporting and forecast data to drive decisions
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Specific experience with NetSuite
- Experience in hardware, consumer electronics, or e-commerce operations (e-commerce is a great fit if you've had direct contact with manufacturers)
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows
- Experience supporting distributor or channel operations
- Personal experience using Home Assistant, and an affinity with open-source, community-driven products

Type: Part-time, Casual, Subcontractor
Reports to: Customer Support Manager
Closing Date: July 24, 2026
About Us
We're the team behind Messenger Pigeon, our flagship app used by students/learners everywhere, along with a growing suite of other products. We believe great support is human support. While a lot of companies are racing to automate their customer service away, we're doing the opposite â investing in real people providing accommodative supports because we believe that's the best way to help our users in a meaningful way.
About The Role
We're looking for Customer Support Associates who can take a patient approach to problem-solving to join our team. You will be working as frontline contacts to offer live, realtime support across phone, live chat, and email â helping our users (many of whom are students/learners) navigate Messenger Pigeon and our other products.
This isn't a script-reading, ticket-closing kind of support job. Many of our users have disabilities, and we listen to gain insight to the barriers our users experience and support them accordingly. Successful incumbents will be those willing to take real pride in helping people, not just resolving cases as quickly as possible.
What You'll Do
- Provide primary support for Messenger Pigeon, our flagship app, along with support for our other products as needed
- Respond to user inquiries across phone, live chat, and email in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Problem solve, troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide customers to solutions with patience and clarity
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Document user interactions and feedback to help us continuously improve our products and support experience
- Help plan and facilitate workshops for our users, sharing tips and best practices for getting the most out of our products
- Contribute to a team culture that values empathy, care, and genuine human connection over speed metrics alone
- You will be part of a team consisting of three associates dedicated to providing excellent support in a timely and effective manner.
- Associates are expected to attend all their assigned shifts, as determined by the manager
- All associates are expected to complete all mandatory training before starting in the field.
- Pay will range between CAD$23 and CAD$26 per hour. This role is not salaried as chosen candidates will be sub-contracted
What We're Looking For
- The ability to remain composed, compassionate, and focused on finding solutions, even when interacting with a frustrated user
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with people with disabilities in an academic environment or willingness to learn
- Comfort working across multiple channels (phone, chat, and email) throughout the day
- Knowledge of accessibility legislation (i.e.AODA) or willingness to to learn
- Fluency in English required; bilingual fluency (English/French) is a strong asset.
- Based in the Greater Toronto Area preferred; candidates elsewhere in Ontario are welcome to apply
- Candidates have to be eligible to work in Canada and be located in the country.
- Comfortable working on Apple devices, all company-issued equipment runs on macOS and iOS. If you strongly prefer Windows or Android, this role may not be the best fit
- Experience with Intercom is an asset
- Required familiarity/fluency with Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android, as well as ChromeOS, since our customers use all kinds of devices
- What to Expect - Application Process
- There will be two rounds of interviews
- We appreciate all applicants who have chosen to apply, but only those chosen for interviews will be contacted. Thank you for your interest in this role!
- We will be accepting applications for three individuals for this role.
